Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lungomare di Sabaudia

Amazing place! Of all the places we stayed in Italy…this was the best. Be prepared for steps and lots of walking BUT…it’s well worth it 🔥

We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning in Formia. Het huis is mooi en ligt in een schitterende tuin vol olijf- en citrusbomen, waar op een natuurlijke manier gebruik is gemaakt van materialen zoals rotsen – echt een sfeervolle plek om te verblijven. Het contact met de verhuurder Diego verliep heel soepel; hij reageerde steeds snel op onze vragen. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door zijn ouders, wat ons meteen welkom liet voelen. Hoewel het zwembad nog niet gevuld was (zoals vooraf aangegeven), was het met het mooie weer wel even jammer dat we er geen gebruik van konden maken – dat had het verblijf helemaal perfect gemaakt. De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en activiteiten. Kortom: een heerlijke plek voor wie houdt van natuur, rust en Italiaanse charme!

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

Villa bellissima e molto grande, dotata di tutti i comfort sia negli spazi interni che nell’area della piscina. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità di Isa nel prolungare l’orario del check-out non avendo prenotazioni per il giorno stesso. Consigliatissima!

An amazing location and hosts ---Outrageous Gardens and landscaping - to the inside; each room and respite were planned and decorated in a warm and family atmosphere. We were very surprised to have the owners greet us at the door - as we walked in the door - it was like you came home to the family from a long trip the table was full of cold cuts, cheese, wine, olives and they gave us breakfast eggs and toast for the next day. Super comfortable and well supplied with the things you need. They didn't miss a beat. On the last night they surprise us after dinner with dessert. Only an Hour and 15 min from the airport if you everything was 5 stars.

E’ stato un vero piacere soggiornare presso la casa di Veronica. Ci siamo trovati benissimo ed essendo in pieno centro storico di questo bellissimo borgo la sera abbiamo fatto una bella passeggiata arrivando tra i vicoli resi ancora più suggestivi dalle luci notturne fino al bellissimo Castello Caetani che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di visitare la mattina successiva, malgrado fossimo in compagnia del nostro cane Milù. Una vera chicca di questa struttura è la grandissima vasca idromassaggio incastonata nella roccia posta al piano inferìore della casa. Davvero un soggiorno indimenticabile

Danilo was an amazing host and his property is absolutely beautiful with a stunning view. Everything in the unit was spotless and clean. We slept very well and felt safe the whole time. Getting to the airbnb was our biggest challenge. Be warned that driving there can be extremely difficult with a larger car given the small and winding roads. That said, Danillo sent us very clear instructions including videos and pictures of where to go. It was very helpful! The town is small, but full of some amazing restaurants and friendly people along the main road. We can’t wait to go back!

Simo stati 4 giorni ,la casa è ristrutturata da poco per cui è pulitissima , la vista dalla terrazza è eccezionale tanto da rimanere anche delle ore ad ammirare la baia ,bagno nuovo e anche la cucina attrezzatissima anche se noi si stava in spiaggia e l’abbiamo usata poco. Consiglio vivamente a prenotare tale casa .

This was a great spot near Campo de' Fiori market. Edoardo and his assistant were great to work with, very responsive and helpful (helped us carry our suitcase up the stairs!) The apartment was nice and clean and the outside terrace made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is great with endless walkable destinations. Approx. 30 min walk to Vatican or Colosseum.

Tolles Haus mit 2 Badezimmern, perfekt für den Aufenthalt mit Freunden, schöner Garten, Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, sehr gemütlich. Und absolut ruhig, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our home in Rome! This place exceeded our expectations. The place had all the amenities we could need. Well thought through. Alojsia was great to communicate and was quick to respond to any inquiries.

Very central , easy to walk around city centre, 15 min walk from Pantheon, Colosseo etc. 20 min walk from Roma Termini (Railway station - Leonardo Express from Airport).

We had a great stay in the apartment. Salvatore's instructions were crystal clear and so helpful. The host was always responsive, friendly and suggested us places to eat (which was a super saver for us). The place is near to both the bus stop and the tram stop. The apartment was very clean, decorations were beautiful. Perfect place to stay and roam around roma and enjoy! Definitely recommend!

With steps away from most everything - the location was perfect. If not close, a taxi stand and a bus route was right outside the door. The place was exactly as described, so clean and perfect for us. The place was very secure too - which is nice in the hustle and bustle of Rome. The host was very responsive and helped us with early check in and transportation services. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay! Communication before and during the visit was excellent—clear, helpful, and always friendly. The welcome was one of the best I’ve ever received, making me feel immediately at home. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the vibrant and charming Trastevere neighborhood. It’s an ideal base for exploring Rome. My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. She really made the area of Roca di pappa have a lasting impression. Thank you Maria, for being such a warm and generous host!

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at L'Olivaia. After 4 hectic days in the city it was wonderful to relax in peaceful surroundings. The villa is beautiful with a huge amount of space with fascinating artwork all around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also large, clean and very comfortable. We had a great time in the large outside area, played and cooled off in the pool, and picked fresh lemons for our drinks. The hosts were very response and friendly. We would definitely return. We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia. L'appartamento ha superato le nostre aspettative sotto ogni punto di vista. Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente l'ampio spazio esterno, ideale per rilassarsi e per far giocare i bambini in tutta sicurezza. Le camere sono molto spaziose e complete di tutto il materiale necessario, rendendo il soggiorno confortevole e senza preoccupazioni. L'aria condizionata è stata un vero sollievo durante le giornate più calde. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dal mare, permettendoci di esplorare facilmente la zona senza doverci spostare troppo. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stata l'accoglienza e il supporto di Paola, che è stata eccezionale dal primo momento. Ci siamo sentiti davvero benvenuti e assistiti in ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia godersi una vacanza serena e piacevole. Grazie di cuore a Paola per aver reso il soggiorno così speciale!

We stayed on my for one night, before heading to the airport the next morning. I'm so sad we didn't stay longer! the house and garden are so so beautiful. The primary suite is incredible, luxurious, has private terrace. the kitchen is so well appointed. we cooked a beautiful meal with ingredients that were already there and ate outside in the garden, played music on the guitar and piano, enjoyed the garden, and different spaces. it was so pleasant and comfortable, perfect for our large group - 8 adults and 4 kids. rafaelle was so communicative and helpful, even brought snacks and things for us. He met our every need. I hope we can stay here again in the future for a few more days.

This place greatly added to our vacation. We came to Claudio’s villa after a few days in Venice. Claudio’s place was exactly as described and so much more. The beautiful outdoor space provided a tranquil setting for us to retreat to after touring with the crowds in Rome. We enjoyed the quiet life of the oceanfront town and its easy walkable access to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. But the real gem was our access to Claudio. Not only did Claudio provide a respite but also all the extras : a fully stocked refrigerator with everything needed to make our first meal as well as daily transfers and pickup to and from the train station. He also took us to the airport at 4am. We throughly enjoyed our stay and we would book with Claudio again without hesitation. Thank you for your hospitality.

We used this home as a base while visiting family in Formia and Itri, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The house was even more beautiful in person than in the photos — something that rarely happens with rentals! The backyard patio and pool area were perfect for hosting family, and the garden was absolutely stunning and meticulously maintained. We had everything we needed, and Marco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He even arranged for a few packages to be delivered to his Conad store ahead of our arrival — which was a lifesaver after nearly 36 hours of travel. During our stay, we spent many relaxing days at Aeneas Landing in Gaeta (you can rent an umbrella for €180 and enjoy the chairs even after 6 p.m.). We loved dining at Contrasti Bottega Gastronomica and also took a great day trip to Pompeii, finishing with dinner in Naples at Al Faretto. We cooked several dinners at home too, and the kitchen was well-stocked for it.
