What a delightful retreat! This property offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The location is just perfect, right at the beach but very quiet and secluded. The house has everything that you may need. It is very cozy and convenient. The porch and the yard are just perfect. Usually, we go camping because we love the outdoors, and this place is the perfect combination of indoor – outdoor living. You drink your morning coffee looking at the sea, hearing the waves, feeling the sea breeze. In the afternoon you lie in the hammock, having a beer with a good book. It is a place where you can fully relax and enjoy your holiday to the fullest. The owners Lia and Ares are very friendly and polite, and they make sure you have everything you need for a great holiday. When we arrived, they welcomed us at their house in person. They had even left some cold water and beer in the fridge for us. Small gesture, which makes a big difference! Thank you Lia and Ares!!!

Villa Penelope was just what we needed. A very quiet space right on the water and very relaxing. We enjoyed morning swims, afternoon kayaking around the bay, and eating on the patio around the water. We generally spent the day outside. The outdoor shower was so nice after the morning swims. The weather for our stay was not too hot. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Another thing to note is that there were no neighbors on either side during our stay, enhancing the privacy and quiet. If you do have mobility challenges this is not the place for you. The stairs to the bedrooms are small and steep and the bathroom is very small. Penelope is a wonderful host. She had prepared a meal for us on our arrival, was very informative on the house and local area. She was very responsive to our follow up questions. A lovely person and a generous host.

This place is the most amazing one I have booked via Airbnb! The hosts are the best hosts on Airbnb as well! They were available at all times to help us and to check on us. Even when we got a flat tire for one of the cars, we got a great recommendation where to go to fix it. The villa is extremely beautiful and designed with great thought. Each room is unique and super nice. The common area is cozy and inviting. Besides that, everything was spotless clean. We got enough room for parking 5 cars at the parking spot inside the villa. One of the beaches we liked the most La Scala was 5 min away by car. We also liked the small private beach across the street. Everything is as described and 10 times better than the photos. Highly recommend the villa!

Wir haben im Haus von Periklis und seiner Frau eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Terrasse, der Garten und der eigene Zugang zum Wasser sensationell. In der Vorsaison war zwar rundherum noch nicht alles geöffnet, aber genau das und die damit verbundene Ruhe haben wir gesucht und gefunden. Wir bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft, die uns entgegengebracht wurde! Viele Grüße!

The house is very close to the beach and to the main road passing through Agiokampos. The second floor has a nice big balcony with a view to the sea. The house interior is a bit outdated and some of the rooms need better lighting but still it is equipped well enough and has all you need for a nice family holiday. The most important part is the courtyard - it is huge and well maintained and suggests spending most of your time on the outside. There is plenty of space for the kids to play and to run around and there are several well-arranged cosy seating areas suitable for dining, having coffee or just spending your time on the outside. The place leaves the impression for a caring and industrious host. Excellent attitude and case on the part of the host!

Staying at Diana's house has been a wonderful experience. The house was spotlessly clean, convenient, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. It easily fit more people. We were a group of eight and always had enough dishes, cutlery and space to sit all together. We loved the seating areas outside the house. At any time of the day there was a spot in the shade where you could eat or just chill and enjoy the stunning nature around. Some of us regularly took a nap on the sofa outside. As mentioned by Diana, the beach was stoney and there were urchins, so shoes were definitely needed. The water was very clear and it was perfect for snorkelling. Plenty of sea life to see. Easy to paddle or row to other nearby beaches or to a cliff jumping spot if you feel adventurous. While the village and the organised beaches were quite busy, we were mostly by ourselves. Diana has been an amazing host - very friendly, caring and helpful. Overall, a place to come back to!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Chalkidiki! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders die Terrasse mit dem Blick aufs Meer war ein Traum und ein echtes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen, aber dennoch perfekt, um die schönsten Strände und Orte in der Umgebung zu erreichen. Auch einige tolle Tavernen sind ganz in der Nähe. Athanasios war ein großartiger Gastgeber – sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können sowohl die Unterkunft als auch Athanasios wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Alles in allem ist Vasilis Unterkunft ein paradiesisches Plätzchen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, mit direktem Strandzugang, Liegen , Liegestühle, SUPs. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Der Garten ist traumhaft und war für unsere Kinder der totale Abenteuerplatz. Es gibt tolle Tavernen, die man mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichen kann. Abends kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse/dem Balkon den Tag ausklingen lassen und anschließend mit dem Wellenrauschen in den Ohren einschlafen. Vasilis ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns bereits vor der Abreise mit Tipps versorgt hat und auch auf Fragen während des Aufenthalts schnell geantwortet hat. Danke Vasilis, wir kommen wieder!

Chris e Kathryn sono due persone deliziose, che conosco perfettamente il territorio poiché vivono qui da 20 anni e sono in grado di dare suggerimenti preziosi e interessanti. inoltre sanno essere accoglienti e disponibili mettendo a disposizione la frutta del loro terreno e il kayak di loro proprietà. il cottage è delizioso, con tutti i comfort, e offre pace e privacy totale immersi nella natura. l'assenza dell'aria condizionata non rappresenta un problema perché la casa è ventilata e la sera la temperatura scende molto rispetto al giorno.

Über den Anfahrtsweg werde ich keine Worte mehr verlieren. Der ist bereits zur Genüge beschrieben. Mit einem "normalen" Auto machbar aber man fährt nicht 3* am Tag an andere Orte. Die Bucht ist traumhaft und das Haus wunderschön gelegen. Der Hauswirt ist superfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn man mit einer Gruppe ungestört tolle Ferien verbringen möchte, ist dies ein wunderbarer Ort. Danke, wir haben es sehr genossen

This beautiful stone house in Greece is a wonderful place to spend your holidays. It has a lovely garden with flowers on different levels and offers stunning views of the sea. A door from the house opens directly to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and the sea. The hosts - Elena and Katerina are very friendly and keep the place clean, ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone. It's a perfect spot for anyone wanting to relax and soak in the beauty of Greece. I highly recommend it!

Sophies Villa is a great place to stay in Skopelos. It's close enough to the town's center, restaurants and marina yet far enough to be very quiet and private. The villa is equipped with everything required (maybe except for an oven), very clean and tidy and Sophie makes sure it stays clean the entire stay. There is a close by beach (small and not equipped) and a very nice swimming pool which is a little walk away but worth the few steps. The only thing that needs attention is the WiFi quality. On top of all that Sophie is a great host, always available and responsive and very very nice. We will certainly try to come again sometime.

George and Elina are nice and exceptional hosts, who were always in touch, always helpful, met us personally, and organized check-in pro-actively that would fit both of us! Other than that, the maisonette was clean and right next to the beach + located very strategically on Sithonia, close to other beaches, shops, and roads towards other "fingers" of Halkidiki. Parking space was available, too. George and Elina also organised a cot and railings (on the stairs) for our 3 year old son. The appsrtment had everything you might need for a great stay! Unfortunately, we have been there for only almost two weeks and couldn't explore everything Halkidiki had to offer :) if you are traveling with a family and friends - book and you won't regret!

האירוח של מיכאל היה מקסים ויוצא מגדר הרגיל! המקום מיוחד עם חוף קטן פרטי וקסום, פינות ישיבה רבות, הרבה השקעה בפרטים הקטנים, ומגוון פעילויות מים כמו סאפ, קיאקים, מזרוני ים, שנורקלים לשימוש אישי וחופשי בחוף הפרטי. הבית נעים ופרקטי, לא היה חסר כלום, נוף מהמם למפרץ, שקיעות וזריחות מרחיבות לב, נהנינו וכבר רוצים לחזור.

Die Villa hat eine traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand in einer wunderbaren Bucht. Es gibt eigene Strandliegen. Sie grenzt allerdings direkt an eine Bar/Restaurant. Die Musik war laut, aber sie hat uns für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes nicht gestört. Vor dem Haus ein freundlicher Bootsverleiher. Alles in allem ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.
