This Spanish revival home is located in Lubbock’s historic district just two blocks from Texas Tech. You will be walking distance from football, basketball, and baseball games as well as graduations and other University events. This home is located directly across the street from a large park with jogging trail. It is, literally, within 2 min of Texas Tech University. It has one large new sofa, new appliances, 65’ tv in two of the rooms and the living room, a 32’ tv in the dining room area. Plenty of closet and dresser space and new floors and carpet and washer and dryer. Extremely close to the United Spirit Arena, and Jones Stadium and 1 min from UMC. Decent sized backyard, with driveway parking.

We were there for just one night so didn't use kitchen, backyard, & didn't do much in LBK. We are frequent visitors to LBK, love LBK. This home was just what we needed at a good price for one night-clean & comfy. The access to the garage was a real benefit for us which most of the Tech Terrace homes don't have garage space. We would stay here again.

Barbara and Tim’s place is a great spot for families — it’s spacious, clean, and has a lovely yard that’s perfect for four-legged friends. Everything in the home was thoughtfully labeled, which made settling in easy. It’s clear the hosts take great pride in maintaining the property, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. That said, some of the house rules, especially around the white towels and pet policies, felt a bit strict. While totally understandable, a few of the reminders (like black light checks and potential charges) made it a little harder to fully relax. Overall, we had a nice stay — just something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a more laid-back vibe.

What a fantastic place to stay in Lubbock! Cute, clean, comfy! Loved the access to the home, private yard, quiet neighborhood, pet friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Not only that but we went to their coffee shop down the street and received a $5 discount! Great coffee and their breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Would highly recommend the stay. Great price as well and clean.

This was the perfect place for our small family’s overnight stay. Everything was very clean and tidy, and we appreciated the MSM decor. Our two little dogs loved the backyard! This is an apartment at the back of a house/ duplex, with a dedicated driveway off the back alley and a private backyard. Thank you Kinsey for being a great host!
