We stayed in the triangle house for one night, the experience was fantastic!!The house was wonderful , smelled clean both the interior of the house but also all the linens the towels the sofa covers! impeccable layout awesome organization the communication with the host was what anyone would ask for immediately friendly and all instructions very clear!The outdoor area is thoughtful , organized with pillows lighting throughout the garden and in the common areas, a small paradise next to Thessaloniki !Bravo for the so thoughtful work you've done and for the love for what you do because it shows!!! See you again soon !!

Great location! We drove in from Bulgaria and are not familiar with driving in busy European cities. Alexandra gave us many parking options when we asked from seeing previous reviews. There is a paid garage right next to the unit (although pricey) but the convince was well worth the price. Wish we had more time to explore!

Lovely little villa but not quite as described. Not so much of a beach as just access to water which was still fine but not really what we were expecting. Villa was also a little smaller than the photos seemed to show. Had a lovely time regardless and the host was very friendly and helpful always quick to respond to any questions we had.

Fabulous place, few mins walk to everything but also secluded and peaceful. Mirca made whoke trip so easy

We had a truly amazing experience staying at this apartment! Everything was perfect, from the beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean rooms to the excellent amenities that made us feel right at home. The location was also ideal, close to everything we needed and with a stunning view that made our mornings even more special. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing us with helpful tips about the area and making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail throughout. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

This is amazing place, for people who want to enjoy on the beach, swim and watch the sunset from their own porch or sunbeds just in front of the sea. Outside is pebbles and maybe 2 meters on the entrance in water, and than sand. Clean water, good for swimming, fishing and diving. House have all we needed, full of sea details. You should have slippers for water, some repellent against mosquitos, ants, flies etc.. because somethimes you will need it outside. Rooms have nets, so it's ok inside. We have never been closer to the sea till now and that was incredible experience, real vacation, with rear people around us. Also, very good location for exploring nice beaches if you want and many other places. A really nice apartment. Just in front of the sea. I definitely recommend it.

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

Fantastic place, don’t wonder book!

From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

We LOVED staying in Niki's beautiful and modern home. It was recently built (3 years ago), had an amazing pool, lots of relaxing areas to sit, and the view was impeccable! The location was wonderful for our family. Traditional fishing village 5 min drive away. Could run the road in the morning for a great workout. One of the most highly reviewed beaches is 3 minutes away. Very private and completely safe (the island is so safe!). Niki was so kind and helpful. Met us at the ferry so that we could follow her to the house. She came one afternoon so that we could do laundry and was always flexible on timing as our day plans got changed. Her recommendations were wonderful, and always seemed to do anything she could to make our holiday stress free. She left great honey and a greek drink for us to enjoy. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

The house was everythin we wanted. Big, clean, had a barbecue, nice quite place with a view at the sea. Would recommend

A very Nice stay in a beutifull House with very kind host, that really make you feel welcome and at Home.

It is an idyllic place to spend your vacation and come to rest with an ancient olive tree to linger under, 30 m from the deserted beach. Great swimming pool with evening lighting and diving board. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the landlord and his families makes this vacation unforgettable!

I had a fantastic time at this accommodation. The view of the pool and the sea beyond was truly beautiful, making me feel like I was in paradise. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. The cleanliness was also excellent, and I would love to come back with another family.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

Very nice and well-equipped house with a breathtaking terrace. Communication with Vasiliki was good, she usually responded very quickly. With us, only the washing machine did not work and the beach/shops were a few minutes further away than described. But all in all a wonderful stay in a great house.

On arrival Dimitrios's father in-law welcomed us to paradise and he was right. The views and proximity to the beach were outstanding. The location was peaceful and calm. The views, and especially sunsets, are sublime. A very 'Greek' restaurant in the village was a short walk away but we generally felt reluctant to travel beyond the flat and beach. This must be one of the dreamiest locations. Nature has gifted Dimitrios generously! The flat itself is comfortable and well equipped. The kittens were an added pleasure.

It is a less common situation,in which the reality is quite superior to the photos. The location is right on the seashore and offers a dreamy view. The house is tastefully arranged,clean and equipped with absolutely everything for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The access road is beautiful through the olive grove and the neat and beautifully arranged yard. Our host was very cute,friendly and took care of all the details. If you want a great view,sea,quiet,relaxation and olive trees,here is the perfect place. Thank you so much for your dream moments here.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

The perfect getaway with amazing, friendly hosts. We just had a fantastic time. The house itself is so lovely and atmospheric and got everything you need and more. You have a fantastic terrace for a better view than any restaurant and a perfect sunrise watching spot where we synchronized with the rising sun every day. Katerina showered us with gifts: fresh vegetables, home made jam and fresh baked hearty, delicious pie. But the hosts that were not mentioned, and who were our guardians and best friends, were the two dog sisters Mona and Lisa. We will miss them dearly, probably even more than the view. We’ve had a wonderful family stay at the beach house. It’s your own little house on your own “private” beautiful beach, with the water right at your feet. A nice simple house on the beach, with the sound of the waves to sweeten your night’s sleep. The two tasty taverns next by with a wonderful vista just make it all the better.

Super nice view of a small bay. great for coffee in the morning Very clean and lovingly furnished. A travel bed was ready for our baby and there were plenty of blankets and towels. It took us 2 minutes to walk to downtown. Super easy communication and individual arrangement possible. You want to feel a bit at home if you don't know the city yet...then book this apartment.
