A CAR IS A MUST, AS THERE IS NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT CONNECTION In the middle part is our meeting room for company seminars and weddings.(Weekend only) & on the top floor we live with 2 children.

Comfortable stay in a historic house

This 2.5-room apartment close to the city with free parking is very quietly located on a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. It is only 3 minutes to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade on foot. So the city of Lucerne can be reached in 8 minutes or completely on foot along the popular lake promenade in about 15 minutes. The house is older, but the decor is modern or partly new. On cleanliness and hygiene, we attach great importance to make you feel comfortable.

Enjoy the 60 m² room with fully equipped kitchen. Sleep Japanese (on the floor) on tatami mats with futon (1.60) and (1.40). Futons are Japanese hard mattresses. If desired, we can set up a toddler bed. You will be living near the forest, but are 15 minutes by bus from the center of Lucerne. If you come by car, you are more independent. Some guests miss the atmosphere of the city in the evening (restaurants, bars, etc.) Dogs are welcome. The garden is fenced.

Located between Grand Casino, Old Town and the famous Lion Monument. It is a one bedroom apartment. There's one separate bedroom and a loft area upstairs with two beds next to each other in the open space. Also, there's a sofa bed. There's only one bathroom in this apartment which is in the bedroom. This apartment has a pretty large terrace, though. It has a very nice view of the mountains "Bürgerstock", "Gemsstock" and the rooftops of other houses in the city.

The stay was very nice and pleasant for me. I felt comfortable right away and was able to arrive well. Your garden is a dream, it is so nice to sit there and the rest of the apartment was very cozy. The room was clean, had everything you need and a nice view of the mountains. Simone is a very pleasant, likeable and gentle hostess. No question remained unanswered and she went to great lengths. I can only recommend her and the accommodation and will gladly come back. :)

Hello Reto! I want to tell you many thanks!!! We had wonderful time at your apartment. After Lucern we went to Zurich and lived at the hotel. And I can tell that it was much more comfortable at your apartment than at the hotel. We missed your apartment! For future guests I can tell you that Reto is a grate guy who gives very clear instructions how to check in/out and how to spend time. The apartment has great location and COOP near. It was pleasure to talking with him. And he left very early and came in late. The room not big but so nice ,comfortable and it has everything you need and even more. Reto answered and helped any questions immediately! It was so nice to receive a chocolate present from him. Yi-Tai has been a very gracious host. She has been really helpful with my First day and my re location in Switzerland. The apartment Is clean, She Is discrete but ready to support for anything related to long stay needs likes laundry and ironing. Warmly Recommended!
