On the property there are several buildings where the house houses 4 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room, toilet with shower and washing machine, hall and lounge room. It also has a guest cottage with a double bed which provides a total of 10 beds (extra charge of 300 krona per night for the guest house)

Rent our brand new lgh at the cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 m. to the cliffs and 100 m. the bridge is our 3rd with many beds and a large balcony with sea views. From Kleven it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in lgh and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Webergrill, TV. Parking space is available under the house with lift up to lgh. No pets, no smoking and no party gangs. Age limit 30 years.

In Skalhamn we have some of the west coast's finest bathing cliffs. The house is located in a quiet forest clearing, parking just outside the door. Stairs up to entrance and terrace. Lovely balcony with morning sun and private location with no view. Morning and morning sun. Several lovely walking paths through forest and over cliffs.

Here you live in your own house with stunning views in Bovallstrand, Sotenäs in stunning Bohuslän. The house have a kitchen, toilet and shower, laundry with dryer, TV with chromecast. Max 4 people. The house has a terrace and nice patio overlooking the sea, copper bar and cutting. Cleaning is not included, but if you do not want to clean yourself, you can order cleaning for a surcharge of SEK 900. Not pets.
