Apartment holiday rentals in Maalaea Bay

This was a great location for our family vacation! The view is spectacular and harbor and a few restaurants within walking distance. Barbara was a very accommodating host, and very responsive and clear on instructions. We had everything we needed. The only thing I was surprised about was the 3rd bedroom with the Japanese doors. It was much smaller than it appeared in photos and not a lot of room around the bed to put your items. The bed said double but my adult daughter and bf still felt cramped in it. Everything else was great! Would stay there again!

Mike was the perfect host from start to finish. From the moment I booked his place until -- and even after! -- I checked out, Mike was helpful, friendly, and dedicated to making sure that I had an outstanding stay at his place. He and his team provided welcome snacks and beverages, extra laundry detergent and towels, and everything else I needed to feel at home. The condo was beautiful and spotless -- and what a location! Close to everything and yet at a delightful remove from the hustle and bustle of the nearby town. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Loren's place was amazing! Great location, beautiful view of the ocean from our room. Great pool and hot tub. Beach and pool wasn't overcrowded. Only suggestion is to be sure you bring your own ground coffee, none is provided. Loren does provide dish detergent, sponge, dish towel, laundry detergent for in room washer/dryer which was awesome and plenty of dishwasher pods. I would highly recommend Loren's place.

Great spot in Kihei centrally located on the island. The property is right off a small beach that was nearly empty the whole time we were there. The unit itself was great for 2 people and had all the things we would need to enjoy our stay (cooler, chairs, towels, etc). Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location to easily drive around the island. The place is cosy and very well equipped (including all you need for the beach and snorkeling), amazing views from the balcony and lovely common outdoor space to relax.

Loved Dmitry’s place. Everything is as pictured and described. The clearest directions and details of checking in and out and things to do around the area. Everything in the Airbnb was SO clean. The place had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and beach equipment and more. The place was also more quiet and private than I was expecting given it was in a condo complex. It was also well lit, safe, with security, and clear upkeep of the grounds and amenities. Would love to stay again and cannot recommend this place enough!

This was a great condo to stay at for our first trip to Maui. Very quiet. Very clean. Both my husband and I remarked on how comfortable the bed is. If you want to explore the island by car you are perfectly situated. But you also have a very low key beach right in front. We walked the beach for an hour and watched the sunrise every morning. Absolutely perfect.

Die Wohnung von Annie ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die gepflegte Anlage befindet sich gleich neben den ganzen Luxushotels in Wailea mit direktem Strandzugang. Es ist wie im Paradies dort. Ich war noch nie in einem so gut ausgestattetem Airbnb zu Gast. Badetücher, Strandliegen, Sonnenschirme, Schnorchelausrüstung, Strandspielzeug, Kühltaschen und noch vieles mehr machen den Urlaub zu einem Erlebnis. Kosmetika, Kaffee, Gewürze, Wattepads, ja sogar Schwimmwindeln waren vorhanden. Annie hat uns auch einen späteren Check out ermöglicht. Das Swimmingpool und der Strandpavillon sind ganz toll. Man kann dort auch seine Lebensmittel in Kühlschränke geben und auch Griller und Herd sind dort vorzufinden. Der Zugang zum bekannten Beachwalk befindet sich gleich neben dem Strand. Es war herrlich dort jeden Tag die 5 km zu gehen. Der Strand ist wunderschön dort. 100-prozentige Weiterenpfehlung. Unbedingt buchen, wenn man nach Maui kommt. Great location in a beautiful and well maintained community. Unit had everything we needed. Walking distance to the pool and beach. A lot to do in the area. Also convenient location to explore the rest of the island.

Amazing place to stay. Very cozy, clean, and comfortably inside the unit with comfy bed and modern finishes. Perfect location to the best beaches with lots of food nearby. Would book again. Only things to note is that 1) parking can be a bit tough to fit in (parallel park) but wasn’t an issue for us, and 2) there are some colorful characters in the apartment complex but they mostly keep to themselves.

Wir haben die 8 Tage in Lisa‘s AirBnB sehr genossen. Die Beach Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Unsere Kinder liebten vor allem den Pool, die Bodyboards und das Pingpongspielen. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Lisa war sehr bemüht und responsiv und hat jeweils sehr zeitnah auf unsere Anliegen reagiert. Wir würden das AirBnB ohne jegliche Bedenken weiterempfehlen und wünschen dir alles Gute.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Debbie’s. The kitchen is well equipped - it has ~ every device and tool you could need or want for cooking all types of food or preparing any type of drink. We made breakfast sandwiches. We made a variety of drinks (from Sex on the Beach to Pina Colada's made with fresh pineapple). We purchased steaks from the nearby Foodland and grilled them to perfection + dined al fresco on the rooftop. The shower is great - high water pressure, with 3 different stream options and a built-in steam generator. Every evening felt like a home spa using that thing. Lastly, but perhaps most importantly, the lanai was incredible. We slept on the lanai bed basically every night, under the stars (aptly named), with an ocean breeze and the gentle sound of waves lapping against the sand at Kamaole I. The view of the daily sunsets were fantastic. It was a memorable and unique experience that made the stay extra special.

The description doesn't adequately describe how nice the beach area is and the pool. This section of the beach was very quiet, and it was fun to see all the boats pull out from the canoe club next door.

This stay was excellent! The condo was in a perfect location and looked just like the photos! Leslie was great and also accommodated my late check out request! Beautiful scenery from the balcony. The pool was great to swim in daily, stores and restaurants very close as well. Definitely would stay here again!

Great location and amazing view! We enjoyed watching sea turtles along side the shoreline right in front of the property. Hosts are very welcoming and responsive. We will definitely go back and stay again!

Great place, located right off the beach. Our first morning, went for a walk on the beach and saw sea turtles sleeping on the beach. The room was clean and had 2 full bathrooms. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and fins. Spacious for 2 people. Amazing view off the balcony. Quiet, family friendly. Pool and hot tub available with views of the ocean. Went snorkeling at One'uli Black sand beach. Sand is definitely not black. But the snorkeling was amazing! Very secluded, maybe 5 couples there when we went. Rented snorkeling gear at Auntie Snorkel Beach Rentals. Great prices and very friendly. Had some amazing food. Breakfast at Nalu's South Shore grill - french toast was best I've had. Happy Belly food truck is a must try. Sugar beach bake shop was great for stuffed malasadas - made a couple of trips. A hard pass for Mama's Fish House. Way over priced for the food they serve. Got in without reservations around 3pm.

The location couldn't be better. Beach across the street is everything you could want, including tree-lined grassy areas with shade for picnic lunches. So many excellent food venues within a 10-minute car ride. The unit was quiet and private with a super comfortable bed and a well-supplied kitchen for making affordable meals at home. Francis was responsive, proactive and friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. The apartment was clean and well equipped, we loved the kitchen where we could cook our own meals and especially the beach gear which we used daily. The location was great to explore the whole island by car. There was free parking available right in front of the apartment.

The condo was just like the pictures, and the amenities were great! John was very responsive and made everything super easy. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Beautiful place, great location, responsive hosts. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again when visiting Maui! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

We had a great stay in the Pikake Suite! Everything was exactly as described, and the self check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. The suite is quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The location is nearly perfect, close to beaches and great restaurants, yet just far enough from the busy downtown to enjoy some peace and quiet. We’d definitely stay here again!

My wife and I were on Maui for almost two weeks. The first week was spent in Saner’s property. The second was in one of the resorts in Kaanapali. By far, we found staying in Saner’s place was more enjoyable. And much less expensive. - Saner’s property is in the back of the Kamaole Sands property, on the third floor, so it is pretty quiet. - The bed was more comfortable than the resort bed. - The furniture is clean and comfortable. - The kitchen is outfitted with high quality appliances and cookware and cutlery. - One of my pet peeves is dull knives. Saner’s knives are sharp, very sharp. - There are two televisions in the unit for television watchers. - The lanai furniture is of extremely high quality so dinner on the lanai is quite pleasant. Overall Saner’s property is very comfortable and located in what I consider to be the perfect Kihei location. If I owned a property in Hawaii, Saner’s place would be a template for how I would appoint it. Quality all around.

Perfectly located condo a stone’s throw away from gorgeous beaches, and a short walk/drive to food and local stores. It was very well furnished and stocked with cooking equipment and beach equipment and will leave you wanting for nothing! Clean and very comfortable and I would definitely recommend this unit. Hosts are also lovely and responsive.
