The apartment is a new production that was completed in the summer of 2018, with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with sea view. From the apartment you have a swimming area a stone's throw away and about 10 minutes walking distance to smögenbryggan. Parking space is available in garage under the property with elevator up to the apartment. When renting, please bring your own bed linen and towels. Smoking and parties are not allowed and cleaning is done by the guest at checkout. Age limit 25

In the large cottage there is a sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide if you make it out. The kitchen has an induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, sparkling machine and coffee maker. In the main cabin there is a freshly assembled fireplace and space to sit 6-8 people at the kitchen table. TV with standard range of channels, as well as wireless Wi-Fi. Guest house with a bedroom.

The style is mixed from the 30s onwards However, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s and has been used sparingly ever since. We are happy to host monthly or longer. At least weekly.

On the large patio there is a modern lounge area and large dining table. The accommodation is close to everything. 200 m to the center and Old Town, 700 m to Norra Hamnen and bathing.

Enjoy the charm of a newly built cottage on three floors. At the front there is a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. In the cabin there is a fully equipped kitchen with a nice window by the sink. 2 steps up you end up in a cozy sofa group with the possibility to watch TV and make the sofa into a 140 wide bed. After a whole day sunbathing on the beach which is about 50 meters away, you get downstairs to the cooler bedroom with 160 bed.

Trevligt gästhus på 25 kvm i anslutning till huvudbyggnad. Huset består av allrum/kök, sovrum och badrum med dusch och toalett, sovloft finns. Köket är utrustat med induktionshäll, microvågsugn och kylskåp, tillgång till frys. Lugnt läge, ca 100 meter till allmänt bad och 2 km till Kungshamns centrum. Parkering ej möjlig vid huset men det går bra att lasta i och ur bil vid boendet.
