House holiday rentals in Luco dei Marsi

Ottima esperienza insieme ad un gruppo di amici per una notte per poi spostarci sulle piste di Roccaraso per una giornata sulla neve. Alloggio ideale anche per chi come noi aveva dei bimbi al seguito. Ottima la comunicazione con Marinella, sempre reattiva per ogni emergenza.

Ci siamo davvero trovati bene in questa villa. Camere e bagni puliti, cucina ben attrezzata. Terrazza con piscina e vista panoramica mozzafiato sui colli romani. Ottimo location per passare una vacanza con la famiglia e amici. Edoardo è stato molto gentile e disponibile alle nostre richieste.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa fantastica villa per due notti, da venerdì a domenica. Fin da subito l’host è stato disponibile ed esaustivo a chiarire qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati in una splendida villa, pulita, moderna e alla portata di tutti. Carlos e sua moglie ci hanno subito fatto sentire a nostro agio, spiegandoci le piccole semplici regole della casa. Mai invadenti ma sempre pronti nel momento del bisogno!! Torneremo sicuramente!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Highly recommend!

Carmine and his wife were wonderful, attentive hosts and the apartment was beautiful. We felt we had good privacy, even through there are other apartments nearby. We met some wonderful people while staying there- good enough to exchange phone numbers to stay in touch! And I highly recommend L’Angola e La Luna for a romantic dinner nearby. This place was the highlight of our 3+ week trip in Italy. Thank you, Carmine!

I had an incredible experience staying at Lorenzo’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt warm and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, and the little touches—like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations—made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect: quiet and safe, but still close to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores .Communication with the host was easy and prompt—they were friendly, helpful, and clearly cared about making my stay as smooth as possible. We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!

The Pink House was perfect for our family of 5! We all had a nice quiet clean bedroom and the most equipped Airbnb kitchen ever! There is a lovely back terrace and room to dry clothes. Mairi was a very helpful host with so many suggestions on local gems (there are endless options for hikes and activities and of course dining as well!). She was very responsive and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed lake Scanno and visiting family in Pacentro which is breathtaking! Thank you for having us!

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. The space was functional, plus the full size shower was a real treat after a day’s hiking. Jane and Bill

L’alloggio si trova poco distante dal centro di Sulmona, circondato da un bellissimo giardino con vari animali da fattoria nelle vicinanze. Impeccabile nella pulizia e dotato di ogni comfort. Molto silenzioso e con una vista eccezionale. Punto strategico per visitare tutte le bellezze del territorio. Proprietari davvero discreti e gentilissimi. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso una vacanza perfetta, ci piacerebbe poterci tornare alla prossima occasione. Posto super raccomandato!

Antonella is a wonderful host. Friendly, helpful and proactive. Checkin was easy and punctual considering it was Easter Sunday. Antonella managed to secure us a favorable rate for a car rental at Ciotti Car Rental and was instrumental in helping us print our tickets to local sites and offering advice on local attractions. This rental is exactly as pictured. Clean, quiet and has everything you need for your stay. The sun room is an added bonus which we used daily. The grounds are private, quiet and picturesque. We would definitely stay here again. This location is not really walkable as the local roads do not have a shoulder to walk on and traffic zooms by at very high speeds. If you are going to stay here I highly recommend a car rental. Overall our stay was absolutely fabulous thanks in a big part to a wonderful host.

Das Haus von Alessio ist etwas ganz besonders. Es hebt sich positiv vom AirBnB Mainstream ab. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll dekoriert und bestens ausgestattet. Alles ist im perfekten Zustand und sehr geschmackvoll. Ich habe mich sofort zu hause gefühlt. Es wartet auch eine kleine Besonderheit auf einen, die ich hier aber nicht verraten möchte. Das Badezimmer ist hervorragend, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und das Schlafzimmer samt Bett sehr gemütlich. Ein wunderbarer Ort um die wunderschöne Gegend, den Nationalpark und die vielen anderen Attraktionen zu besuchen. Das Dorf ist wunderschön und eine Perle der Abruzzen. Man kann die Geschichte der Mauern förmlich hören und spüren. Ich habe wirklich viel von der Welt bereisen dürfen und dieser Ort und Alessio´s Haus, sind etwas sehr besonderes.

Apartment is very nice, clean and very large. Heating was perfect working (outside was cold a lite bit), everything was very clean, comfortable bedrooms. Apartment is located in the city center, on the horizont hill, below the castle, beautiful surroundings, lots of bars and restaurants, free parking. Definitely we would like come back, one of the most beautiful places, we visited during our travels. Thanks you Angelo for a wonderful stay!

Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo sia per la casa, completa di tutto e in una bellissima e panoramica posizione, sia per l'ospitalità con la quale siamo stati accolti. Ci hanno saputo consigliare sia per dove mangiare e per in generale sulle nostre richieste. Consiglio.

Pio is a great host and nothing was a problem. The apartment was homely and comfortable and was very private, the balcony and apartment wasn't overlooked by anybody. We enjoyed time in the garden too. The village has a renowned war museum and a couple of cafes and bars as well as a supermarket, all within a few minutes walk.

Davide è stato un host molto simpatico, gentile, disponibile e veramente premuroso. La casa è carina (nomen omen!) e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Posizione strategica tra Rieti e L’Aquila.

Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

Wir waren von der Architektur, der Ausstattung sowie der Landschaft in der die Villa eingebettet ist, bezaubert. Jede Tageszeit bietet verschiedene Lichtspiele und die Stimmungen ändern je nach Wetter. Das Haus ist nicht nur stilvoll sondern auch sehr funktionell. Man kann wunderbare Wanderungen in der Umgebung sowie Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Gegend ist bekannt für guten Wein, Olivenöl und Kulinarik. Germano ist ein aufmerksamer und grosszügiger Mensch, wir danken ihm herzlich und kommen gerne wieder.
