Holiday rentals with a patio in Luquillo

Our stay was perfect for our one night stop in Luquillo! The apartment was very nice, clean and accommodating close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Also very safe building! I definitely would recommend this apartment!

The Airbnb is close to everything, easy to find and Yamal is always at your service.

The place was lovely! Very very walkable to everything, we didn’t have a car but walked to the beach everyday and nearby restaurants.

This was a fantastic find for Luquillo - the views from the condo were picture-perfect and the rooftop terrace was simply magical. Everything was as described in the listing. I would 100% come back and rent here again. The only significant downside was that we rented this place while some major renovation work was going on in the unit next door. The workers started making room-shaking noise starting around 8am on the last two days of our trip. I wouldn't think this should pose a problem in the future, but you might want to check on the status of the neighbor's place. Fortunately, the workers left for the day in the afternoon, so it was not an issue in the evening or overnight.

The view was amazing. My wife and I loved the accommodations. The locals were friendly, and the local dining establishments were perfect. We highly recommend staying here. Rob and Maddy Lee

I enjoyed my time so much. We traveled with our daughter and eventually my father visited for a day or two. The security in the building is very well established, the place was spotless and in a ideal location. Really a steal for the price.

Casita de Frutas was as beautiful as it looked in the pictures! The space was very clean, the bed and linens were VERY comfortable, and the AC was powerful. The walk to the beach was short and Sebastian offers a beach package if you need it. He was quick to respond to messages and very friendly. The ONLY downside to this rental, which is no fault of Sebastian’s, is that unless you have a car or are willing to pay for multiple Ubers every day, there is nothing to do in the area that is within walking distance. It was also difficult for uber drivers to find, even with the extra instructions the host provided. If you pick up supplies on the way in and plan on laying low and enjoying the space and the beach then this place is perfect for you.

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

Really enjoyed staying at this home. Very quiet neighborhood yet minutes from the beach and many restaurants. Would stay here again.

The place is beyond beautiful, peaceful and quiet. You only here the sound of nature and the view is something else. In the morning seeing the rise of the sun was for me specular. Lovely getaway if you want to be out of the hussle of the city and town. Melvin was very responsive to my needs. Definitely would go back to stay, but for more time.

I can’t say enough about this property! It’s a little slice of paradise. Even though it’s in a neighborhood it’s extremely private. The porches and pool area make you feel like you are at your own resort. The location is close to anything you might want to do in the east side of the island and Kevin provides a manual with excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities etc. We took advantage of so many but also used the well equipped kitchen and grills to eat in. The beach gear and towels were appreciated as were the washer/dryer. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Kevin was extremely responsive. Our family of 6 travelers, ages 13-74, had an awesome week!

It felt a bit crowded for three people but overall it was a great place to stay.

El alojamiento cubre todas las necesidades básicas para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia. Todas las áreas del hogar son cómodas y organizadas. 🍃 Si quieres disfrutar de Luquillo, Río Grande y otros pueblos limítrofes es un excelente hospedaje, ya que todas las actividades quedan cercanas al alojamiento. 🚘 PD: A segundos de “Kioskos de Luquillo” para disfrutar de la gastronomía puertorriqueña y a unos minutos de “El Yunque” para hacer una caminata pacífica dentro del bosque. 🥟🍹🌳 💯% RECOMENDADO.

Beautiful, spacious house

“An unforgettable island escape! We stayed for two nights at this beautiful oceanfront condo, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Waking up to the breathtaking 180° ocean views from the private balcony was magical—we enjoyed coffee every morning while soaking in the sea breeze and watching the sunrise. The condo was thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable queen-sized bed, powerful A/C, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living space perfect for relaxing after exploring. The location is peaceful and secure, yet close to exciting activities. We loved having access to the pools, tennis courts, and walking around the serene island. The highlight for us was how quiet and relaxing it felt, far from the hustle and bustle but still offering everything we needed for an adventurous getaway. This location is perfect for east island activities! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and modern. The beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing from the large balcony. The security was top notch as well. The A/C was ice cold during those hot humid days, and we also LOVED the pool! It was probably the biggest pool I’ve ever seen. We were 5 minutes from the marina where we did our snorkeling excursion to Cayo Icacos, and not far from Ceiba to catch the ferry to Culebra. There were also several restaurants close by that our host recommended that were phenomenal. We would absolutely stay here again!

we loved our stay here! the highlights: 2 big bedrooms, lots of living space, & a great view for coffee each morning on the balcony! We arrived very late, but the host made sure we knew exactly where to go & what to do. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful beachfront property! The rooms were super clean and the balcony views were my favorite. If you’re a light sleeper just being earplugs because you’re right next to the ocean and wildlife, we loved it though. Central to the kiosks, el yunque, and not too far from the ceiba ferry. We loved it and will definitely rebook!

I visit Puerto Rico all the time. And this apartment was amazing for my stay. The host is very responsive. The check-in process is simple and easy to understand. The apartment was very accurate to the description. Super clean, spacious and comfortable. AC worked well. I would definitely stay here again.
