Beautiful view over the Nile, spacious apartment and very helpful host who was kind enough to offer us quite an early check in and drove us to the station after our checkout. The area is authentic Luxor so don’t expect the shiny streets of resorts, but rather enjoy the beauty of being surrounded by locals which we actually preferred :)

Saleh was an amazing host who made us feel very welcome in Luxor. He was very helpful with any transport we needed in and around Luxor. The place was very well located and had a beautiful view of the Nile. We would definitely recommend this place to stay if you want to enjoy a relaxing, fun holiday!

If you’re looking for a more relaxed version of Luxor then the West Bank and Yasser’s hotel is the place for you. Yasser and his host skills are what made our 10 day stay in Luxor so memorable. He’s happy to arrange all your tours and transportation and he’ll give you budget options too. He’ll make great suggestions of when to see something or maybe to do an activity you weren’t thinking about. We were lucky enough to have ample time to see the main sites of Luxor but also have time for local egyptian life and Yasser invited us to his family home for a meal, to a local festival and many more authentic experiences. We are so grateful for his kindness. The flat is big and spacious. The kitchen needs a few more pieces of equipment to be able to cook a meal but I was able to make small lunches and snacks for the kids in it at least. The rooftop pool, loungers, billiards table and ping pong table were great to stay busy after a long day touring. Food was amazing as well.

Perfect! Maria is a really wonderful host - she was friendly, kind, interesting to chat to and super helpful, coming to meet us from the ferry and making sure we were settled in. She immediately made us feel comfortable - couldn't ask for more. The apartment itself is great. It is a very nicely decorated space with character. It's lovely - bright, airy, comfortable, and it has everything you could possibly need. We felt right at home. Everything is clean - comfy bed, nice bedding, towels etc all nice. And the terrace.....oohhhhh so great. It's a huge space with lots of comfortable places to lounge either in the shade or in the sun. We loved relaxing there both day and night. Overall, I don't think you will find a nicer host or a better place to stay in Luxor. Thank you!

I traveled alone for this trip and this was my first time anywhere in this part of the world. This is an absolute dream spot with an amazing view. The newly constructed boardwalk just across the street makes early morning and evening/night strolls so wonderful. Taxi’s and ferries are literally just outside the front gate. Plenty of local options for food and trinkets. The neighborhoods back behind the place are full of families and friendly children. I often would stroll and “get lost” in the beauty and felt very safe. Many people speak English which I found to be a comfort. Mustafa was very proactive and attentive with making sure I felt at home and reassured the itinerary we had developed while my time was spent there. 100000% will return to stay here again with others I bring to visit.

Fantastic apartment. Has everything you need. The view is beautiful and offers a bit of serenity compared to what you find in the city center and at many of the historical sites. The hosts are super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend taking a tour with them. They're both Egyptologists and will take you off the beaten track to see places with no other tourists. It was incredible to have tombs completely to yourself. Had a great stay!

Amr is such a trustworthy guy who helped me lot on many levels, its like you found a friend at unknown place and suddenly he take initiative to make you feel at home safe and comfortable as much as possible, the location is at prime point and apartment is wonderful, you are lucky person if you get him as your host.

The 2 apartments in the house have a spacious layout. The furnishings are functional and cozy. The beds are comfortable. The wifi is needed. The balcony offers shade all day. The pool is beautiful. With the beautiful trees, the view of the fields and mountains you feel very close to nature. Azzab is always available and answers any questions. I'd be happy to come back

This is the place to stay in Luxor if you’re seeking a spiritual, authentic and connected experience. Tjoni connects you with artists, healers, and a grounded conscious community supporting local crafts, education, and the environment. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe—thanks to her guidance, care, and deep knowledge of Egypt. The home is stunning, built on the site of a former queen’s lake, with energetically powerful water to drink and bathe in. It’s a space of creative clarity, inspiration, and transformation. Community events (dance, sound healing, meditation) were deeply moving. The design is magical, the energy palpable, and the location perfect—very close to the main West Bank temples. Tjoni is a true visionary with a huge heart. I’m so grateful to her and wouldn’t hesitate to join her future retreats or recommend this sacred space.

While in Luxor you can expect A very warm and hospitable environment Qenut and Azab are very down to earth and accommodating to one's needs! A very comfortable place while in Luxor! They also do tours of the Nile, Pyramids, group Nile cruise excursions (10 or more) and desert excursions. Very modern living conditions on the West Bank in Luxor.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the view was breathtaking. The pool was perfect — clean, relaxing, and a true highlight of the place. The area is peaceful and very safe, ideal for a relaxing vacation. What truly made our experience exceptional was the tour guide Ahmed. He took everything to another level — incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and always made sure we had the best of everything: from delicious local food to unforgettable temple visits and a stunning Nile cruise. He truly made our trip 100 times better. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience — we’ll definitely be back!

It was a pleasure to stay at Tjoni’s place in Luxor. It’s truly a magical place, well organized, spacious and with a great flow to it; the whole house has a wonderful feng shui. The rooms are clean and organized. There’s event a front garden with fruit trees, and a pond going in. This is such a contrast and relief from so many other places we staid in Egypt. Highly recommended. Everything was well communicated which made everything easy. Tjoni even helped us with some sewing projects; a multi-talented individual, and now a friend. We have a lot of gratitude for her and trust that you will too. 5+ stars!

We arrived late at night and were worried because the place seemed to be on the edge of the city. But then we met our friendly host. The location is very close to the Nile River. On the corner, there is a family-run restaurant with good food and fair prices. The neighbors are fun, and there are many restaurants and markets on the river street. The house is very beautiful and clean, and the backyard is perfect. The only downside was the internet, which was very slow, so we gave up using the Wi-Fi. The biggest highlight was the host—his name is Momo, and now he is my Egyptian friend.

If you want the authentic Egyptian experience with some comfort amenities, this is a great stay. You do have to drive through a traditional diet rad village to get there, so choose your vehicle wisely, but if you want to get out of the resort without losing comfort, this is it. It’s a 10-15 minute drive from all of the major sites. Great stay.

The house was very beautiful on the inside and outside. The rooms were big and clean and the airconditioning was very helpfull. the rooftop was also very nice with a good view of the nature. Abdallah was an awsome host who made us feel welcome and at home, and was always helpfull from the moment we arrived. He made sure to give as a good expierence of the city by organizing and giving amazing tours as a guide but mostly as a friend. I would highly recommend booking this house!

Mohammed was a very helpful and kind host. He will always make sure you’re okay. He brought us some bananas first night we stayed in. Which was very nice from him 🥹🥰 The place is located in the peaceful site of the city which makes the place a peaceful home. The swimming pool definitely is the star of the house. My little one enjoyed a lot. The only thing I will recommend to Mohammed is equipe the kitchen a little bit more. Maybe few more cutlery and fry pans will be helpful. Overall was a great place to stay in! Thank you very much.

The stay was very good and the place is quiet and pleasant. The apartment is very large and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Over 3 balconies you could see the Nile. The apartment was just great with everything it had to offer. Ezzat and his uncle were very friendly and answered all of our questions. Glad to come back!

The house is modern and well decorated as described in the pictures. The location of the house is very good. It takes 25 minutes to walk to the train station, bus station, McDonald's, currency exchange, Luxor Temple, and Karnak Temple. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Luxor Night Market and Souvenir Street. Although the alley looks a bit dirty, it is safe. The landlord is positive and friendly. The house is above the pharmacy, and you can ask the pharmacy staff for help if you have any problems as well.

The accommodation is a little far from the city, and the surroundings are quiet, and there is a large grocery store right at the entrance of the apartment, so you can buy any necessities (excluding alcohol). If you need to go out to the city, you can call Indrive.

Ahmed Ali was so nice to leave us in our room earlier than was officially the intention, that was very nice. Ahmed Ali is incredibly nice, genuine and communicative. If we had encountered him earlier, we might have been spared earlier on our trip. The place is nice and has a relaxed vibe. You are close to the boats to sail across the street and there are some restaurants and a shop within 100 meters. We were happy to stay a little longer...
