The residential area is very quiet and one of the best residential areas of Brühl. Parking is available on the street, 10 meters away. Wi-Fi, smart TV, DeLonghi espresso machine, Bluetooth jukebox. In dem Wohnraum befindet sich auch eine kleine Küchenzeile mit 2 Platten Herd, Geschirr, Kaffemaschine (Senseo), Mikrowelle usw. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hat die Größe 160x200. Als Verbindung zwischen den beiden Zimmern liegt das Duschbad. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Häuschen.

The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen as well as a shower room and a toilet.
