We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Cristianos Unterkunft. Alles lief reibungslos. Top Lage, schöne Unterkunft zu einem absolut fairen Preis. Wir werden wieder kommen :)

Ein unglaublich schönes Juwel etwas außerhalb. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Ghislaine ist eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Trotz der Sprachbarriere konnten wir uns via Übersetzungsapp gut abstimmen. Die Außenanlage, der Garten und der Pool sind traumhaft schön. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten von Ghislaine runden das Bild perfekt ab. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Alessio a été très réactif et toujours à l’écoute de mes demandes. L’appartement est très bien situé, avec une vue incroyable. Je ne peux que recommander !

The flat was excellent clean and modern, right on a lovely beach and very convenient location to walk and explore Golfo Aranci, great powerful shower and comfy bed. Great to have an underground parking space, however large/long or low cars will scrape or struggle, perfect for a small hatch however.

Résidence calme de 2 étages seulement, en retrait de la rue. Parking privatif sécurisé. Logement bien aménagé et dont la déco a été pensée pour qu’on s’y sente bien. Équipement fonctionnel : Clim et wifi de très bonne qualité. Petit balcon mais bien apprécié. Bonne situation géographique : Olbia à seulement 15 min et les plages toutes proches. Accueil fort sympathique à notre arrivée. Merci encore Francesca 😉

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Airbnb. Difficult to fault anything. Giorgio was very professional and timely in all interactions. The apartment was impeccably clean, and is a beautiful property, in the heart of San Pantaleo, with private parking. He was kind enough to offer a host of additional advice and services, was flexible with check-in, and was able to accommodate a late check out for us. We stayed with 2 young kids. The youngest is turning 2 and walking. It was not a problem for us but the only potential downside are exposed stairs (Giorgio warned us in advance) and it was not a problem for us, but I think it would be a challenge with a younger child (crawling or not able to safely manage stairs.) An enormous thank you to Giorgio and Elizabethan for sharing their beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. I would recommend their place, and if I’m ever lucky enough to return to San Pantaleo I would 100% try to book with them again. Thank you!

Der Aufenthalt bei bei Frau Lucia war einfach fantastisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Frau Lucia hat um uns als Gäste toll gekümmert. Die Umgebung und die Unterkunft waren einfach bezaubernd, sogar magisch. Wir haben dort die erforderliche Ruhe und Relax genossen. Danke vom ganzen Herzen

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. The house was amazing! Our original plan was to move around La Maddelena, but the house and the balcony were so nice that we stayed and relaxed. The city centre was only a 5min walk and had nice restaurants! We travelled around Sardinia, this was the best house!

Daniele was a very responsive and helpful host! Location was great with an easy walk to the port and town. On a busier street but cute patio looking out on the water! House was very clean but it is warm in the summer with no AC. Would stay again!

Grace was a very nice host. She lives in a little paradise. When we arrived she had somdthing cold to drink in the refrodgerator for us which was really nice! Her Tipps what to discover on the island were really helpful. We really enjoyed our three days there. Thank you very much for your kindness dear Grace.

Die Unterkunft ist ohne zu übertreiben das schönste Air BnB das wir wohl je gebucht haben. Wir haben fast unsere gesamte Zeit dort auf der absolut wunderschönen Terrasse verbracht, die wir irgendwann „Bali Terasse“ getauft haben, weil die Aussicht so absolut überwältigend, sonnig und grün ist, mit einem weiten Blick bis hin zum Meer. Die Kommunikation war einfach und tipptopp. Und auch wenn wir nur digital kommuniziert haben: Man spürte die übersendete Liebe schon beim Reinkommen. Absolute Empfehlung! ☀️

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

Bel appartement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances parfaites, grande terrasse, piscine. Luigi est hyper-reactif et toujours disponible. Emplacement parfait. Nous recommandons fortement!

rustige ligging maar toch op loopafstand van prachtige strandjes, de haven en diverse restaurants. heerlijk terras waar je privé zit met mooie bloemen en grote woonkamer. In de woonkamer staat ook een opklapbed die prima staat. Verder een grote badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Altijd wel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Op loopafstand zit een Despar, nog geen 10 minuten lopen. absoluut een aanrader!

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard vers 22h, Patrizia et son mari ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont même proposé de nous emmener dans un restaurant car nous n’avions pas dîné vraiment très gentil de leur part. L’appartement était très propre, rien à dire. Je vous le recommande .

Rosandras wunderschöne Wohnung war mit Abstand die schönste Ferienunterkunft die wir je hatten. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist perfekt, mit einem Meerblick der seinen gleichen sucht. Alles,war super sauber und in einem seht guten Zustand. Der Hausstrand ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, schöne weitere Strände kann man mit einer kleineren Wanderung (20 Minuten - 1 Std) leicht erreichen. Selbst nach Santa Theresa kann man in 40 Minuten laufen. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Sardinien kommen, dann auf jeden Fall zu Rosandra😃

Excellent, le coin est parfait, la vue est parfaite, tout ce qui est inclus avec la chambre est incroyable ( sauna, piscine,spa etc), le lit, la cuisine tout étais parfait. Claudio est un excellent co-hôte, il nous a offert des oeufs frais un matin, il est un bon vivant et nous recommandons ce logement!

Fabulous place for our stay, very well equipped apartment and superb amenities, parking places for our 2 cars was great to avoid the stress of finding a place to park -a challenge in the area-. Walking distance to downtown with several restaurants and shops. We loved the area and the house. Our host was very responsive. Definitely recommend this place, we’d love to be back!
