Beachfront holiday rentals in Lyford Cay, Nassau

this was a great accommodation for my monthly stay in Nassau. the location was convenient, the rooms were neat and clean (very large bathroom)! and the complementary car was needed and appreciated. there are surrounding rooms on the property that are cleaned on a rotating basis, so there is movement and energy on the property during the day sometimes. otherwise, peaceful and perfect to spend time outside around the garden. the kitchen was a tad small in this unit since I was cooking often, however all appliances (cooking plate and fridge) were very appreciated. lastly, the cost of the car is an investment (as mandatory insurance is needed). budget accordingly. Megan and the property manager are welcoming, caring, and responsive and I thank you for a great stay.

This stay was everything we needed and wanted. Kristina and her team were super accommodating from the very start and were very responsive to all questions and queries. I would recommend this cozy getaway to anyone visiting the Nassau Paradise island area; locals included! The icing on the cake for me was that there was a power outage in the area for about 2 1/2 days and Kristina allowed us to stay an additional 2 nights to make up for the inconvenience. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would book again in the future.

Tamara was a most responsive host - always friendly and quick in her replies. You’ll have everything you need there. Her place is clean and as described. The gym is great! Cable Beach is chill - you will not be able to go for a long walks on the beach in front of the complex - it’s is short and with jetties on both sides; there’s no chairs or set-up on the beach itself. The pool was great - always could find a chair & shade/sun. The kitchen was well stocked and made food prep easy. You might consider renting a car depending on how long you were there. Every taxi ride was a minimum of $40 regardless of where you went. Buses got crowded during the week. We got into the habit of walking to BahaMar if we wanted to eat out. It was very handy to have basics at Smittys right next door - along with frozen yogurt and a liquor store. Tamara was also kind enough to set us up with the wonderful Monique who had easy taxi rides for us during the week. All in all, a great stay!

Megan was helpful from the day we booked until the day we left. Responded quick and always had suggestions for us! The property and rental car were great and exceeded expectations! We would definitely book again!!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this house. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and private beach. The location was perfect, across the street from the grocery store, short ride to the airport and we were even able to enjoy dinners at Baha Mar. The hosts were extremely responsive with all our needs and questions and provided a list of recommendations to check out during our stay. Excellent first trip to the Bahamas and we cannot wait to go back.

What can I say about this place - I’ve stayed in AirBandB’s all over the world and this has to be the best. The location is breathtaking, the house its self is beautiful and the service we received from the hosts was outstanding. A big shout out to both Alicia and Florian for looking after to us, the communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the Bahamas - this place cannot be beaten! 👍👍 Thanks guys - we will be back!!🥂x

I've been visiting Nassau for over 20 years and love the beautiful beaches. This sweet, well appointed apartment, is on one of the prettiest beaches on the island. The apartment was perfect for my husband and two kids and me. We had everything we needed including a beautiful view of a gorgeous beach with beach access. The security gate made us feel safe at night. It was just perfect.

From the moment of booking, Aurore & Fany were very responsive and proactive about communicating. When I arrived, Fany met me right outside and was very welcoming and helpful. The space was beautiful, peaceful, quiet and the neighborhood was so nice. Excellent restaurants within 2 min walking. I also rented a car directly through Aurore which was so convenient. They drop directly to you. Fany was very responsive if I needed anything. There were a couple times when I needed to reach out regarding the space and I was replied to right away and assisted. I would absolutely stay at this location again. Great hosts.

One Cable beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The unit was spotless . There was plenty of towels and the kitchen had plenty of condiments and cooking utensils. The pool is absolutely amazing with a beautiful beach view. It was within safe, walking distance to BaHaMar. 5 star host that was extremely responsive. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our time here. The property is private and secure. The views are absolutely beautiful, the pool area and entire property is well taken care of! I do recommend having a rental car and expecting to be in a relaxing environment! Dario was very helpful at all times!

Tatjana’s apartment was even better than described. So spacious and well designed, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. The pool and beach area were stunning and the fact that you could do water sports right from the beach was a big plus. Lovely location. The beach towels, cool box and snorkelling gear was so handy to take out and explore the beautiful beaches. Would highly recommend hiring a car so you can get anywhere you’d like. Tatjana is a wonderful host - super helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for our stay.

House is a great base, with easy access into Nassau town by local bus. Inclusion of a sun parasol and beach furniture etc is a great addition A couple of very nice restaurants and bars are also on the doorstep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place was perfect for our stay. Everything was walkable and had enough privacy where we felt comfortable and at home. Natalia is very responsive and no regrets with booking this condo!

This is a great Airbnb with a perfect location. We walked to the public section of Cabbage Beach almost every day ($20 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also walked to Anthony’s Restaurant for Happy Hour 3-6pm (B1G1 drinks and $14 appetizers). Also within walking distance is the ferry to Nassau ($7 each way) and the huge Atlantis resort. There is a small, very expensive and sparse, grocery store nearby, along with a liquor store. Everything was close, which was great. The home was a tad challenging to locate at first, but that’s because it was night when we arrived and our taxi driver ($45 from airport) didn’t follow the directions Jasmine sent to us. Getting in was easy and we were pleased to find such a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a week. The place was stocked with most everything we needed. Jasmine was very responsive when I requested a new hair dryer, and had it to us within hours. If we ever travel back, we would definitely stay again.

Absolutely love our stay! Peaceful area very private. Kids enjoyed the pool every day lol and a bonus we were able to do laundry before leaving, no we clothes for traveling.

We are always looking for quiet, nice places to stay and Ryan’s apartment is number one on our list. It is a luxury apartment with all the top amenities from tissue to towels. We manage homes so traveling gives us opportunities for tips on improving our places. Loved the welcome sign. I’ve looked at this apartment building before. Could imagine how the PH looks. Cannot say enough about Michelle and this location!!!! We had a scary event happen at another place we were staying at and had to leave. Michelle was very quick to respond and was very supportive ensuring a quick and early check in for us. The location and surroundings are absolutely stunning and look exactly like in the photos. My family felt safe at this location especially in a gated community with friendly neighbors. Michelle was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She and the owner were generous to add any items needed to make our stay more enjoyable. The fact that you can literally just walk out the back steps right into the ocean is a bonus!! We snorkelled around the area and saw so many neat fish and coral. At night we would just walk outside along the rocks after the tide went out to see the live shells. Truly an amazing place and host - highly recommended and we will definitely only book with Michelle the next time we come to Bahamas!!

Me and my friends enjoyed the weekend in The Bahamas at Sheena’s place. Close the airport, very convenient as one of my friends had an early flight to the family island. Great restaurants on Bay Street West, just a short drive away. Dino’s Gourmet Conch salad one of the best on Island. Would definitely stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living space was cozy with plenty of natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was perfect for preparing meals, and the bathroom had all the essentials I needed for a relaxing stay. Location-wise, it was perfect – nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the fact that I could easily walk to several places. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. I’ll definitely be back!

John's place is truly heaven on earth. Walk outside and right into the beach and ocean. The beds, rooms, amenities were all fantastic. The site manager was very quick to respond to inquiries. If you come here and you want to explore, I highly recommend you rent a car (we did). It is on the quieter side of the island which was a welcome benefit. We would certainly come back.

We were staying at this apartment before getting ready to sail for a week, it was the perfect place to stay to relax before our trip on the water. It would also be great for a longer stay as you have all the amenities to use right there at Palm Cay Resort (pool, bar, restaurant, beach, etc.) Additionally, Sandrina was an extremely proactive and responsive host for any and all needs we had during our stay. She strived to make our stay perfect and was both flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend!
