Huset er perfekt for barnefamilier som har lyst på muligheten for å nyte dager i huset, men også ønsker nærhet til det sommerbyen Mandal har å tilby. Byens sentrum ligger 3 km unna gjennom fine furulunden

Huset ligger 5 min å gå til Farsund by hvor det er et senter og flere koselige butikker. Man kan sykle/ gå til både badehus og flere strender. Det finnes oppvarmet basseng på eiendommen!
