Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. This beautiful house sits on 3 acres of country lands, yet just one mile from the exit to 690 and within 2 miles of major shopping plaza and gym. Newly remodeled, very spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths home. Master bedroom has king bed, another bedroom upstairs with full size bed and one more downstairs with queen bed.
