Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Luzon

We recently enjoyed a 4-day, 3-night stay at this beautiful home, and it had been ages since our last family vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the spaciousness and charm of the property. The home was perfect for our family, featuring four bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The cozy living room and dining area were ideal for family dinners, and the new appliances added to our comfort. The decor inspired us to call Z&Z Photographer for a family portrait, as the home provided a stunning backdrop. The outdoor area was fantastic, with cozy bonfire and grill nights, and the breathtaking view of the Cordillera mountains enhanced our experience. Our hosts, Elmer and Aura, were incredibly hospitable and always available to help. We truly fell in love with this place; it felt like a slice of heaven! I highly recommend this home for families seeking a getaway. It’s a perfect home away from home!

It was our second time to stay at Andrew’s place and like last year, it never disappoints. House was clean and well kept. Whatever supplies we needed, we were provided. Small issues like the mics for karaoke not working was easy fixed. Gab and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We hope we can come back. Thank you for a great stay in 2 consecutive years!

Our stay was truly exceptional. The house was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. The fully equipped kitchenette made meal prep easy, and the mineral water dispenser was a convenient and thoughtful touch. The host went above and beyond to meet our needs. When I mentioned we were used to having fresh towels daily, she provided extras right away, just like in American condos. The helper was kind and honest. When we accidentally left personal items behind, she immediately let us know. It’s rare to find such trustworthy and accommodating people. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests made us feel right at home. If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. We are already planning to return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay in the Philippines. This was truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had.

We had a wonderful stay; one night simply wasn't enough to fully enjoy this place! The kitchen is absolutely a dream, and the house is impeccably maintained. Given the presence of flies, they should provide a fly spray. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back.

It was our 2nd stay here in Ms. Catherine's unit and we couldn't be any happier! This is our go-to place whenever we're going to Baguio. Very cozy, feels like home and everything we need are provided already. Ms. Catherine, the host, was very kind and easy to talk to. All in all, it is worth the 5 star rating! :)

Five stars all around! Miss Ghe was exceptionally responsive, which made our trip planning stress-free. The moment we stepped inside, we noticed how spotless and fresh-smelling the entire place was – a huge plus! It was such a nice and cozy spot, exactly what we needed for some much-needed bonding. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Isabel! As a family of five adults and two pets, it was perfect for our getaway. Each of us had our own room, so no fighting over space. There’s also a queen bed at the ground level for those who can’t use the stairs. The place is well-designed - more spacious than it seems in the photos. We loved the pool and having the luxury of taking a dip any time of the day. There’s also a BBQ grill, but you have to bring your own charcoal (and condiments!). It’s pretty close to the beach. Just a 5-minute walk so it makes for a leisurely stroll. There are free bikes at the clubhouse. The beach, whilst not clean, is pretty serene. Big plus points that they allow pets, and have a lanai area where the pets can hang out. Overall, we would love to come back! Thanks, Michael, for being proactive and responsive!

First time to book an airbnb and I'm pleasantly satisfied with my first booking. Remy's place is good enough for 2 pax and although the building is old, once you step inside the room, it's aesthically pleasing, modernly decorated to maximize space and looks exactly as published. Communication is smooth. Internet is stable. Netflix. Cotton linens. Iron. Hair blower. Big Ref. Condiments are even available. I will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

Had a good stay at this small compact apartment. It has one bedroom with 1 queen bed and 2 single foam mattress on the floor. The place is clean and drinking water was provided. The apartment has several steps from the gate to the main door and it could be an inconvenience if you’re carrying a heavy luggage. The apartment has a lot of stairs going up to the room. The apartment has a cooling unit in the living room which is a bonus. It is located inside a subdivision. Trike is available if you don’t have a private car. It’s around 2km distance to SM mall. The host is very responsive and helpful. Overall our stay was good. Only issue which probably needs looking at is the toilet seat that is wobbly and the shower water pressure needs boosting.

Enjoyed the place. Always our go to. Not too far from the city proper, walking distance of everything kung pasyal ang hanap mo. The unit is big enough and really nice. If anything, additional utensils for a family like us who mainly cooks food during our stay (and sorry if may mga naiwan kaunti hindi super nalinis, was caught up sa public market in the morning, and ran out of time to clean the unit before checking out) Also bidet? Para easier haha. But all in all, it was a very pleasant stay and will surely come back next time.

Listing's photos are either 1:1 or an upgraded interior 💯 The moment you get into the unit, you'd wish it was your own place with how homey it felt & looked ✨️ Kenneth & Eddie's unit is so well-maintained and had complete furniture that we're surprised it's their only listing so far, it seemed like the place was handled by professionals! (I'd say they even beat highend hotels 🤭) The tower's location is so convenient: 2 malls right beside it for restos, Landers at the ground floor, the sidewalks are wide and it's perfect for jogging/getting your daily walks. If you need to travel to Makati, Manda, Pateros, and Pasig, it's quite easy to travel between these cities. High street, SM Aura, and Marketmarket aren't too far off of a walk either. Likewise, staff were friendly & strict when it mattered. If youre looking for a place to crash, wfh, or simply just relax (perhaps youre the type to not want to be disturbed too much either?) You won't have regrets booking this place for sure 🥰

One of the best staycation, nice and it feels like home. I would definitely back here again .. I love it so much.. complete amenities and the host guided us very well .. Thank u for a wonderful place that we stayed safe and relax … more guest in the future for yah ❤️❤️❤️

The unit is so aesthetically pleasing to the eyes as well as very comfortable. We love the bay view and we were really surprised by how close it is to a lot of tourist spots! I would love to bring my family next time!

My now go-to place whenever we have meetings/gatherings in the area. Value for money and the unit was functional and aesthetic. Appreciate all the little freebies they include despite not being a hotel. Location is really the biggest value here 💯 til next time, Cathy!

I travelled for work and stayed at Marks place as it was walking distance to my office. It was very comfortable and convenient, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Would happily stay again.

This was our second time staying here. I booked this for 4 nights during our annual convention. My kids and nannies went with me, hence I needed an apartment style place to stay in. Ruth's place perfectly fit our needs. My kids wanted a place very near the malls, I needed something that's very near EDSA Shangrila Hotel where our convention was held. The place is spotless and I love the fact that it has its own laundry. No need to pack so much and we get to go home with clean clothes. 😊 Hope it's available again same time next year. Hehehe

Really enjoyed our stay at Carolina’s place! It was clean, quiet, and in a peaceful neighborhood. The Wi-Fi was solid, which was great since I wfh. I liked that it was self check-in too, super convenient. Best part? The beach was just a minute or two walk away. The beachfront was so relaxing and definitely my favorite thing about the stay. Would totally recommend!
