At the bottom of this oasis of peace, on a cozy little square, lies our house. The rural district of St. Pieter is perfect for a hike or bike ride in the greenery. Within a 10-minute walk, you will reach the historic city center. In the neighborhood it buzzes with restaurants and eateries. Also you will find a neighborhood center with a supermarket etc.

A sunny and cozy apartment with many special details. The location is favorable: in 10 minutes you are in the picturesque city center, in 5 minutes in the beautiful nature around the Pietersberg. The apartment is very private with your own bathroom and a little balcony. Toilet is private but on the landing.. The sofabed is 1.35 x2.00. In the large bed in the quiet back room you will have a great night's sleep. The ideal place to be completely away for a few days, to enjoy or to work.

Parking is free in front of the door. The guest suite is located in the quiet area of Zouwdalveste in Maastricht, 50 meters from the Belgian border. Within 10 minutes by car, you can be in the center of Maastricht. By bus, you can reach the city center of Maastricht within 18 minutes.

Stylish 'boutique' apartment where you can enjoy a wonderful stay in Maastricht. The spacious kitchen and living room provide a lot of livability. There are two bedrooms with both a double bed. In addition, there are two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is very convenient to the MECC (5 minutes / car), the University of Maastricht ( 5 minutes) and the old town of Maastricht is within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the door for a fee (6.60 p.d.)

Possibility for short-stay & long-stay residency.

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 5 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.30 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €2,15 each a night.

Lovely boutique studio with patio in city center

In one of the most beautiful and oldest streets of Maastricht you’ll find this lovely loft with a wintergarden (Serre) and a outside garden in the middle of the city center. Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.

studio54 - in Ceramique - Close to all!

You will find studio54 in the trendy Wijck-Ceramique area of Maastricht. My fully renovated studio is very well located within a 10-minute walking distance of the city center, Maastricht train station, MECC Conference center and UMC+ University Hospital. Studio54 has a pantry equipped with a fridge, freezer and microwave. There is no stove available.
