Apartamento fantástico!!! AP com ótimo espaço (maior que nas fotos), tudo extremamente novo, cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis!!! Além de ser um AP novo, tudo que nele está é Premium. Ótima qualidade. Lindo e confortável! Bairro nobre e perto de tudo! Mercado praticamente ao lado! Recomendo muitooooo!!!!

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit prachtige appartement! Het is ruim en stijlvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De twee slaapkamers zijn comfortabel met heerlijke bedden, en de woonkamer is licht en gezellig. De keuken is volledig uitgerust en het gehele appartement is voorzien van per kamer inregelbare centrale airconditioning waardoor het er altijd aangenaam is. Daarnaast was de communicatie met de host uitstekend – snel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De accomodatie zit echt op een top locatie waarbij je in een hele goede, veilige en rustige buurt van de stad zit, maar toch op loopafstand van de mooiste winkelcentra en goede restaurants. Ook met de auto is het heel goed te bereiken en makkelijk parkeren. We voelden ons hier meteen thuis en zouden zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken. Een absolute aanrader! Dit betreft overigens een van de weinige opties op Airbnb die met zijn ruime opzet ook uitstekend geschikt is voor langere verblijven.

amazing appartement with all confort. we had a small issue when we arrived and Ruben sent us somebody to fix it straight ( less than 1 hour). Our journey was very comfortable because it is a very quite area in the night. We loved to eat in the vegan restaurant just in front. super safe as well. We fully recommend this place!!

Gustavo fue un gran anfitrión. Estuvo siempre pendiente , desde la reserva. Muy amigable. El departamento hermoso, contaba con todo lo necesario para pasarlo de diez. Daban ganas de quedarse a vivir!!!! Volvería sin dudas!!!!

Muy buena atención de principio a fin, responde de manera rápida. El lugar está en una zona muy linda, agradable y segura. Al lado tienes un supermercado en caso necesites algo de urgencia y en recepción te ayudan con la información que necesites. La vista y la piscina está muy linda, el sitio es exactamente igual a las fotos. 100% recomendado!

El dpto es hermoso , tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos , la ubicación es excelente. A muy poca distancia de centros comerciales y restaurantes. Paola estuvo en contacto y atenta durante nuestra estadía. Siempre respondió rápidamente. Recomiendo su espacio sin dudas , nosotros volveremos pronto !

Moran was a great host—attentive, available, and helpful. Her apartment is a gem in the Recoleta neighborhood of Asunción. It has all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay and is just steps from Shopping Mariscal. My only criticism is that, while I was there, the shower lost hot water after a couple minutes of use. That being said, the weather was warm, so it was not a big deal. I’d gladly stay at Moran’s for future visits to Asunción, and highly recommend her spot if you’re in town!

¡La estadía fue genial! El departamento es súper cómodo y exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Todo muy limpio y bien cuidado. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo: tiendas, cafés, y muy buenos restaurantes. Me sentí como en casa. ¡Sin duda lo recomendaría y volvería a alojarme ahí!

Alberto es una persona muy amable y servicial. El apartamento estaba perfecto y con un entorno excelente.

El lugar y el dpto es súper recomendable ya que cuenta con lo publicado, es un lugar seguro, tranquilo, cerca de shopping Mi estadía fue muy lindo por eso no dudo en volver….si bien cada uno requiere cosas distintas Rubén es super atento y eso es importante para satisfacer algunas necesidades que surjan de sus huéspedes. Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.
