Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lustrafjorden

We had such a lovely stay at Bruvoll Feriehus - the home is very cosy with all the amenities for a relaxing, peaceful stay in this beautiful area of Norway. We found the home clean and comfortable. Annike was always friendly and quick to respond to our questions. Check in and out were both easy with clear instructions.

Kristine und die ganze Familie Haugen inklusive Hund Alma sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem schönen Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Da wir schönes Wetter hatten, konnten wir draußen grillen. Das leckere Fleisch haben wir direkt von Kristine und Odd aus derem lokalen Betrieb gekauft. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit! Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Maison de campagne d’époque très propre à l’intérieur et bien équipée. Le site est bien et très charmant avec une vue sur les montagnes enneigées et le bruit de l’eau qui s’écoule en cascade. Jannicke est une hôte très accueillante et toujours disponible. Elle est généreuse, elle partage ses connaissances et ses œufs qui sont délicieux. Nous avons aussi fait la connaissance de son père. Ce dernier est aussi très accueillant et a plein d’histoires intéressantes à raconter. Merci Jannicke d’avoir agrémenté notre séjour.

Beautiful modern house with an amazing view. We were lucky to have some very good weather and so we made use of the outdoor area which was well equipped with furniture and barbecue equipment. The house was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Definetely recommend if you are looking for a peaceful and immersive experience into the Norwegian culture and fjords, outside touristic areas. The house is lovely and Guro welcomed us very kindly. Kitchen is well equipped and the living room is big. Preferably stay at least 2 or 3 nights to enjoy the place.

We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return! The home was clean, and well equipped. We spent all of our evenings on the deck enjoying the fresh air and gorgeous view (there was even a heat lamp to keep us warm). The home was a short drive from many hiking and biking opportunities.

We loved the house and the surroundings. House is historic, very clean and has all you need for modern life with kids. We felt really safe there. Per Wilhelm was super quick to answer and communicated with me before our trip. Ingunn showed us the place and was very nice and helpful. We recommend this house and will definitely come back :)

Aurland Fjordhutter is simply magical! Tord met us on arrival, showed us around… we were blown away by the view… it’s as if you have the fjord all to yourself! We weren’t brave enough to dip into the fjord but there’s your own private ladder off the deck into the fjord… As far as the accom itself, it was comfortable, clean, practical and well equipped. The upstairs private and sheltered veranda was the perfect location to watch the sun go down.. We were so glad to have stayed in Aurland vs Flåm (we had a car). To escape the hive of tourists (yes noted - we are too!) to this slice of paradise… so added to our time here! Highly recommend

Es war alles so wie beschrieben in der Unterkunft, es gab keine Beanstandung. Halvard hat immer schnell geantwortet, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort.

WOW WOW WOW. I can't even believe we got to stay here. What a privilege! It looks even better than the pictures. The view is unbeatable. Marit was kind and warm, available but not overbearing. I mentioned we were doing the sauna in Aurland (recommend!! Aurland, not Flåm!) and she left towels out for us. messaged to ask how the trip was going and if we needed a shoe dryer. This Airbnb is everything an Airbnb should be and more, Marit is everything an Airbnb host should be and more! Thank you, Marit, for a fantastic stay. Tusen takk!!!

Schönes Apartment mit tollem Blick über den Fjord. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter sehr gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit Anita verlief reibungslos. Zum Kochen könnten ein paar Utensilien mehr vorhanden sein, sonst alles in allem empfehlenswert!

This apartment is conveniently located just across a short walkable bridge into the heart of the village. The host was flexible in meeting us at the home to show us the upstairs unit. The bathroom includes heated flooring which is a nice amenity and off street parking was provided for our rental car. Overall a nice option for a couple days stay in Flåm.

We had a pleasant stay at Marit’s place! If you are looking for a stay as if in one’s house, this is the right spot. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is spacious and communication with Marit was easy and fast. Away from the crowds, the area is quiet and peaceful!

We had a great stay at Kestutis’s place. The instructions were super clear and the place looked exactly like the photos. You have great views and are a close drive to some main attractions. We had an awesome time! Will hope to be back someday!

Viktorija welcomed us personally to the property. She was very friendly and provided us with some helpful information about Aurland. The accommodation was perfect and had an amazing view of the fjord. We were even provided some umbrellas when it started to rain and we had planned a walk. We had an Wonderful stay at Torill's place! If you have a car, it's a perfect location--beautiful view and peaceful area away from the tourist crowds in Flam, but close enough to get to the activities very easily... The unit is plenty large with tons of nice touches from Torill to make us feel right at home, and she was very informative, helpful, and thoughtful... We had a very nice meal at the hotel just a short walk up the street (somewhat expensive), and the bakery in town is Awesome! The place is clean, the bed very comfortable, and great water pressure in the shower, which was easy to regulate (although the shower enclosure ties for the smallest we've ever experienced)... Highly recommend booking here if wanting to visit this spectacular area!

Overnatting med den flottaste utsikta ever!! Leiligheta låg på «the top of the world», og sjølv om vegen opp var smal og bratt, var det verdt når ein fekk utsikt over vakre Sogndal! Leiligheita ver perfekt til to, og den var skinnande rein og plettfri! Ein flott uteplass stod også til disposisjon! Malin var hyggelig og svarte raskt på melding😄 Innsjekkinga var fleksibel og enkel! Staden anbefalast på det varmaste!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Anna’s place. The Airbnb was spotless and the kitchen had every utensil you could need. The beds were so comfortable too! The views right outside the Airbnb were breathtaking. The Airbnb is a short distance to downtown Flåm - perfect location for anyone trying to explore this area. Finally, Anna’s hospitality was top notch - we felt right at home the moment we arrived! Thank you Anna for being such a spectacular host! I give this Airbnb and Anna my highest recommendation.

This was one of the nicest Airbnbs in my years of traveling to Norway. Would definitely come again. The amenities are in great condition. Apartment is clean and comfortable. A cozy place to spend time in a beautiful location.

We loved Trude's place. The view is stunning we took pictures every morning of our stay because it was irresistible. Grocery right next door and 15mins drive to Flam. Trude always responsive to our questions. Highly recommend booking Trude's place.

Great place to stay. Easily accessible to Sogndal by around a 10 to 15 minute drive!

Nous avons eu quelques difficultés pour entrer dans le logement, car ne nous disposions pas du code à l'arrivée. Le logement était propre et bien équipé, surtout adapté pour deux personnes. Le bruit de la route principale est perceptible à l'intérieur, mais pas de nature à gêner le sommeil, après une journée bien remplie…
