A perfect spot to enjoy Asunción! This wonderful apartment is ideal for discovering the city from comfort and good taste. It has a quiet terrace, surrounded by vegetation, where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the street. The bed is incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good rest after exploring the city. On the rooftop, spectacular views of Asunción await you: an ideal place to have a coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset. I also want to highlight the attention of the building staff: always friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. A special thank you to Tony, who made my stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back this year!

This is hands down my number one stay in Asunción. The flat is huge, beautiful, and super comfortable, tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. The house itself looks amazing, and the people living there are all really nice. The staff is helpful whenever you need something, and John, the host, is great—friendly, quick to reply, and easy to deal with. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a big plus. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for both short and long-term stays—pans, a big fridge with freezer, water kettle, and more. The neighborhood around the house is also nice and feels safe. I liked it so much I extended my stay right after the first night. Already looking forward to coming back in the future.

Great place and location.

The place is impeccable, I loved it and would definitely come back. Everything was super cute and well taken care of. However, the landlady was not very friendly, did not give clear instructions and did not respond to messages. Despite that, the overall experience was good.

Very good service from start to finish, responds quickly. The place is in a very nice, pleasant and safe area. Next door, there is a supermarket in case you need something urgently, and the reception desk can help you with any information you need. The view and the pool are very nice, the place is exactly the same as the photos. 100% recommended!

Excellent stay, better than what you see in the photos

Moran was a great host—attentive, available, and helpful. Her apartment is a gem in the Recoleta neighborhood of Asunción. It has all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay and is just steps from Shopping Mariscal. My only criticism is that, while I was there, the shower lost hot water after a couple minutes of use. That being said, the weather was warm, so it was not a big deal. I’d gladly stay at Moran’s for future visits to Asunción, and highly recommend her spot if you’re in town!

The place and the apartment are highly recommended since it has what is published, it is a safe, quiet place, close to shopping My stay was very nice, so I don't hesitate to come back... although everyone requires different things, Ruben is super attentive and that's important to meet some needs that arise from his guests. Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.
