Casa Kedrova is a very special place and Evangelos made sure that we enjoyed the experience to the fullest. He is very knowledgeable about the area and understands his guests very well, he gave us great tips and made sure we felt right at home. The personal attention, the well stocked kitchen and the excellent homemade welcome drink were perfect additions. The house itself has a lot of character and the views are amazing. Perfect for a family reunion! One small note - the stairs to the second floor have no handrail. Take great care with children.

Η διαμονη μας στο Βρυσοχωρι και το σπιτι του κυριου Βασιλη ηταν ονειρικη! Νιωσαμε αμεσως την ζεστασια του χωριου και την ομορφια της απλοτητας ενος χωριατικου σπιτιου που δεν εχει να φοβηθει τιποτα απο τις υποτιθεμενες ανεσεις μιας πολης. Η φιλοξενια του κ. Βασιλη ηταν αριστη και η συννενοηση πολυ καλη. Το σπιτι βρισκεται καπως απεναντι απο το χωριο, σε μικρη αποσταση βεβαια, που ομως το κανει ακομα πιο ιδανικο μιας και εχεις ομορφη πανοραμικη θεα του χωριου, ειδικα το βραδυ. Δεν του λειπει τιποτα, και η μεγαλη αυλη ειναι ιδανικη για αραγμα το βραδυ στην δροσια του καλοκαιριου. Εχει μια μικρη κατηφορα για την θεση του αυτοκινητου κοντα στις βρυσες και στο ποταμακι. Ενα οπελ αστρα κατεβηκε και ανεβηκε με προσοχη, ανετα. Πιο χαμηλο αμαξι ισως οχι. Η αποσταση να το περπατησεις ομως δεν ειναι μεγαλη. Αυτα. Βασιλη σε ευχαριστουμε για την υπεροχη εμπειρια χωριου. Θα μας ξαναδεις σιγουρα! υ.γ. Προμηθευτειτε βασικα ειδη για πρωινο, γαλα τοστ κλπ απο Κονιτσα η Κηπους.

Perfect place for our ski trip. Only a short walk to everything inc gondola and lifts. The chalet had everything that we needed. For the money we paid we were a very happy BRB group. The Happy Duck restaurant just up the road always look after our group and we now have a perfect venue of ski food and accommodation. Thank you.

We stayed for 2 nights and we had an amazing time. the check-in was straightforward the place was clean and surrounding area was incredible. the hospitality and staff were extremely helpfull, friendly and hospitable.

We are more than pleased with our stay at Leshten Guest Homes. The villa we booked looked exactly like the pictures uploaded in the app. The host was extremely nice and responsive, replying to our messages within minutes. The living room was very spacious and the big glass walls offered a stunning view of the mountain and the garden. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were really comfortable. The duvets were very soft, the pillows were fluffy and the linen was fresh. Outside, on the porch, there are a table and stools where you can enjoy your morning coffee and take in the beautiful nature surrounding the villa. There is also a barbecue provided for the guests to cook if they want to. In the kitchen, there are plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, cooking pots, etc. at the guests’ disposal. Coffee, as a complimentary gift, was left for us at the villa upon our arrival. All in all, the villa is a great value for the money we paid and we would enjoy booking it again in the future.

We had a great time, excellent stay and exactly what we needed for a group of our size! Joanna was extremely helpful throughout. Would definitely stay again.

House was great, exactly as described and just what we wanted for our group. Very grateful that there was always plenty of hot water for showers after a days skiing!

During our stay in Pinus villas we were extremly relaxed and cared by the kind people working in the complex. The villa is soo nice, quiet and comfortable. Cosy, wooden space, two floors and half, with privacy and spa features. Normally the house has space for 6 people but it is also good for a couple. Food in the restaurant is delicious and breakfast is huge and yummy! The first evening we ordered the diner for the villa, which is very good option if you want to have your meal secluded. On the other day we went on a bike adventure around the villa zone with bikes provided by Pinus villas. I recommend this activity! Yarema is very close to Sofia and we would definitely go again in Pinus Sylvestris to break away from everyday life and big city. P.S This is the cleanest Airbnb I ever been staying.

A very comfortable and pleasant house. The interior design and decoration of the house is very finely detailed. There was nothing missing in the rooms, kitchen, bathrooms and common areas. The heating system is also very good. We also enjoyed lighting the fireplace every evening. I would like to thank the host Franko for this perfect house in nature.

Yassen’a ski lodge was really outstanding, we were so happy with our booking it even surpassed our expectations. It has everything you could want - sauna, jacuzzi, BBQ all there ready to go with all the cooking equipment you could want. The beds were comfortable and the layout is a really great social space. The area is quiet but only 15 mins into Bansko for skiing, restaurants and bars or the thermal pools are nearby. In the jacuzzi at night it’s just you and the stars above! There was even a kids’ trampoline and climbing frame in the garden which was a brilliant surprise for the kids. The house is very warm and we really liked having a Christmas tree up and fairy lights over new years. It was such great value and Yassen and George were on hand with any questions answered straight away. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lodge to friends and Bulgaria in general for an affordable and interesting place to travel.

The house was amazing with all we needed after our ski & snowboarding When we first arrived Alex offered us help and guideline to everything in the house and also suggested us some places to go. He shared with us his mobile telling us to contact him in case we needed anything. House is about 10 mins driving to center. Well recommended!

Place is amazing, about a 15 minute drive to the Gonola, there was 10 of us that stayed and the place was adaquatly big enough to accommodate. and George was always on hand to advise if anything was needed. would deffo stay again.

Our group had a fabulous stay, the place was well kitted out for a large group and it managed to please everyone! The food was amazing and the hosts were so helpful making our stay effortless.

We had so much fun at this place. It is a perfect place for families and friends. Thanks for the great weekend. :)

Stunning place!! Worth every penny!!

The residence is a former government building, which has been recently renovated to a high standard. The whole place was extremely clean. The residence includes a restaurant, with breakfast being served every morning. The tea was made from herbs from the nearby forest. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They met every single one of our needs, going above and beyond. Almost all of the food which we were given was local and homemade. I would definitely recommend having dinner at the restaurant at least once, as the staff can prepare fresh food to your request.

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

De cum am ajuns, gazdele ne-au primit foarte frumos si ne-au dat toate detaliile pentru a ne descurca usor in incinta lor. Privelistea de la balcon este extraordinara. Te trezesti si te culci cu marea in brate. Este un loc linistit, privat, unde te poti rupe de realitatea curenta de zi cu zi. Daca iti doresti intimitate, este un loc ideal. Plaja e la o aruncatura de bat, ajungi foarte usor si parca toata e a ta. E un sentiment care este greu de gasit. Pe scurt, tot sejurul a fost foarte frumos. Multumim mult pentru gazduire si pentru amabilitatea de care am avut parte.

The place is super comfortable and kids-friendly. Tzuliana is amazing host and you can feel right at home. The house and the garden are well cared for and really beautiful.

Прекрасный уютный дом в лесу. Вокруг тихо и очень живописно. Очень красивый участок, с беседками, ручьями и садовыми скульптурами. Просторный балкон с красивым видом, много спален, на кухне есть все необходимое. Очень атмосферный камин и мебель. На улице есть мангал. Встречали тут Новый год с семьей и друзьями. Очень понравилось! Хозяева очень милые и отзывчивые

Danke für alles! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Lisas Familie hat uns in Empfang genommen und war jederzeit Verfügbar, falls wir etwas brauchten. Bei der Ankunft gab es selbstgemachte Leckereien und Diverses im Kühlschrank fürs Frühstück. Während den Ferien durften wir auch sebstgepflückte wilde Spargeln probieren, so lecker! Das Haus ist super, vorallem auch der Garten! Wir waren da mit unseren zwei Kindern, die sich wunderbar Beschäftigen konnten. Einschlafen mit Meeresgeräuschen und Morgens zu Vogelgezwitscher erwachen, einfach herrlich! Danke für alles!
