Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lungomare di Sabaudia

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

In this charming apartment you have everything you might need during your stay. The host is very responsive and ready to help.

Pierpaolo is an extremely responsive host. He met us personally at the airport,early in the morning and checked us in immediately, even though check-in was announced in the early afternoon. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious for two people. No need for air conditioning,because it is very cool. It has everything you could need in a household. The area is very quiet, there are many good restaurants nearby where you can taste the typical Roman cuisine, cafes, shops, pizzeria. The beach is a 15 min walk away,where there is one with free access and a paid area,where it is not so crowded. Transport to the centre of Rome is also very well arranged. In other words the apartment combines everything you could ask for,to combine a trip and a holiday in one.

Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. Everything is perfect !

Alex was friendly and communicative throughout or stay. He graciously left sweet treats, toasts with jam and espresso pods for our enjoyment. We felt apart of Rome’s city life because of the apartment’s convenient location.

I had a great time and Andrea's collaboration was very useful and important. I hope that an issue like what I had on a personal level does not address, but I have to say that hospitality and availability were fundamental.

Everything was perfect and Roberto was always available. It's worth the experience at his place.

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

We spent a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite some small problems encountered, was able to immediately remedy them, giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

The property was lovely- just like the photos and better! Francesco was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. The property was clean and had a modern feel but still elements of a classic look which I love! Plenty of space for two people. By far my favourite place in Marino that I have stayed at- I can’t wait to return!

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. This home is located in the historic center of Frascati which is a nice quiet (mostly except for holiday weekend nights) town in the hills at the end of a regional rail line that can take you into the center of Rome in a half an hour. It is a short walk to numerous restaurants and bars and is quite walkable. The home is on two levels with the bedrooms upstairs and the sitting/dining room and kitchen on the lower level. The walking space around the double bed could be larger, but was enough to get in and out of the bed. Though we experienced a weather-related internet outage for a day and a half, our hosts worked hard to try to get it resolved - ultimately bringing in an access point from a different provider that resolved the issue. The kitchen was well supplied and we had everything we needed for preparing our own meals when we wanted to during our visit. We would definitely come back again.

Very nice and very clean house. Just 8 minutes' walk from the sea. Gianpaolo was very nice and super helpful, he allowed us to stay a couple of hours longer for check-out and provided very useful info about Gaeta. I highly recommend it, excellent value for money. Thank you

Very clean and close to metro station. Don’t follow the Google maps indications to get to the apartment, instead follow Manuela’s indications. It will be easier. Great place! Recommend!

We stayed 2 nights, the apartment was spacious and well cared for, in 4 we were comfortable. The furniture is well cared for, clean and modern. There is also a private outdoor area with very cozy sofas. Host Giacomo was friendly and available. A few meters away is the bus that takes you to the center of Rome, a short walk to a restaurant where you can eat very well and a place where you can have an aperitif. Recommended!

The best Airbnb experience for us so far! Marco helped me prepare for a marriage proposal, which I really appreciated. Upon our arrival, we asked about good restaurants, and he gave us a quick tour of the area, sharing his insider tips(amazing food!). He was an very friendly host with a beautiful apartment. we can only recommend it to you!

Great apartment for a family! Clean rooms and bathrooms. Super responsive host and very attentive to our needs. Only little thing was that there were no lifts to get to the flat as we have older family members with mobility issues, other than that, it was a lovely stay! Thank you.

Staying here was great. Everything was correct, Francesca responded quickly if there was anything and everything in the accommodation was complete. This was a 10/10 for us and we will definitely come back. I recommend staying here to everyone!

Lucilla was an outstanding host who welcomed us early and in person to show us around the apartment and she even made us a coffee on arrival. She could not have been more helpful and made us feel like welcome guests, all communication was speedy and helpful. The apartment was perfect and the terrace outstanding. The bed was large and very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics we could need and quality appliances. We enjoyed Anzio and found several good restaurants, it is also walking distance to Nettuno for a change of scene. Overall our stay in Anzio was exceptional. Thank you again Lucilla x
