The place is really beautiful and cozy. It is very near to Canterbury West, which is very convenient. The place is also very clean with all the amneties provided. However, the location is directly in front of the road so it gets a bit noisy at night. Nonetheless, it was a very great place to stay in. Stuart is also very kind and fast reponse

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. Dee and Jeff were exceptional hosts, very friendly and welcoming. They really do go the extra mile, as all the reviews say - to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The barn was everything I expected and more, you could see there were so many nice personal touches and preparation that went into making our stay as amazing as it was - from the complimentary breakfast (locally sourced), to the mobile charger and bottles of water by the bedside. Also, loved having access to Netflix and Prime! Will absolutely recommend and stay again, maybe in the Autumn/Winter time to take advantage of the log burner and fire pit outside!

After booking at the last minute, Ben was super responsive and happy to accommodate. We had a great weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. A great location for the Park. And handy walk down the road/path from the house to end up by the giraffes!

Gareth's Airbnb was absolutely perfect. He was super accommodating and it's truly the perfect spot for a getaway and to catch up with old friends. Highly recommend to others and would (will hopefully!) stay there again. Thank you!

Had a lovely stay in this property in Bridge, a homemade cake was left for our arrival with milk, crisps, chocolate & Prosecco which was such a lovely touch. We were celebrating a birthday so was cooking a meal and the kitchen had absolutely everything you could have wanted and more. More lovely touches were the robes and slippers in the bedrooms. The way we could open up the back bifold doors to access the garden was wonderful on the hottest day of the year and the furniture was so comfortable.Patricia was so helpful and got back to us with any questions so quickly. Would love to come back thank you 😊.

Gorgeous flat on the seafront, with two super comfy bedrooms and beautifully curated art throughout the house - would 100% stay again if I’m ever back in St Leonard’s!

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Deal. Roger’s place is a perfect place, close to the beach, shops and pubs. Lovely and clean and everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend Roger as a host. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Shed. Tina and Jeremy were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. The Shed is exactly as described with everything you need and set in a beautiful garden surrounded by fields. We loved the peacefulness and the bird song. We were delighted to visit The Prospect Cottage with the garden in full bloom only a short drive away, as well as Great Dixter Garden, Sissinghurst Castle Garden and Scotney Castle. We discovered a part of Kent that we had never been to before. Thank you Tina and Jeremy.

Enjoyed our second visit with Antony and Gonzalo. Had stayed 6 weeks in 2019 and became friends with them then. Made it a point to spend 3 nights with them on this trip and it felt like old home week. Antony is very knowledgeable about architecture and grand British homes so he can offer advice on where you may be able to see historic buildings and interesting houses. We hope to visit with them again on any future trip to England.

We had a fab few days . The flat is lovely...has everything you need, lovely decor, very comfy sofa and bed. Good places to eat within a few steps and easy to get to the pier and other spots. Bifold doors open onto the balcony which is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Road is busy but once doors shut the flat is quiet...especially the bedroom. Slept very well on the comfy bed. Would recommend highly.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Nic’s beautiful place! Check-in was easy, the booklet provided had very concise, easy to follow instructions on how to operate the various things throughout. The property was beautifully decorated and close to the sea, providing stunning scenery, sounds and smells. Thank you Nic for hosting us and we look forward to returning in the future!

We were greeted by Phil and Jenny who made us very welcome and they went through a few things with us. The accommodation was first class with a view outstanding. A great weekend away. The flat was exactly as described and had everything we could possibly need - including lots of little extras. Having air-con in both the living area and bedroom was perfect. Communication was excellent.

Lovely couple of days in Sandgate- the apartment is perfect. The roof terrace huge and a complete sun trap. The flat is so well equipped and especially loved the telescope upstairs which we used to look at the strawberry moon! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting some rest and relaxation by the sea.
