Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lower Franconia

Second time here and still very satisfied^^ This time, we were even able to get into the room spontaneously earlier. Breakfast also good and sufficient :) Already booked again for next year =D

We were received in a very friendly manner. The accommodation is very clean and lovingly furnished, so you feel right at home.

This hotel is great, nearly new and in a wonderful location for our short visit. Having an AC was a bonus with the unusually high temperatures this summer. Getting around the area is a breeze with two nearby bus stops. Busses run frequently with access to train stations a few miles away. Breakfast was also quite good. We felt completely welcome by all staff. Airbnb is only a booking agent, which was convenient. Now that I have been to the hotel, I would only book direct with the hotel.

Very nice guesthouse. The room assigned to me was impeccable. I found the host to be very friendly and attentive. The arrival was planned with a small child. In this regard, a changing table was even placed in my room, which I have not experienced in other accommodations before. Particularly noteworthy is the extraordinarily good breakfast in a very cozy and creatively furnished breakfast room. I will be happy to come again.

Anne is a wonderful warm host whose apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Lohr am Main is a beautiful peaceful area to visit.

I was warmly welcomed by very warm hosts. Wonderfully idyllic. Very familiar atmosphere. I immediately felt comfortable. Extra wishes such as oat milk for breakfast were also fulfilled. I would highly recommend this home.

Uncomplicated check-in, very friendly hosts, excellent accommodation with kitchen use and large fridge with drinks, outstanding good and rich breakfast, storage for motorbikes available. We were very satisfied, would love to come back at any time, thank you for everything and the great free liqueur ! ;-))

Great accommodation for cyclists and Serhat was a very friendly host.

Christa is super nice. She gives recommendations about the area and helps with questions. She would even have taken me to my event venue if necessary. That's incredibly nice. I felt comfortable in the room. Everything was clean and tidy. I would stay with Christa again at any time if necessary.

Very nice host, very helpfull

Very modern, well equipped and well maintained apartment in a lovely location. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating with great tips for excursions and attractions in the area. Questions were always responded to quickly and left nothing to be desired for us. Glad to come back

The apartment was perfect, everything you could think of was in it. The village center of Bad Orb was also easy to reach on foot in 10 minutes. The only disadvantage was sometimes in the evening/night some noise nuisance, possibly from the gym that was open 24 hours. But for the rest everything perfect, would book it again.

We stayed with our one year old daughter for a short vacation at Sabine & Thomas's place. We felt right at home and the two are great hosts. They even provided us with a travel cot, a changing mat and a high chair, so we didn't miss anything:) In general, the accommodation was super equipped and sparkling clean. I would even say it was the best place we have ever booked through Airbnb. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back! :)

My stay in the private room was perfect! Quiet location, loving details and great indoor climate created a relaxed atmosphere. The hostess was warm and accommodating, fulfilling every wish. The value for money was great. The healthy organic breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

We arrived for a family celebration from the north, were warmly welcomed, then ate a delicious schnitzel in the rustic, cozy guest room, which belongs to the inn, and ended the evening relaxed. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. We felt comfortable all around.

What a perfect stay! The arrangement with Dirk was absolutely uncomplicated and I was even able to check in earlier to arrive in time for the wedding (2 min walk away). The breakfast also exceeded all my expectations, everything was there and much more! Thank you very much, dear Dirk, I felt very pampered and really comfortable with you in the guesthouse. Our stay was very nice! Although other guests were there we had peace and the pool to ourselves. The hotel is located on a hillside, so you need a car. The breakfast was great and for the price, it was awesome. You have an all-around beautiful stay here!

We had a very nice stay for one night. Our 2 dogs were also no problem and were welcome. The breakfast was very good and there was everything you need for a good start to the day.

Everything is as Ralf described it. It is only 5-6 km from the city center, but it is 2 km steep uphill. No problem with an e-bike or the public transport. Bus stop right outside the door. Everything is very quiet and there is no traffic. In the morning you wake up with birdsong. Ralf always prepared breakfast super lovingly with cheese, salami and ham decorated with strawberries, tomatoes and olives. There were also various types of jam and always fresh bread. Eggs and coffee (Delonghi Nespresso machine) anyway. We would book it again at any time, because Ralf is such a super friendly host.

We were on our way to Austria so we decided to take B&B in Waldbuttelbrunn searched via Google. Location was easy to find via google map. Reception by Agnes was friendly. Received information regarding breakfast, etc. Everything looked clean and fresh. The next morning we had a delicious breakfast and went to Austria. I definitely recommend visiting Agnes.
