We had a great stay at this home! Check-in was smooth and easy thanks to the caretaker, Ate, who welcomed us warmly, gave us a quick tour, and clearly explained the house guidelines. She was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The house itself is clean and spacious, with enough beds to comfortably accommodate all 8 of us. The kitchen is fully functional, the shower heaters work well (just be mindful as they can get extremely hot), and the parking space can fit two cars comfortably—it also felt safe and secure. There was some mold, especially in the bathroom, but that seems to be common in Baguio due to the weather. The location can be a bit tricky to access, with a steep road leading to the house, but considering the price, it’s really not a big issue. Overall, we felt very welcome and comfortable here—largely thanks to the wonderful caretaker. We would definitely recommend this place!

The house itself felt incredibly homey, with basic essentials, making it comfortable and inviting. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire place, which added to the sense of ease during our stay. The location was also very convenient, being close to nearby cities, making it easy for us to explore and attend to any errands or activities. Special thanks to the helpful caretaker, Dexter, who went above and beyond to assist us whenever needed. Auntie Rose was also extremely accommodating, ensuring that we felt welcome and well-cared for throughout our visit. Overall, we highly recommend this transient house for anyone seeking a serene, clean, and conveniently located place to stay, supported by genuinely kind and attentive hosts.

Hosts are very responsive with my inquiries. Ms Lourdes and Sir Norman are also nice and approachable. They have welcomed us and explain the different facilities and wereabouts. They also gave us some sulit tips about the foods :) They even assisted us in the Beach Club. The room is spacious and clean. Kitchen is complete with utensils and cookingwares. They even provided free 5 gallons of water. We are very satisfied with this booking and looking forward to be able to return again in the future. Dalaruan Homestay offered a wonderful and memorable stay. Hosts Joy and Rey were knowledgeable and helpful, providing suggestions for where to visit and arranging boat and tuk tuk transportation. They treated us so kindly that we felt part of the family. Very lovely accommodation on the water, in the village of Dalaruan. We enjoyed great snorkeling, beaches, and waterfalls nearby. We hope to visit again!

Lovely, peaceful, and clean with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Just heads up! it’s uphill, so getting there can be a but tricky. Some tricycle drivers may refuse the trip since their motorbikes struggle with the incline, so be prepared for a bit of a hike. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Greatly enjoyed staying at Ver’s place. Host is very responsive and picked us up from the port. The apartment is brand new and was above expectations. Very clean and spacious with all the amenities you need. The bed is new and very comfortable and bedroom is bigger than it looks in the photos. In fact the whole apartment looks even better than the photos. Felt like home for our week stay. Neighborhood is fantastic and feels like a little community. Nice roads in and out and quiet but close to town. WiFi was fast and reliable for zoom meetings. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Incredible value for the money. Thank you for having us!

First time in elyu well-spent and enjoyed thanks to The SeaChange ! It was very nice to have the beach nearby (literally just a minute or two walk, so convenient!)… The place had its own outdoor shower too so it was easy to wash off the sand post visit :) Glad there were games to entertain us at night. The hosts are very accommodating as well so it made our visit much lighter and easier! 🩷 Hope we can come back soon.

Beautiful view of the surroundings and lots of greens around. My pet enjoyed running around the place like he is the boss. Haha! Sad our stay was cut short because the beach had dried up we had to leave early to go to Matabungkay. Thank you for accommodating us!

A cozy and relaxing place worth the time travelled and the price paid for. I didn't worry much with our stay there as the amenities were complete and concerns were quickly attended and resolved. Ms. Agnes is very friendly and responsive. Thank you for accomodating us 🙂

The place is exactly as described-beautiful, clean and well-maintained.

The location matched the photographs shown in the listing, which contributed to a pleasant experience for my friends, who were easily satisfied and expressed enjoyment of the place. However, I found that my expectations were not fully met. While the aesthetics in the photos were appealing, the actual experience fell short for me. Additionally, the address provided was vague and lacked a specific house number, which could complicate finding the location. Fortunately, we decided to visit early in the day, as searching for the property at night would have been challenging. Ms. Ciarra didn't reply at once and didn't provide us with instructions on how to get into the place. We asked around and tried to match the house's facade to identify its location. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

The location was great, and the room was well-equipped. The wifi connection was also very reliable perfect for us ni husband na parehong WFH ang set-up. Very safe yung place and you will really feel at home. Overall, it was a great stay. We will definitely book this again pag umuwi ulit kami ng Bicol.

This was our second stay at the "Bunker". I can't say enough positive things about the experience. Things are clearly explained and questions promptly answered. Josephine made herself available for any question or issue that we may have had. Small issues...The location is peaceful and short walking distance to stores snd resto. Thoroughly enjoyablle! Our stay at the Hilltop Guest House was absolutely fantastic! Jasmin had organised a ride from the port with a personal sign and from the moment we arrived, Jasmin and Randy made us feel incredibly welcome and right at home. It's amazing to think that Randy built the entire place himself over three years, including all the furniture! This place is huge! Lots of space and three very big rooms all with ac accommodated five of us very comfortably, and it was great to know they have spare beds available if needed. I especially loved waking up to the surroundings and seeing monkeys on the veranda in the morning eating the fruit I had left out the night before, such a unique experience! The location is perfect! A little bit away from the hustle, offering peace and quiet, yet close enough to easily access the beaches/town. Jasmin also organized fantastic activities for us, like island hopping, which made our stay even more memorable. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone! Salamat!!

Accommodating host, cozy place to stay! We booked Allen’s place on a short notice; hours away from check-in. He responded quickly to my inquiries and made sure we’re well-informed about the place upon check-in. His place is clean and relatively new. It has common kitchen utensils, basic small appliances and toiletries. You don’t have to go out when you ran out of snacks because they have a little honesty store which sells food and drinks at a reasonable price. TV has cable and internet connection is stable; we were able to work comfortably! :)

Place is huge and clean and very nearby commercial establishments.
