Holiday rentals with beach access in Luzon

Really good for small groups! The spot is super convenient, just a short walk to all our usual resto and the beachfront. Parking was easy with the help of the caretaker. The unit was very clean. Internet was fast and reliable. There's a really nice space great for co-working. They also provided drinking water and shower essentials like towels, shampoo, and body wash. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Definitely booking this place again when we're back. ✨️

We really enjoyed our stay at Tes’s place. Aside from being really nice and comfy, it was also really well thought out. Some of the things we loved: power sockets by the side of the bed for easy charging, as well as handy nook by the bed to keep small things, plenty of hooks for towels and such, a rack for hanging wet clothes/ swimwear, and most importantly, toys for kids (my kids loved these in particular). Tes was a great host and kept us informed with detailed instructions throughout the trip. I especially liked the convenience of being able to register inside Pico De Loro because the owner made himself available. All in all, 5 stars plus!! Already looking to book our next trip at this place. Thanks Tes and Monching for a really great stay!

We loved the place and the amenities that came with it such as board games, dental kits, extra blankets. The unit is easy to find and very near the pool, it was an easy walk for me and my toddler. Jose as a host is very responsive and he quickly addressed our needs. Overall a great experience and we’ll book this again in the future.

a peaceful, family-friendly, and clean place to stay when planning to explore the glorious Bagasbas and Daet. a minute walk to the long beautiful shoreline of Bagasbas, and to the nearby resto options. Joan is easy to communicate with if you have concerns and requests. will def reco her to friends and to folks who want to explore Daet, and will defo be back in Daet and will stay in this cozy yellow apartment.

20/10! my friends and i were very pleased with the place. it was not that hard to find, it's near the highway, and on the beach side of the road. it has a sala, kitchen, a big bathroom with heater and even washing machine--already set up for use. it has 2 bedrooms with comfy pillows and duvet. clean towels are provided. maam imelda was very responsive and kind enough to give instructions. maam maricris is easy to communicate with. we hope to book this place again soon!

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at The Meydan Suites, a cozy studio-type unit located in Azure North, Pampanga. The unit was clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and with easy access to local attractions. The amenities of Azure North were a highlight — especially the pool area, which gave off a relaxing resort vibe. Our host was responsive and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend The Meydan Suites to anyone visiting Pampanga.

Stonehaven Suite was a perfect home for family when you need a private and secured place to relax and recharge. The host instructions and directions was clear so it was easy for us to find. The house and amenities were great, its just the beach is not clean we were not able to swim at that time. Overall we enjoyed our stay specially my baby who enjoys the most as she can freely roam around in the clubhouse and swim. Will definitely recommend this place.

Sir Chris.was responsive to my initial queries and Ate Maurine was very and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and what we love was the complete kitchen amenities. The place is clean and well-maintained too. You can totally relax and enjoy the view.

This is our second stay at the house. I highly recommend this place! Very clean and spacious. Had a lot of rooms for a big group. The caretaker is super friendly and helpful. The owner/host is very accommodating and responsive to all my queries. The surrounding is very peaceful. Love the ambience! Will definitely be back. Thank you for our wonderful stay. I was amazed how beautiful the house is. Its very spacious and clean. During our stay i was very focus on the details and style of the house. I told my dad, it was my dream house i fell inlove with it😆 Sobrang ganda😍 very Homey ang dating. And the good thing about it napaka private yung place, it was indeed intended as a vacation place kung gusto mo magrelax away from toxic city.. There is a huge cabana where you can just lay down and rest, just watch the very nice scenery of the ocean 😉 and they have two inflatable hot tubs dito nagenjoy mga kids habang nagkakape kami sa taas ng cabana😁 Highly recommended this place☺️ its beyond my expectations worth it ang bayad. + plus ang bait bait ni sir Leandro madaling kausap. He made sure na maganda ang experience namin sa resthouse nila🥰

We had a great time during our stay. It’s a family friendly place especially the pool with projector where the kids were able to watch while swimming while the adults were grilling and chilling out at the garden. Interiors are very modern and aesthetic. Rooms were clean and spacious, including the toilets. They provided basic toiletries and was surprised they even have clothes steamer which is a necessity for me, and they also had soft towels. I only wish there were bidets in the toilet and the kitchen had more kitchenware like serving bowls, plates and pans. The caretakers were not as responsive so better contact the host when you’re there. The clubhouse has a huge pool, jacuzzi, separate kiddy pool and a playground plus a wide beach. You can also order food at their resto. Overall, I will highly recommend the place to family and friends. We should have stayed at least two nights to fully enjoy it, though :)

We were a group of 6 friends, and we absolutely loved white’s place! Unfortunately it was raining so we couldn’t go out much, but the pool and the house itself was enough for us. Aside from some minor hiccups (leaks in the kitchen, lost electricity twice), our stay was perfect. Everything was clean and had what we needed, especially for cooking. Both white and the caretaker were very responsive too. It was just a bummer that we weren’t allowed to see the beach through the neighbor’s private access even if we were willing to pay. Overall, we’ll definitely come back again, especially once the weather brightens up! Thanks white family!

PROS: the place is bigger in actual than in pictures, the house is centralized airconditioned and is cold. the kitchen is complete. utensils and plate is restaurant quality. walkable to beach, market(palengke). and tricycle station. house is in front of sari sari store. location is quiet(not main street). 1.5km away from main san juan. CONS: if i have one, then the house is very homey. we didn't go out as often as we like since we loved the house. its cold while its very hot outside. we always ended up going back to the house early.

Heidi was very responsive and friendly to meet us upon check in. The house is spacious and perfect for my family and siblings. The view on the 3rd floor is amazing and a cool spot to play pool table, cook, dine and just hang out. The swimming pool is clean and refreshing. We all loved the house in Subic!

Benjo’s crib is clean and highly recommended. Very responsive and flexible host.

We enjoyed our stay. Ate Cora is the best. She is responsive and accommodating. She even help us find the tours for us and the rates are just right and way cheaper than the offering on the beach. We are even allowed to check in early. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

Our family had the best time at Pico. Ms. Ice’s unit is very suitable for our needs and I love that it was close to Pico beach. It was very clean and Sir Al was very responsive to our queries and concerns.

I definitely recommend Caryl’s place. ✔️ Aesthetic ✔️ Clean ✔️ Spacious ✔️ Peaceful ✔️ Walking distance going to the beach and to the pool ✅ Caryl is a great host. Very responsive on each of our query. 😞The only issue we had was with the water. I think it's the water supply for the entire building.

We were looking for a cozy and comfy place to stay, one that functions beyond a space just for sleep. It's where we can cuddle up on a rainy day much like at home. No regrets staying here.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive to all our queries, which made the check-in and communication smooth. The place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos—no surprises there. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. There was a minor issue with a leaking wall after a heavy rain, but the caretaker responded quickly and had it addressed right away, which we appreciated. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout our stay, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the free bathroom amenities were a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely recommend!
