Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

Kostas's house is a gem! The private location is perfect for those seeking tranquility in nature. We particularly enjoyed the large, well-maintained garden, which provided a beautiful and inviting space to relax. The house was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked – a real treat, especially with the thoughtful addition of local produce. Kostas was an outstanding host. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Waking up to the lovely views of the surrounding nature was a highlight of our stay. You live centrally in Thessaloniki and have a great view. The furnishings speak for themselves, of course! All in all, a beautiful, large accommodation.

What to say about Villa Karerina....we will be forever comparing other villas to this one as it was perfect! Charming host who couldn't do enough for us and everything we asked for she sorted. We spent more time at the villa than planned as we couldn't drag ourselves away. Pool was fantastic and views out of this world; watching the planes taking off and land were mesmerising. The villa was well equipped and a supermarket walkable in about half an hour with a taxi back as there is a steep hill to walk back up with shopping bags, so wouldn't recommend doing that unless you are extremely fit. Villa is very private and taxi rides not massively expensive into town, only a 10 minute drive away. We all highly recommend this villa to others. We can't wait to book again; if we don't next year it would surely be the year after. The views, villa amenities and location were just wonderful and will be ever imprinted on our minds!

We had a great time at Kristina's magical stone house. You'll get to take long walks alongside the river that's located near the house. You'll also find an old church and school nearby, which are ideal for taking photos. In short, if you want to escape the city and enjoy nature and peace, this is the place to be.

Great location! We drove in from Bulgaria and are not familiar with driving in busy European cities. Alexandra gave us many parking options when we asked from seeing previous reviews. There is a paid garage right next to the unit (although pricey) but the convince was well worth the price. Wish we had more time to explore!

The apartment is spacious, looks just like the pictures, and is incredibly comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and kind. The location is perfect: a 5-10 minute walk to convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping, yet tucked away enough for reduced city noise. We loved the natural light and the balcony's good seating space. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Thessaloniki!

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was well equipped and clean. Lamprini's paintings were lovely. we appreciated the warm scones and fresh fruit! The location was private and peaceful.

I think there are only a few occasions that a place would really deserve to be named special and unique. Myrto's ''serene stone house'', is the absolute definiton of that! Truly beautiful and cosy, everything inside this house is obviously done with attention to the tiniest detail, but most of all this house is ideal for anyone in search for peace of mind. Located at the very end of a small village - less than ten houses-, sourrounded by mountains, making it of course a very quiet, relaxing place, plus in 2 kilometers distance the mesmerising small prespa lake beggins. Myrto is a great great host!! She gives all information about possible hiking tours inside the forest and the villages around, contacts of local guides, possible boat trips inside the lake, suggestions where to find local products plus many -in detail- restaurant reccomendations. I cannot praise enough the complete , definitely memorable, experience this house and its host are able to offer its visitors!

This is an outstanding place to stay in a beautiful part of Greece. Dimitrios and Katerina have taken great care to curate a wonderful experience for their guests. Enjoy their recommendations for restaurants and things to do as well. Their place is comfortable, nice and cool for the hot weather, and contains everything you need.

We had a lovely time in the beautiful house on the hilltop above the sea. The location is great, with a breathtaking view of the sea and the inland hills. The balcony is great for having breakfast in the morning with a sea view and watching the sunset in the evening. The house is very richly equipped, everything you need is available. And on top of that, we were also wonderfully warmly welcomed by the parents of Ifgenia. Her mother had made delicious pastries, there was water and a nice bottle of wine cool. There was toppings, toast, coffee, tea... The bathroom was also richly provided with beauty products. Ifgenia's father came to bring us an extra fire, in case it would be too fresh, but we didn't need that. This is the best vacation rental we've ever been to for me. With the wonderful hospitality that characterizes the region so much. A gem in a region that has forever stolen our heart. Recommended!

Our stay at Mrs. Katerina's wonderful accommodation will be unforgettable! Beautiful clean and well-maintained space! He took care of us with a lot of goodies from the place and made us feel at home! Everything was great to the last detail! Even the outdoor space was very thoughtful! Beautiful garden nice pool and breathtaking endless view! For those who want to relax while at the same time they want to go to shops and see the center! Perfect place for winter and summer! Comfortable clean well-maintained spaces with a lot of taste and passion! We will definitely go back to Mrs. Katerina's accommodation! It's worth going for several days for relaxation and fun! Nice villa, had everything we needed. The views are amazing and the yard is awesome! You can't really walk to the city, but it's 3 minutes away by car.

It was a magical vacation. Very clean and bright house, great pool with mountain view. A complete feeling of harmony with nature. The house is perfectly designed, with very good thermal isolation. The best option - come by car. The house is located at some distance from the beach. The nearest beach is one of the best on the island. It is very long and therefore gives a great choice of umbrellas/loungers with a wide range of prices. Special thanks to the owner of the house. Orestis is a true professional. He is always on call. Very friendly and solves problems instantly.
