We had a great family weekend. The house had everything, Ana and Alberto were very attentive.

The stay in the house was very pleasant. The garden is very spacious and very well cared for. The living room-kitchen is very spacious and we were very comfortable. The house has all amenities and amenities. We spent the whole weekend without leaving the house because it made us very bad weather, even snowy! And we were very comfortable.

Our stay was great. Even though it was cold, the house kept the heat very well. The house had everything we needed and everything was clean. Our host was very attentive and made everything very easy for us. The house is in a stunning setting. The weather didn't accompany us, but if it's good, it has an incredible patio. We still enjoyed watching the rain from the porch. Thank you! It was a pleasure.

We have passed the 23 people bridge in the house. Highlighting the importance of having private ensuite rooms included for each family. Spacious living room, very large patio and the area below for children to play is a pass. The house does not lack anything, very well cared for and apparently quite new. To put some but... the BBQ was gas and it took a long time to make the food, we let Isabel know and she immediately sent a person to bring another newly purchased barbecue. 100% recommended to spend a few days with friends or family, the village is very quiet.

This is not the typical AirBnB house! This is a magnificent, impressive Spanish house in a quiet residential area. It had everything we needed, and more, for a very comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed eating and relaxing in the spacious outdoor living area. I highly recommend the house, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely house and well taken advantage of. Perfect for a small family or two couples, the theme of bread on your doorstep in the mornings is a tip. The kitchen is super full. It has a CD player with very good movies, the only thing to improve is the size of the TV. It has gasoil heating that ensures nothing cold is going through. Oscar attentive at all times. Thank you!!

We stayed at Vicente's house for 2 nights at the end of March as a quiet base to visit Salamanca. It is about a 15-20 minute drive from downtown, in a very quiet village overlooking an old church (with storks nesting on the roof!). We were looking for a quiet place, outside the center of Salamanca, with hassle-free parking, and we find it here. Vicente was very kind and kept in touch with us throughout the stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and simple, but it had all the amenities we needed for a short stay in the area, and parking was easy on the quiet streets around the plaza. There is a small supermarket about 5 minutes walk which opens in the afternoon. Note: There is no wifi, but there is good 5G coverage if internet connection is needed.

Perfect, both the house and Javier's service, always attentive to anything. The house is very large, with air conditioning and a fairly large outdoor patio. We will repeat, we loved it.

The experience of booking Ruben's place was 10. The location is unbeatable and the fact that it has that terrace, barbecue and garden makes you want to stay there to live!! Rubén is super attentive and was able to help us and advise us with all the questions we asked.

The stay was very good, the house has 4 rooms and is newly renovated. Pellet stove for the cold (in addition to electric radiators just in case). The area where it is located is a town that seems to be taken from a fairy tale, it is a wonder, with many hiking trails nearby, water areas, etc. It is not the first time that we have stayed in the village, since we love it. The perfect hosts in terms of treatment, correctness, education, ease of communication, etc. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best Airbnb properties I have seen. Beautiful, comfortable, sparkling clean, spacious... I very special place. Best house to explore Salamanca while having a charming and quiet place to relax. The owners were extremely helpful and nice. I would love to come back and I will also recommend this house to our friends.
