My Experience was very positive! From the beginning, communication with Mr. Leonardo was extremely efficient. It was very available, both while I was still considering the reservation and during the stay. Some demands arose during the stay, but he solved everything with great agility and attention. The cost-benefit is good, the location is great, and the apartment was perfect to spend the New Year with the family, considering that the accommodation is spacious, in a super quiet environment. Oh, the bathrooms are really good. In addition, the check-in and check-out process was very practical and easy.

High standard condominium, with the large pool, very beautiful and very well maintained common spaces, in addition to being well located, close to the beach and the main streets of the restaurants . The apartment tb is very beautiful, large, new and well cared for and decorated. Negative points are the absence of Wi-Fi and microwave in the room. Host is very helpful and responds quickly. I recommend the stay.

We spent amazing days at Alex's apartment. Host very communicative and available attended us whenever we need, giving us tips and guidance. The structure is great and has served us perfectly. We sure indicate and will be back.

Excellent stay, perfect location, beachfront, large bedrooms well-designed bathroom, kitchen with basic cooking equipment, very tasty breakfast too. The only suggestion I make is that the room has one more air-conditioning. There are two bedrooms, just an air conditioner that is not enough to air-condition both rooms. Other than that the place is excellent, I would come back for sure!

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at Thiago's house, which, by the way, is a very nice house, with a spacious backyard and an “open” kitchen, which allows us to come, because Piauí is hot :-) Thiago from the time of booking always responded promptly, helped us with all the questions we had during our stay, including going to the property to talk to us and solve what we asked for! The house is a 5-minute drive from the center of Barra Grande, which is great since the house is on a quiet street but at the same time we are very close to everything. My group and I highly recommend Thiago's home and we hope to be able to return someday!

My wife and I stayed at Gabriel and Renata's place for a week. The house is very spacious and ventilated, close to Macapá beach. The kitchen facilities and equipment allow meals to be prepared on site without leaving anything to be desired. The Internet is of good quality and we were able to work remotely without any problems, I recommend it to everyone.

My stay at bangalô da barra was absolutely amazing! The place is even more beautiful than the photos — cozy, spotless, and well-equipped. About access and hosts: they respond quickly and give great tips, access is easy and well explained in the instructions given. About the beach: calm, quiet and great for swimming. About the city: Maramar beach has very few nightlife options during the week and even on the weekend, good beach huts that are open until 5 p.m. There is a bakery and a small market, larger shopping Luis Correia, which is about 30 minutes away. About the condominium and apartment: impeccable, close to the beach, you can walk. Good accommodations, everything clean, beach and ocean view from both the side window and the rooftop. Clean pool and a good space for kids to play. Great for fun and relaxation Note: in the rainy season, flies are a problem but nothing that gets in the way too much.

Very clean and organized place. It has all the household utensils, the space with private barbecue is undoubtedly a differential. We didn't miss anything, we felt at home. Very helpful and attentive Elane. We'll come back :)
