We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

We were totally thrilled with the very clean and beautiful accommodation, the super beautiful area and the absolutely helpful and friendly hosts!!! The whole thing embedded in the paradisiacal Croatia has been unforgettably beautiful for us! We can absolutely recommend Nicolas and Sandrine's apartment!!!

Super hostess - great 👍🏼 We immediately felt very comfortable in Maja's apartment. Everything was tip top clean & super furnished 👌🏼 The accommodation is close to Zadar & the airport. Yes, at certain traffic times, aircraft fly over the house. But it didn't bother us very much. Thank you for the lovely stay 😊♥️

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Lovely, stylish, comfortable apartment in a great location-only a few steps away from the old town over the bridge. There are cafes, bakeries and supermarkets on your doorstep. The area is quiet of a night time, so had peaceful sleep. Host Nina is quick to respond to any messages we sent and was helpful in recommendations for trips/taxis etc Thank you for a lovely holiday.

The accommodation is a real insider tip for those who are looking for peace and enjoy their vacation away from the hustle and bustle. The beach is only a few meters away and was also well suited for our children (2 and 6 years old). There is a place where you can comfortably enter the water – there are no larger stones there. Our children enjoyed playing with the stones on the beach and collecting mussels. So they were busy for hours, and we were able to relax wonderfully. Snježana is extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us great excursion tips and recommendations for places to eat. The place was very clean and well equipped – there was really everything you need, including dishwasher detergent, detergent, fabric softener and much more. Lovely apartment that suited us for one night before departing from Zadar airport.

We had a fabulous week at Antonijas place. So easy with a pick up and drop off to the airport as we didn't have a car. Bus to Zadar just a short walk away. The accommodation is gorgeous, super clean, spacious and so peaceful - loved the stone walls! Everything was great. Sukosan is peaceful and very clean with a couple of little supermarkets to get stuff you need, and plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. Thank you Antonija and family - highly recommended!

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

Great location, by the sea, close to a bakery and restaurants, everything you need in the apartment. Quiet neighborhood

Ardans place by the river was very pretty with a great location by the river. Perfect outdoor area for hanging out and making a barbecue. The indoors is also very spacious and had everything we needed. Theres no stores in a walkable distance, but everything neccessary was nearby with a car. The wider area is filled with amazings sites and places to visit with a car, and Ardans home was perfect for relaxing after a day of sight seeing. The overall experience was cozy and amazing. Would recommend! P.S. We didnt have kids, but for any parents with small kids planning a trip, there were lots of toys and a spacious yard :D

Such a special and beautiful place to spend a few days in nature close to the ocean. We enjoyed our stay in this cute little house a lot and will definitely come back.

The apartment is great. It has a great view and it's fully furnished. The building is old and the elevator is small but when you go inside the apartment everything is perfect.

I am returning home very happy - my little vacation in Zaglav with Petra was perfect. Petra is a super sweet person who gave me helpful tips about the ferry beforehand. The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

Wonderful flat for our trip to Krka National Park. Very nice, clean and near the town. We loved it!
