Hotel holiday rentals in Lower Franconia

This is a really nice place to stay. The owner and the couple are kind. This is the Austrian woman. And it is 65 km from Frankfurt Airport, so it is recommended for those traveling by rental car.

Burgi and her husband are great hosts. My room and the house were very clean and well maintained. Burgi responded lightning fast to requests or concerns. I highly recommend this Airbnb👍🏽

My stay here was amazing, the room was lovely and the best nights sleep on very comfy beds. The view from the terrace of the surrounding countryside was beautiful, very nice way to spend your breafast outside taking in the fresh air. The room was very clean and the hospitality and welcome from Burgi was just so welcoming, what an amazing host. It was a very pleasant stay and I really enjoyed spending my time there, there is a little lake you can swim in, which my daughter really loved doing. There is also a small kitchenette with fridge and washing up facilities. I would recommend this place to everyone, it really is a nice place to stay, so thank you Burgi for making my stay so great.

Wow, what a beautiful B&B & sweet people! We felt immediately at ease with our children and we liked it extra for the children in connection with the beautiful garden with, among other things, a trampoline and playhouse. We have also already recommended it to others and think to definitely come back myself! 🌸

Burgi's Villa is beautiful! An exremely nice man was there when we arrived to show us everything we needed. Before we arrived, I enquired about getting two rooms when our plans changed, and Burgi showed us a slightly larger room that was perfect for a minimal upgrade cost. The room was perfectly clean, nicely furnished, and had a beautiful little terrace that overlooked the green area. The garden areas around the Villa are lovely. I highly recommend this stay!

Beautifully located accommodation on the edge of the former small spa town directly on the forest. Very nice new wellness area!!

Very good wellness hotel

We spent some very relaxing days in Bad Orb. The apartment was pleasant in size and layout for two people, the kitchenette, which was initially very spartanly furnished, was supplemented according to our wishes. Communication worked out very well, and the highlight was the wellness treatments :-).

Check-in very easy, well described and flexible. The room is modern and clean. We felt really comfortable there. Parking is available in front of house. Fridge, also not too small, is there. There is only no storage space in the bathroom/shower cabin, but on one night we were there, it worked. We didn't use the breakfast offer. However, we can recommend it.

Very pleasant stay. Good and fast communication with Deepali. Spacious parking to the rear of the hotel. Upon arrival, contact Mrs. Dallinger by phone who came on site within a few minutes to receive us kindly. Wonderful room and breakfast. Definitely recommended!

The apartment is clean and spacious and looks just like the photos. The host was responsive and we had no problem checking in or checking out. They had the bed for our 5th guest already prepared in the main living room. It is conveniently located near downtown and had a cute patio. We were happy with the price especially with last minute reservations. We would recommend communicating with the host before arrival if you have a car as it was a little complicated to do that on the day of checkin. The biggest challenge we had is that it is up four flights of stairs with no elevator. We quickly adjusted and planned for a little extra exercise when going in and out. It was also a bit loud as we were there over a summer weekend and there were folks partying until 3am outside. It was better with the windows closed by it is summer and it was hot. Enjoyed touring the castle and the summer festivals. Overall great value and service.
