Beachfront holiday rentals in Lyford Cay, Nassau

this was a great accommodation for my monthly stay in Nassau. the location was convenient, the rooms were neat and clean (very large bathroom)! and the complementary car was needed and appreciated. there are surrounding rooms on the property that are cleaned on a rotating basis, so there is movement and energy on the property during the day sometimes. otherwise, peaceful and perfect to spend time outside around the garden. the kitchen was a tad small in this unit since I was cooking often, however all appliances (cooking plate and fridge) were very appreciated. lastly, the cost of the car is an investment (as mandatory insurance is needed). budget accordingly. Megan and the property manager are welcoming, caring, and responsive and I thank you for a great stay.

This stay was everything we needed and wanted. Kristina and her team were super accommodating from the very start and were very responsive to all questions and queries. I would recommend this cozy getaway to anyone visiting the Nassau Paradise island area; locals included! The icing on the cake for me was that there was a power outage in the area for about 2 1/2 days and Kristina allowed us to stay an additional 2 nights to make up for the inconvenience. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would book again in the future.

Tamara was a most responsive host - always friendly and quick in her replies. You’ll have everything you need there. Her place is clean and as described. The gym is great! Cable Beach is chill - you will not be able to go for a long walks on the beach in front of the complex - it’s is short and with jetties on both sides; there’s no chairs or set-up on the beach itself. The pool was great - always could find a chair & shade/sun. The kitchen was well stocked and made food prep easy. You might consider renting a car depending on how long you were there. Every taxi ride was a minimum of $40 regardless of where you went. Buses got crowded during the week. We got into the habit of walking to BahaMar if we wanted to eat out. It was very handy to have basics at Smittys right next door - along with frozen yogurt and a liquor store. Tamara was also kind enough to set us up with the wonderful Monique who had easy taxi rides for us during the week. All in all, a great stay!

Megan was helpful from the day we booked until the day we left. Responded quick and always had suggestions for us! The property and rental car were great and exceeded expectations! We would definitely book again!!

What can I say about this place - I’ve stayed in AirBandB’s all over the world and this has to be the best. The location is breathtaking, the house its self is beautiful and the service we received from the hosts was outstanding. A big shout out to both Alicia and Florian for looking after to us, the communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the Bahamas - this place cannot be beaten! 👍👍 Thanks guys - we will be back!!🥂x

From the moment of booking, Aurore & Fany were very responsive and proactive about communicating. When I arrived, Fany met me right outside and was very welcoming and helpful. The space was beautiful, peaceful, quiet and the neighborhood was so nice. Excellent restaurants within 2 min walking. I also rented a car directly through Aurore which was so convenient. They drop directly to you. Fany was very responsive if I needed anything. There were a couple times when I needed to reach out regarding the space and I was replied to right away and assisted. I would absolutely stay at this location again. Great hosts.

Megan was extremely helpful and flexible with our check-in and check out times. Very accommodating to our schedule. She made the coordination and logistics of the car rental super easy and completely stress free. She also proactively gave many recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Very helpful host!

This was a great area. Our host was very responsive and even brought some extra bulbs over when I let her know one was out. The unit was walkable to restaurants/bars, the beach, and the pools, and we felt safe. I recommend the Oasis 7 excursion with snorkeling and swimming with the pigs. There were 3 stops at private islands. Cabbage beach was the best beach of Junkanoo, Cabbage, Cable, and the Sandyport beach. Baha Mar is known to be the casino that pays out more when compared to Atlantis. The buses are easy to use and only $1.50/person and are air conditioned and clean. One even had a huge TV in it. Most places have the same items for Bahamas gear, so get yours at the Straw Market downtown and never take the first price. The cost of food was shockingly expensive, but this is a small island with almost everything imported.

One Cable beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The unit was spotless . There was plenty of towels and the kitchen had plenty of condiments and cooking utensils. The pool is absolutely amazing with a beautiful beach view. It was within safe, walking distance to BaHaMar. 5 star host that was extremely responsive. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Chauncy's place was a very nice out-of-the-way quiet peaceful place. We really enjoyed the outside space, especially the pool. The pool was a perfect size for a relaxing break in the day. The location was really good for being near most everything needed. Plus, if you rent a car, like we did, it really opens up a lot of different areas of the island that you can get to. The place had everything we needed, the two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a very nice size place to enjoy the Bahamas. We will definitely be staying there again, and soon.....

Tatjana’s apartment was even better than described. So spacious and well designed, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. The pool and beach area were stunning and the fact that you could do water sports right from the beach was a big plus. Lovely location. The beach towels, cool box and snorkelling gear was so handy to take out and explore the beautiful beaches. Would highly recommend hiring a car so you can get anywhere you’d like. Tatjana is a wonderful host - super helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for our stay.

House is a great base, with easy access into Nassau town by local bus. Inclusion of a sun parasol and beach furniture etc is a great addition A couple of very nice restaurants and bars are also on the doorstep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We are always looking for quiet, nice places to stay and Ryan’s apartment is number one on our list. It is a luxury apartment with all the top amenities from tissue to towels. We manage homes so traveling gives us opportunities for tips on improving our places. Loved the welcome sign. I’ve looked at this apartment building before. Could imagine how the PH looks. Thanks again Ryan. We loved our stay and enjoyed the gym and pool area. Assigned parking was a great plus, no need to worry about finding parking. Beautiful harbour view also. This place was perfect for our stay. Everything was walkable and had enough privacy where we felt comfortable and at home. Natalia is very responsive and no regrets with booking this condo!

This stay was amazing! Brianne and her team were super responsive and offered great recommendations. The place was spotless, beautiful, and quiet - no one else was at the condo complex most days. We walked right down the steps to the beach every day, and used provided snorkeling equipment to check out the vibrant reef right outside. Great sunset views, great restaurants within walking distance, and an awesome pool. We didn’t use the car but can see why it would be nice since you are about 20 minutes from “downtown.” We opted for the local bus which ended up being fun and a cool experience. Absolutely love our stay! Peaceful area very private. Kids enjoyed the pool every day lol and a bonus we were able to do laundry before leaving, no we clothes for traveling.

Jill’s house is beautiful and exactly as described. The location is perfect for exploring the island and enjoying the activities available. Three Island cruise which includes Pig Island was a highlight as was The Queens Steps in downtown Nassau, we took the bus which was very easy and cheap! My boys enjoyed a great night out at Atlantis! Jill is a very helpful, responsive host and Mr Beneby an excellent taxi service (another of Jill’s recommendations). The Poop Deck and Blue Sail restaurants are both excellent places to eat, both on the doorstep. All in all a fantastic stay in beautiful surroundings.

Caroline’s place was an amazing place to stay. Everything was as pictured. A few things: The bedroom with the queen bed had no hot water, or lights which was slightly inconvenient. Atlantis is also about a 10-15 min walk rather than 4. The place itself was beautiful and absolutely worth the price. We had an amazing stay and will be returning.

My friends and I enjoyed staying at the Villa so much we're planning our return. The villa is large, spacious and has a peaceful esthetic. All the amenities needed. Beautiful surroundings. Quiet and welcoming. We enjoyed our morning coffee ☕ sitting on the front veranda and lost track of time while doing so. Can't say enough about how much we loved the villa and the location. Communication was the best... easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Appreciated the customer service and hospitality. Many kind thanks and can't wait to stay with you again.
