Beach house holiday rentals in Maddalena Island

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Beautiful holiday in a unique environment. The house, well equipped, has a large garden from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the Maddalena archipelago. Elisa welcomed us on our arrival, immediately putting us at ease. His mother was always extremely helpful throughout our stay. We visited the region (I recommend the car), discovered wonderful places and were well received everywhere. I hope to return in the future.

We came on holiday as a family of four, consisting of two adults and two young girls, aged 4 and 6. We were also joined by our friends, a family of three with two adults and an 11-month-old baby. We loved the location of the villa, which allowed us to walk to the beach and enjoy peaceful days in the garden. The setting and the view were incredible. We highly recommend it!

Location was amazing! We could walk a little path to the beach from behind the property. Our children loved playing soccer in the backyard and husband enjoyed the bbq grill. The smell of the jasmine was so heavenly! We highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Perfect location in Porto Cervo with breathtaking views. Lovely apartment as described. We had a great stay the only tiny thing that lets it down is the 10am checkout.

The place is great for staying in the north-east of the island. From there you can reach many beautiful beaches by car, but you can also walk to the three beaches of Palau itself or just drive over to La Maddalena! The place itself is super nice, as shown on the pictures and above all quiet and relaxed. Unfortunately, the dishes were not really clean with us, but this was not due to Caterina, but our previous tenants! Otherwise, it was super clean and everything was in great order. The parking situation is not that easy. With luck you can park in front of the house, if that doesn't work, you can park the car "upstairs" in the village, so far away from the ferry. There is a free parking space, especially at Spar, which you can really easily reach on foot. Therefore, you can always solve possible parking problems quite well. Overall, the place is a great recommendation!

We had a very relaxing week at this beautiful place in Costa Smeralda. The apartment is in private resort complex few hundred yards from the sea, nice quiet beach, large pool, and few nice bars and restaurants. Apartment itself is.most comfortable for 4 adults, but can accomodate 5 if big space is not your requirement. Beautiful sea view from the garden like front porch where we ate dinners. Large back yard, full of flowers blooming in early June. Two full bathrooms (one outdoor shower), grill, outdoor kitchen in the backyard will make yout stay even more enjoyable. Host is very proactive and wants to make your stay perfect. If we go to Sardinia again, we'll definitely stay here again.

We had a really lovely stay at Luigi's place and he was the perfect host. Lovely apartment, lovely pool and so close to multiple beaches, all within 5-10 min walks. Palau centre was also extremely accessible and you could walk to the harbour within minutes, and take the boat to La Maddalena. Perfect break for us! Thank you Luigi. We hope to be back!

Nicolo’s place is a piece of paradise in Porto Cervo. The house is perfectly located with quiet and peaceful surroundings but close to a lot of major attractions and places to visit. Nicolo was very responsive and quickly worked with us to solve any inconveniences we found including going the extra mile when we needed a hair dryer. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality stay in the amazing Porto Cervo

Nicolas' accommodation is perfectly located a 2-minute drive from the old town of Bonifacio and close to beautiful beaches accessible by car. The house is located in a very quiet area with no neighbors. The bedding is good. The pool heated to 29 degrees allowed us to enjoy it every day at the end of October! Nicolas was very flexible on our arrival time and very responsive to our various questions before the stay. He made everything available for our 2-year-old baby. I would definitely recommend it!

This place was so peaceful and private! Pool was extremely clean and kitchen was huge. The shops and restaurants were nearby, yet far enough away that the hustle and bustle of the city didn’t disturb us. It was perfect for our family. Every morning we went to morning walk and we saw beautiful narrow alleys :)

We were there for a week and felt very comfortable. The apartment is cozy and the terrace with ocean views is beautiful. In the low season, despite many hotels in the village, it is very quiet, a few steps to the sea on foot and a good starting point for many activities and hikes. Cristiano and Monika were always available, problems were solved immediately. We will be happy to come back, thank you very much for everything!

A great apartment furnished in Sardinian style with everything you need. Great location, wonderful view over Porto Cervo with a cozy terrace and pool. Communication was very good, always available and helpful. I can definitely recommend without reservation this apartment. In any case I would Book again. Thanks a lot!

We had a wonderful time in the accomodation and really enjoyed our stay with the beautiful view at the sea. Alessandra was very kind and gave us some very useful tips for activities and nice beaches nearby. We can recommend this accomodation and hope to be back soon.

Absolutely stunning villa. The scenery is breathtaking and the grounds are beautifully maintained. There are multiple balconies equipped with tables, chairs and chaise lounges to enjoy the incredible views. There’s a nice beach within walking distance and markets and restaurants close by. Property manager was so sweet and responsive to all of our needs. We can’t recommend this place enough.

The apartment is very modern and beautiful. We felt very comfortable. The private garage for our car was very convenient. With a big car, it may be a bit tight on the street and in the driveway. But we had no problems with our Ford Fiesta. Everything was very clean and the amenities were very good. There was no crib or high chair for our daughter, but we knew that beforehand. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. Paolo was very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in early and stay a little longer. That was great for us. We would be happy to recommend the apartment and would also like to come back.

We had a great holiday staying here. Being so close to a lovely beach was ideal with our two young children. There is a nice bakery and a few good restaurants within walking distance which was fantastic. The neighbourhood was also very peaceful. Daniela was very responsive and her mother met us on arrival which was lovely. We felt the top bunk bed wasn't suitable for use as it has no sides around it but otherwise the house met our needs well.

The hosts behaved incredibly well, they quickly answered all our questions, they gave us all the useful information about the house and the surroundings by constantly ensuring if all the need is met, I have only words of praise about them and the house that looks impeccable and did not miss anything. All the necessary accessories were present.

The host is warm and hospitable, the location of the B&B is close to the beach, and there are supermarkets and good restaurants nearby, which is very cost-effective!

We felt right at home when we entered the apartment. Omar and his wife are so helpful, friendly and welcoming hosts. We loved everything ! We definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to find a lovely place to stay in Olbia that is not far from the sea ( just litterally 5mn walking distance from the apartment). Restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops and supermarkets are all within reach ( 10mn walking distance from the place).
