Wonderful stay in Bagnoregio thanks to the impeccable welcome of Annapaola, the very kind owner of the B&B. From the first contact, she was friendly and very helpful, fixing with us the arrival time with great flexibility. Upon arrival, he greeted us with delicious tostatinas from the local oven, a simple but authentic gesture that immediately made us feel the warmth of hospitality. Breakfast, included in the living room, was more than satisfactory: fresh milk in the fridge, packed croissants, Nutella, jam, bread carré, cold cuts and yogurt. A great variety to start the day well. Annapaola was exhaustive and always ready to answer any of our questions or curiosities about the area. His motto, "feel at home", is not just a slogan: in his hospitality and kindness we really felt at home. Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic and relaxing stay!

We have traveled and used Airbnb for several years and had good hosts, but NO ONE compares to Simone. He is the best we have ever worked with!!He was extremely communicative, kind, specific, helpful and timely. His details about how to find the place were on point. He left fresh fruit, water, milk, coffee/tea which was just what we needed. The rental was spotless and all was in working order. He helped with making a reservation for wine tasting which was awesome. We had an amazing time!!

Our overall experience at Illaria's home was excellent. Well-equipped house. Large, cozy and comfortable rooms. Vintage decor. Warm lights. Soul and authenticity. Some unforeseen circumstances at the beginning of the stay could be resolved very quickly thanks to Illaria's exceptional responsiveness. Pleasant garden, large and shaded. The ping pong table can be converted into a dining table. Although recessed, pool is above ground type, shallow (1.1m?) Ideally located house, quiet in a beautiful countryside, 5 min from character villages (Lubriano, Bagnoregio) and 20 min from Orvieto, unmissable historic old town. Point of vigilance for low-caisse cars: path to the quite dented property. In short, this rental house is very relaxing, and ideal for sipping a spritz while admiring the beautiful evening light on the Italian countryside… Thank you Illaria!

Maurizio was amazing. He is very responsive and helpful and makes you feel right at home. The house is perfect for solo travelers or couples. Very clean and easy to use bathroom and the balcony was perfect, the amount of morning sunlight was incredible!
