The house is located in Mårup on the North Island, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There are 900m in the air line between both beach sides. The house is spacious, high ceilings and with many cozy nooks. Bed linen, one towel, and one bath towel per person are included. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, it starts right outside the door. The North Island has shopping, restaurants, and specialty shops. The house has the most beautiful view of the field, and is close to Denmark's best child-friendly beach. The house has two rooms with two beds in each, as well as an alcove with two sleeping places. You must bring your own bed linen, towels, cloths, tea towels, toilet paper, hand soap, sulfo and dishes. The house must be cleaned before leaving. A photo of the switchboard is taken at the gable of the house upon arrival and departure. Price for consumption is DKK 5.5 per. KWh. It is not allowed to charge an electric car in the house.

We rent out our newly built and lovely summerhouse from 2022, located in Mols Bjerge. The house has a personal touch and everywhere is cared for the details, creating a great atmosphere. The house is located on a 1300 m2 natural plot, surrounded by a 150 m2 wooden terrace. Only 5 minutes drive to a lovely beach and delicious eateries. We only rent to one family at a time. I.e. no rental for 2 “small” families. Electricity (DKK 4.00 per KWH) and water (DKK 70 per KBM) are settled separately.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Or use it as a home if you are visiting the university or Skejby hospital both of which is really close by. The house is in 3 levels. Top level has two bedrooms and 1/2 bath. First level has kitchen and living rooms and a nice small terrace. The basement has its own entrance with full bath, bedroom and small office. There is a nice big yard and a carport.
