Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lower East Side, Manhattan

Schönes Airbnb im Kellergeschoss in ruhiger Lage mit kleinem Außenbereich, fußläufig zu der U-Bahn und viele einladende Geschäfte und Lokale. Ben und Janine waren äußerst fürsorglich und freundlich und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner und eine große gasbetriebene Küche, was uns gefallen hat.

Excellent stay at Jordan's apartment, great communication for any questions. This building is in a great location and highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Adel’s place. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, and the location in Hell’s Kitchen was ideal , and super walkable to Broadway and a lot of other must-see spots in Manhattan, but still quiet enough to feel like a nice escape from the city buzz. The small balcony was a great touch — perfect for morning coffee. Overall, it was a great base for our trip, and we’d definitely recommend it.

Really loved our stay here! The neighborhood is very nice and even though it’s far from Manhattan it was easy to navigate over with the nearby subway. The apartment is nice and clean with lots of towels, linens, etc. The street is quiet which we really appreciated after a long day of walking and activities. We did get confused during check in but we chalked it up to user error since we didn’t read the directions correctly and missed the picture with the lock boxes. Paula sent the directions and check out details right on time. We would stay here again! Thank you, Paula!!

The brownstone was exactly as it was described. Jak was super helpful and even allowed us early check in so we could start our tour of the city. The location was perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and sights. Very clean. The two flights of stairs were not an issue at all for my husband and I or our 2 teenage children. There is a bar below the unit so there was music playing into the night. You could not hear it back in the bedroom though. But, was a great place to end the day with a drink!

first i would just like to thank dawn & micheal b/c they usually don’t take guests with no reviews . but they took a chance to trust me to be their guest<3 not only that but dawn was really sweet, resourceful , and lovely to talk too:) now with this beautiful airbnb. this space is AMAZING. it really felt like home & it’s well designed and it’s very spacious & clean!! (felt like I was in archdigest) random but the bed was so comfy it felt like i was sleeping on a cloud<3 not only that but this location is chefs kiss. it was easy going to cafes/bars/mta/restaurants… you name it. this stay was beautiful and memorable i 100% will be coming back ASAP!!! 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location is just what we were looking for with our stay. Walkable and close to transport. And quiet for such a central location. Yes the place is very small for 4 people but workable if you are use to sharing a space with each other. The extra mattress made the couch comfortable enough for our adult daughters to share.

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

Property was very nicely maintained. We did go in June so with heat and humidity did require the use of the provided air conditioners which can be very noisy. They did provide ear plugs so that helped. The location is incredible with a beautiful park walking distance with city views and an adorable farmers market on the weekend. Very peaceful neighborhood with parking not being a big issue. The property is not in Hoboken so did have to adjust our plans a bit so be sure to discuss exact location before booking if that’s specifically where you want to be . Overall a wonderful stay. Expert hosts who were very responsive and gave a ton of information on local attractions and restaurants. Would highly recommend the property .

Judee’s place provided a great place for our multigenerational family to stay while in town for a graduation. The place was well laid out and gave us all enough space to spread out. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything you need. Judee is very responsive and got back to us very quickly and takes great care and concern in her property. The only down side is parking more than one car was difficult. Just plan to have one and you’ll be all set. Definitely recommend!

Excellent home in a fabulous neighborhood! Sara was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our stay. There wasn't any air-conditioning to ease the heat of the really hot days, but the location and cleanliness of the unit was worth the steamy moments. Also - it is very easy to find parking on this street! What an unexpected surprise!

We had a great stay at Erika's place. We only needed a place for the night before the Brooklyn Half and this stay worked out well for us. There was clear communication ahead of time from the host regarding instructions for entering and questions regarding nearby parking options. The location worked out great for us and was nearby restaurants, bars, and the park. If there was any negative, it would be that the bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom were not the most comfortable for my grown sons, however, it was helpful to have 2 beds in the small extra bedroom so I can understand why they were chosen. Overall we had a great stay. We would definitely recommend Erika's place to others.

Great hosts, very clean and modern amenities, the rooftop view is amazing!

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

The place was clean, well maintained. Perfect for a short stay. Close enough to walk to the train station that takes you straight to MetLife stadium.

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city

Die Unterkunft kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. Sie ist großzügig ausgestattet, sauber und hat eine große Terrasse. Die Lage ist hervorragend und sicher und die Räume sind geräumig. Die Gegend ist ruhig und die Fenster sind gut schallisoliert. Es gibt Rolläden, womit man die Zimmer gut abdunkeln kann. Das einzige, dass uns gestört hat ist, dass der Topf und vor allem die Pfanne sehr alt und stark verbrannt waren, sodass wir sie nicht nutzen wollten. Diese sollten aus gesundheitlichen Gründen lieber ausgetauscht werden. Das Bett ist etwas schmal für zwei Personen, aber sehr bequem. Danielle und Maite und waren toller Gastgeberinnen: stets erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft und mit den Gastgeberinnen sehr wohl gefühlt und würden nochmal kommen.
