Nice house, free parking and close to buses

The villa is located in Husie and is close to Bulltoftapark which offers tennis courts, gyms (inside and out), café, football fields and frisbee golf! A quiet neighborhood with bus connections into both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 min away from the house takes you into the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 min (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). Happy and welcoming hosts are waiting for you!

Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Enjoy nature outside. The house is located in the middle of a forest plot. Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. Here there is no must-see, only serenity. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar. From November 1, 2025, we will only accept 4 guests.

When you stay here you will have the house for yourselves. A few rooms are private though. It IS included: Floor 2: Bedroom & bathroom, travel bed available. Floor 1: Large living room with fireplace, dining table & TV, kitchen & bathroom. Basement: 150 cm wide sofa bed & extra bed. Washing Machine, Clothes dryer, iron, toilet, shower. Hot tub & sauna costs 50 SEK per occasion. Patio (approx. 7x3.5m) with tables, chairs, umbrella & grill. 600m to Oxie station, 2 stops to Triangeln. 200m to city bus stop 1.

New renovated house outside Vellinge. Very good strategic location. Close to Malmö/Hyllie (8 km) Ljunghusen/Skanör\Falsterbos white wonderful beaches (15 mins). Öresundsbron/Malmö (10min) and Copenhagen (30min), Österlen (about 45min). Perfect for excursions in the area or work trip. Modern, homey, cozy place with all the comforts! A harmonious house to be taken care of! All new August 2022! Lovely large wooden deck with pergola, outdoor furniture, barbecue, etc. Secluded and cozy garden facing south.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Vi kommer göra vårt bästa för att ni ska få en trivsam upplevelse i vårt skogshus! Varmt välkommen! Huset ligger nära natur och hav. Saxtorpsskogens naturreservat når man på 5 minuter till fots. Järavallens strövområde ligger några kilometer bort. Saxtorpssjöarna med badmöjligheter ligger bara 5 minuter bort med bil. Känd golfbana finns i närheten. 30 minuter med bil till både Malmö, Lund och Helsingborg. 10 minuter med bil till Landskrona.
