Bungalow holiday rentals in Luzon

this is my 4th time vising Jean-Marie's place. We didnt get to stay at the main house in this trip, but still the experience is great. Peaceful surrounding and great beach. Planning my next trip to this place soon.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Felt like we are at our own home. The place is just a few steps away from the beach and there is a store across the house where you can buy food and other things. We will definitely book again.

It is a very spacious, private resort. It's a pristine mansion, a little on the older side, with a stunning overlooking view of the beach, a huge pool, and accommodating caretakers. My family and I had a great time!

This place was great! There was designated parking for our vehicle, and our pets were warmly welcomed and well-accommodated. We were even allowed to check in a bit early, and they prepared the room for us ahead of time. Ate Norbie was extra helpful too. It was a peaceful and quiet spot—perfect for me and my family to relax. Salamat po!

This was one of my best AirBNB experiences. I don't stay in AirBNB's with the owners present (although sometimes they may rent it in their absence). However, since our only other option for the area seemed to be expensive resorts, we gave it a shot. Staying with Rosanna (aka Isla's B&B) was such a pleasure. It was everything I wanted to experience from Filipino hospitality. Her house is literally on the beach in Mabini. Her partner is an American who came to stay and just never left because Rosanna's hospitality is that good. He built a second floor covered balcony, where we spent most of our time working and watching the sunset. There is beautiful snorkeling right in front of the home. Rosanna is an incredible cook and will cook you meals if you choose. Btw, the whole community is basically her family, so if you need anything, she is like the unofficial mayor and just pulls out her phone and makes it happen. I recommend renting a scooter on your way so you have a way to get around.

We had an amazing stay at SOAB. The rooms are big enough for our group. A plus point for air conditioning each room. The bed was incredibly cozy, and we enjoyed having barkada conversations on the porch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect—close to this rustic restaurant, Naro, which was located at the front area of the house. It was very convenient because they serve coffee and cocktails 😊. Another plus is the beach front which is only 3 minutes walk. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick getaway with friends and family. We will definitely come back!!

This bungalow had everything we needed—we loved the peaceful and private beachfront access. It’s peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our kids and dogs had a great time during our two-night stay. The room was spacious, the kitchen well-equipped, and both bathrooms were decent and clean. The beach had a fine sand(not a white sand) but not rocky and the water was just right for swimming, especially to kids! Big thanks to Marvin for being helpful and kind to us during our stay. We rented the whole house that fit 13 people so everyone had a comfortable place to lounge and sleep. It was a short walk to the port that leads us to the hundred islands, which is a big plus. Definitely great value for money. The host was super responsive and helpful as well when we needed assistance. Definitely coming back if we have the chance :)

Great hosts, very responsive and their place is good value for short stay vacation in Lipa. There are nice restaurants and cafes just outside the neighborhood. Traffic situation in the roads is hectic at times but cannot be avoided.

Lovely stay in Tagaytay! The location was easy to find and felt very safe and secure. The host was accommodating and friendly, making communication smooth. The house is also close to many popular spots, which made our trip more enjoyable. Great place overall!😊☺️

This was our 3rd stay at the house. It's close enough to the action and bustle of the city but far enough away that you don't notice the action and bustle of the city. I particularly enjoy sitting under the covered patio enjoying the warm breeze and the birds singing. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Great place to stay! Would recommend looking for place to stay if wanted to explore Zambales as most of tourist attaction will be half an hour to one hour away. House was really clean and maintained. If any things needed the host will be easy to be communicated with.

My parents loved their stay in Bungalow Transient House during the holidays for the Holy Week. Considering that my mother is in wheelchair, we were able to work our way around their house with ease. My father and my brothers enjoyed the staycation. They enjoyed the strong internet connection and other amenities in the house. Overall, we were able to bring our comfort of our own home in the transient house in Sorsogon. Highly recommended and definitely we will book again.
