Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lozica

We had an incredible stay in Dubrovnik. Seno was an amazing host. This apartment was breathtaking, extremely clean, WE LOVED IT!! Amazing view. Cannot recommend it enough. We will definitely we coming back.

In het appartementje is echt aan alles gedacht. Giovanni en Ana zijn zeer hartelijke mensen. De home made likeur smaakte geweldig, terwijl we op het balkon genoten van het prachtige uitzicht op de zee. Het enige minpuntje is het lawaai van het verkeer op de weg, maar het fantastisch uitzicht vergoed veel! Binnen en op het terrasje aan de bergzijde heb je daar geen last van.

Dominik is an excellent host. Replied to any queries we had promptly. The property is absolutely beautiful. The view from the roof terrace is stunning. 2 minutes walk to the entrance of the old city. No car or taxis needed which we found a bonus. We had a wonderful week staying at this property and would definitely recommend it.

Es war sehr schön und gemütlich im Appartement. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und der Garten waren eine Augenweide. Marija war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet so dass, wir auch mit kleinem Gepäck zufrieden waren. Wir hatten eine sehr gute, entspannte Zeit.

It was well located right in front of a bus stop with many markets around. It exceeded my expectations and you could tell that Anita took care of every small detail in the house. She was very helpful sharing local insights and useful information. She kept reaching out to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. Best part is the terrace where you can spend the evening and you can even use their barbecue. If I am ever back, I will for sure stay here again.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

Location was great, it is right across from a supermarket, and a flight of stairs from the walking street. There is also a bus to the old town though we took a Bolt (around 5 EUR). Place was clean and comfortable, and toilet was newly renovated. Host was friendly and very responsive, will stay here again if we come back to Dubrovnik.

The apartment is great and the view is truly stunning! It's a bit far from old town but there is easy access by bus or uber. We also went to Uvala lapad beach nearby which was super nice. Hanko was very friendly and a great host!

An amazing stay - beautiful city and apartment. The place was extremely clean and well thought out with all the amenities we needed. The highlight of the place was the balcony and the view which was stunning. The host (Marko) was extremely welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. 10/10 stay - would definitely stay again if I was in the city!

We cannot say enough positive things about the host Luksa and the apartment. He was fantastic from the initial contact to when we checked out. Warm, welcoming, and always available. He arranged a lovely driver, Srjdan, to pick us up at the airport; we called upon him several times to drive us. The apartment was spotless, tastefully furnished, well stocked, and in the perfect location - just above Old Town to be out of the crowd, but close enough to walk. The apartment size is very European and was perfect for the 2 of us, meaning if you are looking for a huge modern hotel space, stay in Texas. The views from the balcony were magical, and because of that, we spent more time there than anticipated. We fell in love with Dubrovnik and will certainly always stay with Luksa in the future.

We had an awesome experience at Ivana's place😊. We have a lot of highlights but can only mention few here. We were travelling with an infant and had no car seat with us, Ivana was kind enough to arrange a taxi with baby car seat for us. She also offered us early check in as the place was available, which we were so hoping for as we checked out of our previous accommodation at 11:00 and with a baby is a hot summer day it would have been a nightmare. Then we reached the place and it is more than what we expected, not just the place but the small details that Ivana had put down for us. She placed a baby cot in the bedroom and lots of toys for our baby ❤️. The place was super clean and Ivana has decorated it tastefully. She also kept some refreshments for us. we had lots of questions which she patiently answered. The place is easily accessible with both public transport and by your own car. The old town is just 20 mins away and buses have good frequency. The area is quite and peaceful.

Had a fantastic stay at Rosa Maria’s place. Lovely home in a quiet area not too far from the old town. Can easily get to old town with public transportation. Rosa Maria was very friendly and helpful. Had great recommendations and was available if we needed anything.

The perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik! We had a lovely time, thanks to Vlatko and his girlfriend. It started with a pick up from the airport, during the ride we got recommendations of what to do and see during our stay. The apartment is spacious and have everything you need and more! A lovely terrace with a view to enjoy your morning coffe or a glass of wine in the evening. The location is calm and welcoming, your own little oasis. Still you are close to restaurants, beaches and things to do. I can really recommend the apartment and Vlatko as a host, with a great attention to details and smooth communication from start to end. Thank you for having us, our vacation was really special thanks to you.

숙소는 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 저는 렌트카를 가지고 있었고 주차구역을 지정해 주셔서 만족했습니다. 주방에 음식을 만들수 있는 기본적인 조리도구들이 준비되어 있어 음식을 만들어 먹었습니다. 화장실은 제가 이용해본 에어비앤비 중 가장 청결하며 에어컨이 각 방마다 설치되어 있어 쾌적합니다. 발코니는 두보르니크의 환상적인 일몰을 여유롭게 즐기기에 최적의 위치입니다! 단, 운전이 어려우시거나 경사도가 심한 곳을 걷기 어려우신 분들은 접근이 제한됩니다. 숙소를 가기위해 마지막 경사도는 거의 70도 이며, 길이 한개입니다. 밎은편에서 차가 오면 비켜주어야 합니다. 운전이 능숙한 저는 문제 없었어요! 다음에 두보르니크를 다시 방문하게 된다면 또 지내고 싶은 숙소입니다.

We had an amazing stay in Dubrovnik! The appartment was super clean and comfortable. Everything we could need was there, even oil/salt/pepper in the kitchen and shampoo/soap in the shower. The location is perfect, very quiet, with the beach, multiple supermarkets, restaurants and a bus stop to the Old Town within walking distance. The appartment comes with a private terrace which is really nice to use on sunny days. Sonja was very friendly and helpful during our stay, even helping out with a luggage issue for our flight. She arranged an early check-in for us and offered a later checkout as well with no extra charge. I would recommend everyone going to Dubrovnik to stay with Sonja!

Vesna was super friendly and welcoming to us through the stay and even prior to our arrival. She was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay, plus gave great recommendations for things to do. Her place was exactly as the pictures show and was a walkable distance to beaches and the old town. And the view from the apartment speaks for itself- amazing. We would happily return again!

Ines' place is a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing or swimming. I appreciated the all touches she puts in this Airbnb business, which she runs herself. The mini apartment is located in her beautiful villa (only 2 apartments are to rent, so not many tourists around). To go to the city you need to walk around 100 steps downhill (10 min by walk), if you don't want to climb back, you can rent a sharing scooter MYNT APP, which is cheap (3-4 Euro to drive back home from the city centre). Enjoy ;)

This apartment and garden are beautiful. The apartment is clean, freshly painted, new appliances, comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The gardens are stunning with a wide variety of flowers, grapevine covered terrace and we enjoyed watching the resident tortoises meander across the terrace and through the gardens. There are a lot of stairs to get to this apartment, so best if you don’t have a large heavy suitcase. The climb is worth it, but beware if you have any mobility issues.

Tolle Wohnung in einer gut angebundenen Lage!Toller Balkon und stylische Ausstattung und sehr freundliche Gastgeber!

Die Wohnung war top. Wir konnten sogar ein wenig früher einchecken. Wohnung war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Uns wurden viele Dinge in der Wohnung zur Benutzen freigestellt und der Kühlschrank war mit wasser, wein und bier gefüllt. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation auf bezüglich des Check-Outs ohne Probleme. Sehr lieber Umgang miteinander. Wohnung ist viele Treppenstufen von der Altstadt/dem neuen Hafen entfernt. Aber wir haben alles zu fuß gemacht und das war völlig okay. Preis-Leistung war definitiv sehr gut. Haben uns keine Sekunde geärgert diese Wohnung gewählt zu haben und freuen uns bald wiederzukommen.

Logement très bien situé au centre de Dubrovnik, dispose d'un balcon (petit mais agréable), Mirna et Marko sont très réactifs et accueillants. Merci beaucoup à vous. Petit bémol non pas sur l'appartement mais sur la ville : celle-ci est devenue bien trop élitiste et à perdu tout son charme et son âme. Bien que l'architecture est très belle, les commerçants/restaurateurs ne décrochent pas un sourire et ont l'air déprimés de travailler dans les établissements, qui facturent pourtant extrêmement cher le moindre produit. En outre, bien que la ville soit prête à facturer jusqu'à 132€ la journée pour une place de parking, elle ne semble pas disposée à dépenser un centime pour simplifier l'utilisation des transports en commun (un vrai casse tête). Si vous êtes prêts malgré tout à visiter Dubrovnik, je vous recommande fortement cet appartement.

We feel so lucky to have been able to stay at Nives apartment for our honeymoon. It’s an absolute paradise and felt like an oasis of calm despite being only a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik Old Town. The hot tub and the garden (beautifully and lovingly cared for by Nives’ mother) were real highlights for us. Lying in the hot tub, watching the swallows swoop overhead as the bells of the city rang out, will forever live in our memories. The apartment itself was perfect - can’t fault a thing. So clean, and pretty and with every amenity you could possibly need. And the views! Wow!!Nives and her father, Paul, were wonderful - such friendly and responsive hosts. We felt so looked after! If you can book this place then do it - you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was superb in every way — stylish, very spacious, and you could tell that Josipa had considered even the smallest details, and we could find everything (and more) we needed. Josipa also provided some really nice local recommendations. The views from the balcony were also amazing, and a perfect spot for a morning coffee. You can tell there’s been a lot of care and attention to detail put into everything — it all felt really thoughtful and high-quality. The kitchen was fully equipped as well. I’d 100% recommend this spot to anyone, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again!
