Holiday rentals with a patio in Maastricht

I had an all-around pleasant stay! The apartment is extremely cozy and at the same time modernly furnished – you immediately feel at home. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent location: in just one minute you can reach the train station, which makes the connection to public transport ideal. Despite the proximity to the train, the surroundings are very quiet and invite you to relax. Numerous shopping opportunities are within easy walking distance, which makes everyday life much easier. All in all a perfect combination of comfort, tranquility and convenient location. I highly recommend this place and would come back anytime!

Stefanie is a very hospitable lady. Everything is present in the cottage. Very clean too. Entrance cottage a bit difficult to find, it is house number 38 instead of 45. The property is located on the border of Germany and the Netherlands, but Dutch channels are difficult to find on TV. Must be via the internet. Beautiful large TV. Access to the bathroom through the bedroom. Both the bed and the fold-out sofa bed are equipped with nice pillows and sleep wonderfully.

Very nice accommodation, bright and very clean. The owner was always responsive to requests. The neighborhood is quiet, green and pleasant. On the other hand, there was an error in the listing regarding the number of rooms and beds (three beds and not four). Finally, the sofa bed is not very comfortable. Apart from these points, our stay was very pleasant!

This apartment is very pleasant and in a very convenient location to the center plaza/market. The kitchen is very well equipped, except maybe for no toaster, that I found. The whole place has a modern and comfortable feel and the small outdoor space is definitely a big plus, as I thoroughly enjoy some fresh air to chill in. I was a little concerned about the bedroom being up front by the street, but there didn't seem to be much traffic, so it was not a problem for me. Parking is a bit challenging, but it's possible to park for free between 6pm and 9am, for a fee other times or for free all the time at a lot that's about a 10 minute walk away. Bathroom is also a nice space, I only wish I had had time to use the tub - guess I'll have to come back! :))

Jan's apartament was cozy, but had all facielities we needed. Location is very convinient, neighbourhood is calm but close to small city - Sittard. We would definitely come back if opportunity present itself.

Beautiful, bright, large and very well-maintained apartment. We felt very comfortable. The view from the terrace is simply wonderful - nature and pure tranquility. Perfect as a starting point for hikes.

We had wonderful days in Sebastiaan's house. The house is spacious for 6 people with different places to sit , a cozy well-equipped dining kitchen, good double beds and a beautifully located garden, where it is good to stay. Sippenaken is an excellent starting point for excursions and bike rides in the region and from the cottage you will be on a beautiful hiking trail through the Geuldal in no time. For us an ideal base during this AGR weekend🚴🚴

A very fully equipped holiday home. Mary-Lou and Patrick are the hosts. They are very attentive. This is already apparent upon arrival. A homemade cake was ready, a basket of fruit and flowers from our own garden. In the fridge, a bottle of wine and beer. Furthermore, everything is present in the house. Generous towels, a washing machine with detergent, herbs, shampoo, etc. And if you need anything else. Ask. The hosts want you to have a good time. The house is in accordance with the description and very generous. You have your own outdoor area with lawn. It is behind the owners' house. So they sometimes pass by. We thought that was no problem at all. In short, definitely recommended for a pleasant stay in Limburg

We loved it here, brilliant location for our long weekend of golf at nearby Henri Chapelle. Amazing hosts and an absolutely amazing place with a stunning garden.

Tom was very accurate and very attentive. Thank you so much for trying to find a crib with sheets and blankets for my little girl, even though it wasn't generally offered. The place was clean and complete with everything you need in an apartment. It would also have been helpful to have a small iron and equipment more suitable for recycling garbage. We had some difficulty finding the cottage because the quality of the map sent on the chat was low and unfortunately we did not have a paper one. Otherwise, great! Thank you so much Tom for your hospitality! 😊

Great Villa. Very comfortable and perfect for hosting a large group of friends. Nice dining and chill out spaces in the villa and around the property. Matthiece was a super host. Especially when we locked ourselves out of the villa, our own fault completely, he arrived within 20 minutes, smiling and friendly , to let us in. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time staying here! The hosts were easy reach and always responsive. There was free parking right outside the building and a train station within a 4 minute walk. The house itself had a lot of space and was very clean when I arrived. Had no issues the entire time I stayed there.

Very nice Airbnb, everything completely finished, beautiful and new. You can sit behind it and in front of the house, just where the sun is. We walked a lot in the area, right from the front door.

The accommodation Anja offers is in a very quiet area. It's an apartment that's very clean, tidy and makes you feel right at home. It has the necessary kitchen utensils for breakfast, dinner, etc. and a Lidl 1.5 km from the house. When I return to the area, I will stay at Anja's house again, that's for sure.

Great apartment, well equipped and super clean. Nice and uncomplicated contact with Norbert and very warm welcome by Ms. Schmitz on site. We would like to come back to be able to use the beautiful terrace as planned. Unfortunately, this was not possible due to rainy weather during our stay. All in all highly recommended!

We stayed at the property for 4 nights and were very satisfied. The apartment is very large with plenty of space. It is also very well equipped. When we arrived, we were received in a very friendly way. In advance, communication via Airbnb went smoothly and they responded immediately in between. We were walking directly from the property for a day and the closest we drove into the National Park. So very good activities. Pure nature! We definitely recommend the place with a clear conscience:)

I had a very relaxing stay in the beautiful apartment of Willi and Sofia. The apartment has everything you need, was very clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony is also nice and practical. Communication with them was very good. We'd love to come back!

Rene's place was really nice! We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the beautiful region of the Rursee. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Rene was responsive to our messages. We highly recommend this lovely spot for a getaway!
