I spent two nights at Maria's residence and they were the two best nights I've had in the last few months. Sleeping, waking up and starting the day with a view like this absurdly improves a person's mood. Paz defines the place. I went with my girlfriend and we both loved the experience. I am very grateful to both hosts for being willing to accommodate and understand our stay.

The house is excellent, spacious, well equipped. We use the barbecue, the pizza oven, the pool, the slide and the sauna. Everything worked perfectly (the Spoletto-style pizza night - each one assembles their own - was a success!). Note: there is no firewood available, you need to bring it. All rooms have a bathroom and air conditioning, which brings a lot of comfort to all guests. In addition to the bathrooms in the rooms, there is a social toilet and an external bathroom. Many pots, platters, utensils in general. Very complete house. Junior, the caretaker, was super attentive. The house is one block from the beach, an excellent location. There is a bakery and pharmacy nearby, within walking distance. Wifi worked well. The house comfortably accommodates 15 people, so we were able to bring together my family and my husband's family. It was 3 days of great fun! We love the accommodation and will certainly be back! The only thing we missed, but that did not compromise the accommodation, was a full-length mirror.

But we have some very important points of improvement that we think need to be taken into account, for example: Security needs to be improved, the main gate of the house is made of wood, very “mixuruca”. When we arrived there, there was an open part. We live in Rio de Janeiro and we know how great the violence is, even though it is a bucolic neighborhood. In addition, the lighting of the outside also leaves something to be desired when night comes. It would be safer if the room were closed with glass and not just curtains. In addition, we had difficulties with the stove and oven and did not get answers. We also found foci of dengue mosquito larvae under the external sink. An imminent danger.

It was 5 days, we feel very well accommodated, the house is really like the photos and description. Very nice condominium and also the staff of the same very polite and attentive. I recommend and hope to be able to return!

Very nice apartment, incredible view. Airplanes can be a bit disruptive for sleep in the morning, so it's good to be prepared for the noise. But other than that, it's amazing.

We like to cook and we loved doing it at this place because of the convenience and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to lots of pans and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and the sea in every room. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, friendly and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. The apartment is exactly as described, as well as being super clean, organized and with all the basic utensils for the stay (linens, bath towels, kitchen utensils, etc. - all of good quality and clean). Adriana was super helpful the whole time, answering our questions and being flexible with our check-out. We had a small problem with a leak (a normal thing, and that did not affect our positive experience at all) and she helped us promptly.
