If you are looking for a place that is quiet and secluded and at the same time close to the pearls of the coast, then you have come just right. On a large and sunny garden plot this house is surrounded by forest and bohuslän nature. On the property there are several buildings where the house houses 4 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room, toilet with shower and washing machine, hall and lounge room. It also has a guest cottage with a double bed which provides a total of 10 beds (extra charge of 300 krona per night for the guest house)

The house is located in the core of the island, on the edge of Smögens square,a stone's throw to the famous Smögenbryggan and saltwater swimming. Restaurants within 5min and bakery for morning bread or good buns 3 houses away. 200m to the jetty with shops, restaurants, ferries to Hållö and Kungshamn. ICA store 1km away but milk & similar can be found at the tobacco shop 75m away in the square, across the bakery.

Lovely house in beautiful Lysekil! Perfect for up to 6 people, located in a quiet area close to the center, swimming and ice rink, sea and swimming areas. You rent the house's two upper floors with three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet and a cozy conservatory. 2 parking spaces included. Pets are welcome! Towels and bed linen are not included. We in the family live in the basement ourselves, completely secluded. We are often away and you should feel like you have the front garden, the patio and the house to yourselves

The center with three restaurants and a nice swimming area is 1 km away. Hiking trails and running tracks are 200 meters away. More than two people = 300SEK/person/night Cleaning and washing linens are not included but you can do it yourself, hang the bed linens and towels to dry when you leave, for that reason you also need to make the beds yourself when you arrive 😊

Välkommen till en avkopplande semester nära hav, natur och Bohusläns rosa granitklippor. I det röda huset bor du i ett ombyggt småbåtslaboratorium med utsiktstorn. På kvällarna kan du grilla på klipporna och bada i den vedeldade badtunnan med utsikt över Brofjordens inlopp. Det är ca 15 min gång till närmsta strand och till hamnen i Skalhamn. Här bor 8 personer bekvämt och huset har alla moderna bekvämligheter som behövs för en avkopplande semester. Välkomna!

Lovely big house with the best location on Smögen!

Perfect quiet location at hotel Smögens Havsbad with walking distance to the best bathing cliffs and to the jetty. The whole house is generous and fresh and has a good standard, but with a summer feeling and charm rather than luxury and design. Bedroom + bathroom on floors 1 and 3, living area on floor 2. Perfect for large family or several families wanting to share houses during the holidays. We only want to see families as guests.

Ett mysigt litet hus! Gångavstånd till allt som Lysekil har att erbjuda! Nära till matbutik och busstation och gratisparkering väldigt nära. En liten trädgård där ni kan njuta av en kaffe. Hade tidigare ett väldigt gammalt badrum men har precis renoverat det under 2022.
