Muy bonito chalet, great communication and good location.

The house is excellent, spacious, well equipped. We use the barbecue, the pizza oven, the pool, the slide and the sauna. Everything worked perfectly (the Spoletto-style pizza night - each one assembles their own - was a success!). Note: there is no firewood available, you need to bring it. All rooms have a bathroom and air conditioning, which brings a lot of comfort to all guests. In addition to the bathrooms in the rooms, there is a social toilet and an external bathroom. Many pots, platters, utensils in general. Very complete house. Junior, the caretaker, was super attentive. The house is one block from the beach, an excellent location. There is a bakery and pharmacy nearby, within walking distance. Wifi worked well. The house comfortably accommodates 15 people, so we were able to bring together my family and my husband's family. It was 3 days of great fun! We love the accommodation and will certainly be back! The only thing we missed, but that did not compromise the accommodation, was a full-length mirror.

Luiz was extremely helpful and kind, received us super well, responded quickly, gave incredible tips and presented the house. The atmosphere is beautiful, airy, full of character and history. A Vista can't even be talked about, it's a spectacle apart, beauty everywhere. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and super comfortable room. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back soon!

During the carnival, my family and I had a wonderful stay in a welcoming and well-equipped home, perfect for those traveling with small children. The house offered everything we needed: cradle, bathtub and a playground that delighted our baby, as well as a pool that provided fun for our eldest daughter. The proximity to shopping malls, with special children's programming, was a fantastic differential. Hosts were extremely kind and helpful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend to those seeking rest and family comfort.

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful and clean house. By arriving the air conditioning was already on, fully equipped kitchen, bedding with a wonderful smell, a very comfortable double bed, we also love the whole outdoor area, swimming pool, hammocks. Extreme quiet place, great for relaxing. Adriana and Marcos were very attentive and helpful, always ready to ask questions. We will definitely return

We loved the location right by the beach (not really a swimming beach as too agitated but very lovely nonetheless) and there is an excellent supermarket right there across the road. The flat has a wonderful view of the beach with the surfers, as well as of the very large and beautiful swimming pool. Worth noting that the pool is closed fully every Monday and on other days it's open from 9am to 7pm.

The stay was wonderful! It exceeded expectations. Great location, close to bakeries, restaurants, shops in general. We had everything at the disposal of utensils to make our meals. We were greeted with beer and biscuits, which was an incredible differential we weren't expecting. The host was very proactive explaining to us everything we needed. We felt at home and we will definitely be back again!

Elizmar received me before the time, helped me with the suitcases and was very attentive. I felt at home! For sure if you need it, I will rent more often and I highly recommend it. Each corner has a mime, and to close with a gold key, it puts in the pots, coffee, sugar, beans, +.. this is really a great facilitator. Super recommend!!!! 😃

Michelle welcomed me very well with signs and the possibility of an earlier check-in, which is always very comfortable and grateful, the studio has everything that matters and amenities. I would only advise you to close the shower door carefully when leaving since it is whipped and be careful not to accidentally touch the shower when bathing due to the height of it and being electric, minimal things that with common sense are overcome, thank you very much Michelle, very recommended!

The apartment is beautiful, as seen in the photos. Very well cared for and neat. The location is amazing with the ocean view. Supermarket, pharmacy and places to eat nearby that you can walk. We will be back!!

A flawless host and a magnificent condominium and apartment. The balcony offers an ocean view, and falling asleep to the sound of waves is the best. The apartment is very clean and cozy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property features a heated pool, cleaned weekly. There are cameras and staff everywhere, making it very calm and safe. The host was very attentive and friendly. Right across the street is a beach with few people, where you can enjoy the ocean. I travel a lot, and this was one of the best stays. Thank you! ❤️

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

Hosts maintained communication throughout the journey until check-in, which was very flexible, easy as well as the location and instructions. Super nice place, organized, we will definitely come back more often!

Alexandre is simply the perfect host, always helpful before, during and even after check-outs. The apartment itself was impeccable. Everything was perfect, from cleaning to check-in and check-out. The hotel is a very cozy, clean and quiet place. I always come to this hotel because of this. Just a tip, ask before if the leisure spaces are working, so it doesn't happen the same way it happened to me, that I was only informed after the purchase.
