Holiday rentals with beach access in Gozón

Ivan has been an exceptional host. Attentive at all times and quick responses. The accommodation is as shown in the pictures, super comfortable, fully equipped and is located in a quiet area of Gijón. And it's a short walk from downtown. We were pleasantly surprised. I'm sure if we come back we'll see if it's free. Thank you

Good communication with Luisa and the house was well communicated, clean and well conditioned. Everything is perfect, if I come back by Avilés I will repeat for sure.

Both Marta and Javier were very attentive to making our stay perfect. The apartment is ideal with all the luxury of details, home automation, very well decorated to create a very cozy atmosphere, very comfortable room and with everything you may need to spend a stay as if you were at home. They had a great welcome gift with a personalized message and were flexible with our arrival time, letting us in even earlier. Unbeatable location in the very center. We traveled with a baby and pet and we had a great time. We will definitely repeat. Thank you Marta and Javier :)

Cristina's flat is perfect for a visit to Ribedesella and beyond. Great location for walking the few blocks into town. Parking space in the garage of the building invaluable. The flat is very comfortable and well equipped. Good natural light. We liked everything about it and hope to return.

My husband and I loved our stay at Angela’s place in Gijon. The place is a third floor walk up (American) but second floor for the Europeans! Even with our luggage it was easy to get up the stairs. The place was spacious, beautiful and clean. We were very comfortable there. We loved getting cafe at La Tinta Del Mar at the top of the hill in the morning. We enjoyed the walk along the concha, the cute bars near Plaza Mayor and a delightful dinner at Gloria.

This accommodation is a real gem! The apartment is spacious, bright, and extremely tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything is given to make you feel at home. The panorama from the terrace is breathtaking – the view of the ocean is simply magical. We were greeted by a pleasant smell throughout the house, and everything was sparkling clean. Every little detail reveals that the comfort of the guests is really important. It was a wonderful experience, it was a pleasure to stay here!

I have no doubts...I have been to Gijón several times and this apartment has undoubtedly been the best of all. Oliver and his wife are the best hosts. Everything is fantastic... you feel at home... I will definitely repeat when I return to Gijón. One ten out of ten.

A beautiful little house with all the comforts and in an incredible setting. Communication with the host was fantastic and he was very attentive to making sure we were comfortable. We will definitely repeat if we have a chance.

Juan is super nice and very helpful. It teaches you the area. The house is spacious and comfortable. The area is very quiet and not loud. Worth it :)

We spent some nice days in Laura's house. The house is situated in a quiet, rural environment. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (e.g. had already turned on the heating for our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thank You! We loved our stay. The view from the living area is spectacular. I really enjoyed mornings and evenings with the windows open and the view overlooking the mountains. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The hosts were so kind and even went out of their way to give our kids welcome treats. They also gave us recommendations for hikes, including kid-friendly hikes, and restaurants in the area. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Spacious apartment with a good bed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. The sofas in the living room are a little less. You are close to the beach and by car in Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés. Parking is easy on the road by the river. Antolina is very friendly, helpful and nice.

The photos and listing description and environment match perfectly. Benjamin anticipated every step to take, leaving it clear and without a doubt the entrance to the house, operating everything and even indicating places to visit, restaurants, routes, ... Your kindness and willingness for any questions or needs are unbeatable. The cleanliness of the house, belongings, linens and bath linens, phenomenal. We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. We had a great stay and will be happy to come back! The apartment is very clean and less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, ideal for a couple and Isabel is a perfect host!

Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, central, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a swimming pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From the first minute we felt at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, having availability they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We will definitely repeat. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.

The stay in Sandra and Jorge's apartment has been wonderful. It's in a quiet spot and very close to everything. I felt right at home, everything was super clean and had everything you need. Sandra and Jorge are lovely! I would definitely repeat a thousand times my trip to gijon and even more if it is in your apartment.
