Approximately 800 sq. ft, this 2-bedroom 1-bath guest home is truly one-of-a-kind. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and Bedroom 2 has a twin-over-full bunkbed. Our kitchenette features a mini-fridge, microwave, electric griddle, toaster, 2-burner stove, & coffeemaker.

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

Wonderful for those who love the outdoors and a quiet rustic getaway... yet close to town if you want more. There are only four cabins in the vicinity. They sit on 20 acres of Ponderosa Pine, Oak, Juniper and Arizona Aspen that are surrounded by federal land.
