Charlotte’s house is charming and comfortable with a personal feel and it is well equipped for a comfortable stay. Whilst initially cold, Florence, who organises guests’ arrival etc, quickly rectified the situation. We enjoyed the quiet location and the lovely rural outlook whilst still being close to surrounding towns and villages. Florence was very helpful and responsive.

Alice’s house is outstanding. We stayed as a couple with my father. We were greeted by Paola who although didn’t speak English we got by with my little bit of Italian and Google translate! The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped. A real home from home. The garden was an oasis of peace and had sun throughout the day. Lugnano itself is a lovely village though quiet at this time of the year ( May) The inhabitants are extremely friendly and happy to assist with your Italian 😁. There are some lovely restaurants and well stocked shops within walking distance. Also great wineries nearby which we really enjoyed. Overall a great stay in Lugnano enhanced by a beautiful property… I didn’t want to leave!

We spent a long weekend at this place for a wedding-ceremony with our families The place is a lot more beutiful than you are led to believe by the pictures, but to be honest the thing that really did it for us was the constant care of Valerie. She was fast to answer questions and extras before our stay there, but during the stay she and the rest of the staff was just great. All of us fel very welcome and everytime we asked for something it was met with a smile. We could truly focus on our families and our wedding and everything else was just fast and easily taken care. If I could give more than 5 stars to the hospitality, Valerie and the staff I would. We are just ever thankful!

Angelo was a formidable, kind and welcoming host. He and his wife made us feel at home, giving us tips on what to visit in the area and making us taste their oil. Clean, spacious and tastefully furnished apartment, immersed in the Umbrian countryside overlooking the beautiful village of Lugnano in Teverina. Strategic point between Lazio and Umbria for those who want to visit areas such as Tuscia or reach Orvieto in the day. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic villa surrounded by greenery, the interiors are bright and well cared for. The kitchen is fully equipped. The garden is beautifully kept and full of fruit trees. We particularly appreciated the barbecue area, illuminated for the night and with very large grills and the heated pool, which can also be used at night. We hope to be back soon.

VERY rural location,which we loved,but if you are not used to country living and driving on country roads,the location could be intimidating.We were there in April,too early to be able to use the pool,but we did use the charcoal grill and ate outside several times. The surroundings are spectacular and you can hike up to the charming town of Civitella D'Agliano. There are grocery stores available as well as several pizzerias.We used it as a base for day trips to Umbria and Tuscany. We had a lovely 12 days here!

Our days were filled with adventure as we embarked on various hiking trails and visits to nearby vineyards and historic towns. The hosts at Palazzzetto di Marmo went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful recommendations on local attractions, we felt well taken care of at all times. In summary, our stay at Palazzetto di Marmo exceeded every expectation.
