Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need to be comfortable, the location is excellent. A short distance from shopping centers and restaurants. Paola was in contact and attentive during our stay. He always responded quickly. I recommend his place without a doubt, we'll be back soon!

We really enjoyed this week at Peter's place. As a newcomer to the American continent, Peter helped us with all questions: airport transfer, car rental, money exchange, bus ticket, visit market, etc. The house is spacious , the bed has a good mattress, the air conditioning cools down quickly and the kitchen is well equipped. Great was the new grill on the large terrace, which we used a lot. Finally, the large pool in the middle of the bird-rich garden is even enchantingly lit in the evening. The neighborhood lends itself to a quiet walk and is no more than 10 minutes by car from the main shopping centers and places that someone would like to visit. I highly recommend this listing! The apartment was very clean and as advertised. Beautiful and spacious. Quiet street but close to all amenities: shopping mall (2 less than 600 m). Not to mention the Urban café with these great breakfasts and great cafes. I would highly recommend it Thank you so much. We'll be happy to go back.
