Waterfront holiday rentals in Lyngdal Municipality

A great place to not only get to know southern Norway, but to live. The apartment offers everything you need, is very clean and is quietly located on a headland. It is also barrier-free, which was one of the reasons I chose this specific apartment. You step out of the apartment, sit down on a white garden chair and look at the fjord. It's so quiet that I could hear a car door slamming on the other side of the shore. My daughter and her friend found their place down at the fjord. They were allowed to take chairs from our place and had a wonderful place for their conversations. The town of Mandal with its shops is not far, but it is recommended to have your own car or a bicycle (bikes and e-bikes can be rented in Mandal at Sport 1). Mandal is a small place that has one or two picturesque streets. But there are also supermarkets, restaurants and snacks there.

Very nice, spacious apartment, absolutely ideal for a stay in Mandal. The location is top notch, proximity to the center, proximity to the beaches. Beautiful, quiet backyard. Gracious welcome from Berit.

A fantastic nice apartment, clean and tidy. Electric car charger on site where you pay via app worked fine. The apartment is connected to the hotel which has a restaurant and bar. Thank you for us, we would love to come back.

Elisabeth's apartment is exactly as described. It is modernly decorated and you feel at home. The view of the harbor is wonderful. Parking was also not an issue. Elisabeth was available at all times and responded quickly to messages. However, the house is extremely poorly soundproofed, so that in addition to the normal noises from above, which also do not disturb any further, the subwoofer is also extremely clearly audible. We would choose the place again at any time.

We’ve stayed in 4 different appartements during our Norway vacation, and for sure this last one was the best, most complete and cleanest. Our compliments for the owner !

The place is a very nice '70s look house and well decorated. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. There is a large property with private jetty and many opportunities to deal with. Also ideal for anglers is the direct access to the sea and rental options for boats. Shopping is about 5 minutes away by car. Overall, a very nice accommodation with unique views. Would book there again and again.

We had a perfect stay. The house was so wonderful and the nature surrounding it .. amazing! Find yourself, get lost in the quiet and lonely mountains … we didn’t want to leave.

We have had a great stay at Roy's farm. A super cozy and cozy place. Here we enjoyed ourselves as soon as we arrived at the door, clean and nice everywhere. Large bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room - very good for us with family. Owner has really put the soul into making an old house resurrect in a new suit, but with respect for the history/tradition.

A fantastic location, very tastefully decorated and everything felt just right. The view is phenomenal and because we unexpectedly had some sun we were able to chill on the beds after a long walk. Cody, stylish and modern! An absolute must!

Oh what I wouldn’t give to go back to Elise’s property! This was a highlight of our family vacation. The property, the view, Elise- every thing was perfect. It was clean, the kitchen is phenomenally well stocked and Elise is a truly phenomenal host who went above and beyond for us. We enjoyed every second of our time here and thank Elise profusely for providing us such a wonderful stay. Book this property!

Wow, what an incredible place! We were very sad to leave here. The house is so beautiful and comfortable, immaculate inside and supplied with everything you need. The location is idyllic: the steps from the road take you down through a beautiful garden (with its own herb garden) down to the house on the waterfront. The views and the tranquility are perfect. Absolutely stunning. Lovely helpful hosts too. Highly recommended.

Erlend's apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The location is also good, the town and shopping facilities are within walking distance. Once, when we needed help, Erlend came by in person at short notice and otherwise the communication with him went very well.

A dream! Very cozy and maritime furnished apartment with two balconies overlooking the small harbor and the sea. Everything was super prepared and we would have liked to have stayed longer. Easy flexible check-in. Very friendly and easy communication.

Nice and clean newly furnished apartment. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom. Everything clean and tidy. Some people may think that there is some noise from the gas station across the street at night if you want to sleep early. We had a good time and would be happy to come back. Amalie was very nice and responded quickly when we had any questions.
