Apartment holiday rentals in Maddalena Island

Perfectly positioned - within a couple of minutes of a supermarket, 5 minutes to the harbour and 10 minutes to the Bonifacio Citadel, so a fantastic location. Very modern apartment, with all modern furnishings and appliances. Lovely balconies to sit on (though the road can sometimes be a little noisy in the daytime). Charlotte the host is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

We spent a week in Porto Rotondo and choosing this area was a really good idea. The place is wonderful, close to the supermarket, the port and nice restaurants. The beach can also be reached on foot. The apartment was tidy, very clean. Federica has always been very kind! She helped us find an excursion to La Maddalena and was always available with everything. We will definitely be back next year!

Great place, with a very warm welcome. It is a functional and very clean accommodation, close to the city center and the island of Caprera. Very kind, attentive and welcoming host I would highly recommend this listing Very good stay.

The space was an absolute dream. With the navigation and directions from Michela, the accommodation was very easy to find. The accommodation is very quiet and has a great view. All important shops and beaches were quickly accessible by car. Michela gave us tips for the area. She was very accommodating and our conversations were always very friendly and nice.

Giuseppe is one of the BEST hosts we have ever stayed with!! He is kind and friendly and helpful and responsive. And the location in Santa Teresa Gallura and in Sardinia cannot be beat!! Darling village, amazing views, spacious lovely apartment a 2 minute walk from a stunning beach. The unit is extremely well appointed with beach towels and much more. Don’t miss out—you will be delighted you stayed here!!

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Oh, previous review was for another house ... Now the right one: The apartment is completely ok with private parking 5m from the house. The location is perfect (150m to the center) and very quiet during our vacation time. The large "Ahhhhh" comes on the private rooftop terrace. The view is great and we enjoyed some bottles of Sardinian red wine there. Overall clear recommendation ! Karin&Robert

Very friendly host; good and quick communication. Well-equipped and very clean apartment. Good location for excursions (La Maddalena, Capo Testa, etc.). Close to Porto Pollo beach. Close to a thoroughfare, but pretty quiet at night. Good walking opportunities nearby over fields with dog.

We love the place. It had plenty of space for the four of us. The department is right above a wonderful restaurant. And walking distance to many restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the northern part of Sardinia, overall just a great experience experience.

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

Lovely accommodation in a fantastic location with lots of beaches, coves and rocks to explore within walking distance. Short drive to Palau and ferries to the Maddalena archipelago. Host was very knowledgeable about the local area and recommended some brilliant spots to visit. A wonderful holiday with our 3 young children.

The location of the apartment is fantastic and the view unforgettable. The terrace is almost larger than the apartment itself. The apartment was clean and you have everything you need, but it should be renovated again and a few parts replaced.

Central apartment in a particularly quiet area, ideal for visiting various places, beaches and eating in excellent restaurants on the Costa Smeralda. Need to have a car for travelling around. Perfectly clean and everything you need for your stay is available. There is a lack of light in the various rooms, which therefore remain cool, certainly a good thing in summer. During the months with not exactly summer temperatures, there are still wall-mounted air conditioners that also allow you to heat. Parking near the house, on the street (very quiet, frequented only by the few people who live in the area). Andrea is a very professional, precise, kind, discreet and helpful host. Check-in and check-out are perfectly managed with remote communication. Have a nice vacation.

Positive experience with Rosa, the apartment is in a central location convenient to everything. It deserves a modernity but it is still comfortable and functional. Host Rosa was always available and communication was great.

Great cozy place feels like home.

We stayed at Gloria’s place for 1 week with our two kids - 10 & 6. We absolutely loved it. It’s quiet but still close to the town and the beaches. The house is beautiful- it was a dream to come back to after a big day out exploring but we also spent alot of days just chilling on the roof, reading, lazing and swimming in the pool. The views are insane- so incredible! As far as hosts go, Gloria is the best! She was so kind- we needed to take my daughter to see a doctor due to an ear infection and within 10 minutes of requesting recommendations Gloria had booked us into her kids doctor and even helped us find it in town. That is one of many examples of what a thoughtful and caring host she is. The views, the home, the pool, the host and their lovely dog Leia - made this an incredible place to stay!! Highly recommend- we were so sad to leave & hope to come back again!

The stay and the apartment was very nice. The view of the sea and Corsica from the balcony is beautiful. The location of the apartment is very good. The nearest beach is a few minutes' walk away. The Capo Testa can also be reached on foot in 15 or by car in 5 minutes. Santa Teresa can be reached in 15 minutes for strolling, shopping or dining. Many thanks to Antonella and Claudia. We spent a wonderful week at Ilaria's with our sons (4 + 5 years).😊 The apartment was very clean and very quiet. Ilaria was extremely helpful and always quick/very easy to reach. Our absolute highlight was the dinners on the terrace/balcony with amazing views. The highlight of our sons was the beautiful pool.

We were a group of friends attending a wedding in Sardinia, so we need a quite clean place to recover and relax. The rooms were so clean and had fresh towels set up when we checked in. We spent every morning and night in the blacony. The balcony was the best part of this place, highly recommend this place if you need a place to relax in Sardinia. Our host was very responsive and clear with instructions and the place all the right tools and commodities. Thank you Clotilde!

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted by Marco, who has shown us the territory and property, and was very welcoming and polite, answered all my questions and supported us during the stay. Check-in/check-out were smooth. Territory is absolutely stunning. It was the beginning of the season, not much people there, so it was really quiet. We enjoyed it. Parking is close and convenient. Apartment is spotless clean with a huge beautiful terrace. We have spent most of our time there. Kitchen is very well-equipped. I am cooking a lot, so I have appreciated like-new kitchen utensils, big and clean fridge. There were greeting gifts upon our arrival, that was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and pillows, as well as a crib for a baby and a warm blanket, in case of need. Bedding smelled nicely. There were plenty of towels and even some stuff for a beach. Sea was 5-7 min walk, beach was nice, in June water was chilly, but for kids it was not a problem. We would certainly come back!!!
